When I received the item, I was surprised to see rounded corners for the wood top. In the pictures online, the wood top has sharp mitered corners. I was very disappointed but my client was okay with it so we decided to keep it. The product should match the images on the website.

Purchased a 108'' long Reade Table in Charcoal for a second home in Utah. Purchased site unseen and particularly when it comes to wood tables, I find it very difficult to assess the quality/heft of the wood by viewing pictures online. This table is truly top notch -- its entirely solid wood (not a cheap veneer situation) and the artistry of the legs is really stunning. While our finish is dark the grain of the wood shows out so beautifully. I would highly recommend this table and my advice to Maiden is that your pictures aren't doing this table justice!

Sofa was too big to fit in elevator. Delivery team recommended hiring a disassembly service which costs an additional $550. Maidenhome said options are to send sofa back to warehouse ($200 re-delivery fee) and then arrange a furniture disassembler (additional $550) for the delivery date or hire a third party furniture disassembler to come same day. Maidenhome does not help with any of the additional costs.

I love how versatile the two-in-one piece is. Our family comfortably puts their feet up on the ottoman while still giving us a stable table overlay to place drinks and snacks. I appreciate how the coffee table ottoman's design makes it a centerpiece in the room, while also being family-friendly. I was able to choose a rich, durable leather upholstery for the ottoman and the table overlay is specially finished to hold up to daily use.

It took us almost a year to decide on which Maiden Home sectional, with what fabric, and stain for the wood feet. Of course, we are beyond happy. The Sullivan is so comfortable - movie watching and nap worthy! The quality is just superb. The delivery and set-up was so professional - the guys were great.

Bought a pair of these sofas (over waaay more expensive options pitched by my designer) for our home upstate, Belgian farmhouse look. They've become my favorite spots in the house. Comfortable - I like the deep seat and I move the pillows to make it even deeper - and so easy chic with the slipcover. Super easy to clean up. Love!

We ordered The Warren sofa and two Leroy lounge chairs for our living room. We spent a fair amount of time researching alternatives online and shopping in various retail stores over several weeks at the beginning of the year. Maiden Home offered style in The Warren and Leroy that we loved (and didn’t find elsewhere); customer reviews here were all very positive and the North Carolina construction (and those construction details) sold us on Maiden Home. We ordered swatches, made our fabric decisions and submitted (just as C19 was becoming an issue). Maiden Home kept us up to date on our order progress (and also worked with us on a change order for the sofa a few days after we sub the original order). Even with a short shipping delay due to C19 restrictions we received our furniture within the estimated timeframe. Love the pieces - very comfortable, quality fabric, cushions (which on the sofa have anchor straps to keep them in place) and construction. We still have work to do finalizing decorating but here are the pieces in our home. Very highly recommend Maiden Home!!

My husband and I have had our Wythe bed for over a month now, and we are both incredibly happy with it. I'm only giving 4 stars because there was no indication when I was preparing to place the order, or even for a while after placing it, of when the bed would arrive. I misjudged how long it would take and it resulted in us sleeping on a mattress on the floor for our first few weeks in our new condo. It's worth the wait for the value of this bed, but it would be good to provide some indication of how many weeks to expect to help the customer plan. Once it was ready though, scheduling the delivery was easy, and the team on-site was fast and friendly. The low profile and padded frame of the bed are comfortable and look gorgeous in the grey leather. It's sleek yet cozy, and we hope it will stand up to the test of time despite our two labradors and the upcoming arrival of twins babies!

I never write reviews but felt compelled to do so. After searching forever to find quality furniture that would also fit into our small and specific spaces, and velvet at that, I found Maiden Home. To be able to have size choices in something that you like is difficult to find. I ordered a Sullivan sectional, couch and ottoman in Performance Velvet and was so excited to get my furniture! I was not disappointed. The furniture is as described and just beautiful and well made. Even the delivery men commented on the quality of the furniture! Thanks Maiden Home and keep up the great work!

We were determined to buy a couch that would last more than a year. We could not find anything in the stores that met our criteria (hand-sewn springs, quality fabric, no leather or mechanics) so ended up shopping online which made us a little nervous. The company was great to deal with. The couch had the springs that are so hard to find and the fabric seems to be of good quality (performance linen). If I were to do it again, I would have picked a slightly different color but it did look like the swatch so that's on me. Used to it now. At first the couch was way too short for us since we are both tall. My husband used some macadamia nut wood to make extensions to the legs to raise the couch two inches which was much better. Otherwise it was hurting our backs to get up off of it. I would have also liked it to be a bit deeper (long legs, 5'10") although the dimensions were clearly given on the website so that is also on me. I use an ottoman so it feels extended. The cushions felt very hard but the longer we sit on it, the better it feels so we are giving that time. We could end up changing the stuffing in future which would be very doable and not imperative. I think it just takes time for a couch to settle in. The couch looks great and exactly like the photos. I love the way they are connected to each other and to the couch to avoid slipping. We live in a very small space so got a fairly short couch (around 71") and it looked as good as the larger ones in the photo. It feels like a couch that will last forever which was our main priority. Delivery went very well. We had already made space for the new couch so it went very quickly. I would recommend the company to a friend.

