Can’t say enough good things about The Dune. It is so comfortable and perfectly seats 3 people. It looks great in my apartment and is the perfect size for my living space. Great purchase all around!

Ordered mid Nov, was delivered beginning of January but I was sent the wrong color. Just received the correct color in mid March. Its a great table but not worth the 4 months of waiting and all of the back and fourth communication hassle.

I purchased the warren sectional sofa and the size, color, fabric, and style are exactly what I was looking for. Its well made, comfortable, and durable with the pets and the kiddos! The customer service and delivery were great as well. The sofa was delivered on time and they were there to help every step of the way through my order process. I also loved that I could get swatches ahead of time and really determine what would be the best for our space. It is gorgeous in our Livingroom and so comfortable! Love it & would highly recommend Maiden Home.

Excellent experience from order to delivery. I needed to delay my delivery multiple times and customer service was genuinely professional and understanding. So great to a call a company and someone genuine picks up the phone - instead of getting some big company robot system run around. Like the experience / the sofa is total luxury - gorgeous construction, beautiful modern low profile. Really a gorgeous design and the Moore and Giles leather is top top notch. I didn’t believe the positive reviews but I’m genuinely a fan now after going through the process myself!

Truly makes my kitchen look 1000x better. I am so happy with how well these are made and how beautiful they look.

I ordered 2 ludlows in Creme performance linen for the new home I was building. I can’t tell you how long I agonized over this selection. After I placed the order I worried that the creme would be too brown and that the sizing wouldn’t be right. The moment I laid eyes on them I breathed a huge sigh of relief. They’re gorgeous! And so comfortable! Very happy with my purchase.

Do not buy this table. I’ve never in my life experienced such a “Tom and Jerry” show. Wrong wood, wrong legs, 3 legs sent to wrong address, no wing nuts, no rubber pads, NINE rods sent over multiple shipments…the cherry on top of this fiasco was MH sending ONE person to put the legs on our 108” SOLID wood table between 6-8 PM. Are you kidding me? And, I forgot to add this is the second guy sent to put the legs on because MH didn’t get the wing nuts to us on time for the first appointment. We’ve ordered an entire houseful of furniture and it’s been nothing but a *show. The absolute worst. I live in the DFW area and MH’s white glove service is an actual JOKE. And, if I hear “I’m sorry” from Ashley one more time, I’m going to scream.

The sofa is beautiful and overall comfortable. The only problem is the frame of the sofa is not padded at all. My kids and many adults have bumped their head hard on the back of the sofa as it is basically wood covered with fabric. No padding at all to be found. I understand the design of it calls for this sleek structure but I’ve seen many other sofas achieve this look while having some form of padding.

I received my Sullivan Chair earlier this month, and it has quickly become the most coveted seat in our living room! I selected the Performance Boucle in Polar - which is a really beautiful textured fabric that adds great dimension and interest to my space. The overall dimensions are also perfect- it's spacious enough to curl up with a book or watch a few of my favorite shows. I found the cushions to be really comfortable - not overly soft, providing the right amount of support to make it extra cozy.

bought this after seeing it on maidens instagram page. using it as an entry bench just like the picture and its perfect. so chic and artistic but doesn't overwhelm our entry. the nubuck we chose for the pillow is a beautiful leather. people ask me where we got the bench all the time and dont ask a darn thing about the rest of our furniture which is making me a bit insecure since we spent a lot more money on furniture in the rest of the house!! def recommend - quality, service all tops.

We absolutely love our Thompson Bed and are so happy with our purchase! We chose the headboard upholstered in Buff Performance Chenile I'm obsessed - it's the perfect neutral cream tone and is super soft to the touch. The quality of the bed is unlike anything I've experienced - you can tell it is extremely well made. The Natural Ash finish is beautiful and easily complements our hardwood floors and other neutral wood finishes in our bedroom. Delivery and assembly were smooth as well. We've had this piece for 2 months now and it's been such an upgrade to our bedroom. Seriously impressed and now eyeing a Perry Chair for the