I was so terrified to make a purchase this big without testing a couch in person - but the preponderance of other positive reviews persuaded me. I'm so glad I did. This couch is precisely what it claims to be - it looks classic/modern, trim, clean-cut -- and it feels like movie night! It's insanely comfy without being hard to "get out of" like other comfy couches we considered. The fabric is beautiful - and we received truly extraordinary customer service along the way. Maiden Home is now my #1 go to choice for any kind of furniture. Great experience, really excellent quality.

After learning about Maiden Home in 2019, I was delighted when the Jones Modular Sofa was introduced as the layout and dimensions of my living are tricky. Upon receipt of the sofa, I was disappointed that the seat cushions were deformed after only about a week of light and careful usage, and the cushion cover was constantly puckered and misaligned from the cushion. In addition, although the sofa is advertised as modular, the modular seat that did not back up against a wall did not align with the seat backs of the sofa due to only one alligator clip installed. I contacted Maiden Home customer service regarding the issues above. After weeks of receiving the run around and providing numerous photos and videos as requested, a service technician was finally scheduled to arrive at my home. Although I provided photos and videos to Maiden Home, the service technician informed me that he was not informed of the issues and did not have the parts required to complete the service. He recommended the installation of an additional alligator clip and wrapping the seat cushions in Dacron, and he would require a second appointment after the items were ordered. I relayed this information back to Maiden Home customer service, and I again received responses days or several days after each correspondence. After several weeks of a very slow communication process, Maiden Home stated that they could only cover the cost of the alligator clip but would not cover the cost of remediating the cushions. The build quality of the couch cushions leaves much to be desired. Because the cushions are wrapped in a slippery material, the performance fabric couch cushion constantly shifts around it, leading to misaligned cushion covers. In addition, the seat cushion is dependent upon a foam material that loses its integrity after light usage. As a result, the seat cushion looks deformed, and as a result, the couch cover puckers. The couch cushion does not look anything like the pictures provided on the website and in the catalogue, and unfortunately Maiden Home customer service was completely unsupportive. If you would like to actually sit on the couch instead of just looking at it, I cannot recommend this couch at all and the lack of customer service is very disappointing.

We bought the Sullivan almost exactly a year ago. Pros: it looked beautiful on arrival and is very comfortable at certain angles. Cons: it has NOT aged well at all. The sofa cushions have worn and lost their shape, and there is a ton of pilling. It is also continuously shedding and poking feathers. In addition, it constantly comes apart at the sectional connection point so the couch doesn't even stay together. Pillows require a lot of fluffing to maintain, though I suppose that is to be expected. But the back pillows are also pretty uncomfortable because they slouch down so much and cause you to bend your neck at an unfortunate angle. I have had my other sectional (from Room and Board) since 2018 and it is still in perfect shape after several moves and a lot of love. Cannot say the same for the Maiden Home Sullivan. Really, really disappointing. Edit: Not sure why it says we got the Performance Tweed Denim. We actually got it in Performance Chenille Nickel. Pretty color!

We bought the Ludlow sofa in amber mohair and really love it. Communication was good even during the pandemic and we love the quality. It has held up well against pets and it really is both perfect to entertain and nap on!

Pictures don’t do it full justice - very simple but elegant design but the details of the finish, the edges, the legs are what make this. The perfect writing desk for our primary bedroom.

Our couch came a little sooner than expected, and it was worth the wait! Even though I had measured my space and had fabric samples I was still nervous about the quality. It exceeded my expectations. Its very roomy for our family of 4 and comfortable. The seating area is deep, so perfect for taking naps. Love the performance fabric I chose. The pillows require a little fluffing after sitting for a while, but that doesn't bother me. It pops right back in place. I've purchased high end couches from big name stores, and they were stiff. Once pillows were smashed in they didn't come back. The down used on the Sullivan pillows make it easy to fluff back in shape. Also the sectional is locked in, so you don't have to worry about it pushing out if someone bumps it. Those little details make this couch worth the price. My family is so happy with the purchase. I would definitely recommend this brand. From start to finish, Maiden home sent me updates on the process.

As I was unwrapping my Mulberry from its packaging I was so happy to see the level of care taken in the packaging of this piece. The color of the fabric is beautiful and so is the wood finish. The stool itself feels of very high quality. It’s very comfortable to sit on due to the wide seat and it feels stable since its a heavier piece. All around I’m really excited to have this stool in my space as it works as an accent piece yet functional at the same time!

I loved the comfort of my daughters new Warren sofa. She bought the Chevron fabric in Parchment and it looks and feels so soft and even with the kids, never has a messed up look. I bought the Warren with the Chenille fabric in Buff - a great neutral, not-too-white color. I looked everywhere and ordered fabric samples from 5 other sofa manufacturers. I stained the samples and even scrubbed them to see how the fabric held up. All of the Maiden Home fabric samples I ordered held up better than the majority of the others. I was surprised how some others drastically darkened with the slightest dampness. (We live on the bay, marine layer, fog, I wanted a fabric that didn't absorb moisture quickly) So far spots have cleaned up easily - even the spagetti sauce that spilled within the first week!! One thing I noticed but didn't think about is how the sofa back is lower than the back cushions. Which is fine but I need a sofa table behind my sectional and most table heights look odd with the 24" sofa back. (I have a trench between the table top and back cushions). If you have plans to place a sofa table behind your sofa or sectional, consider the Sullivan or Carmine. Most of the super big sofas are so awkward to sit it. Either I sit back all the way and my feet don't hit the ground or I sit forward and don't use the sofa back to relax. My Warren has great proportions, firmness and its beautiful.
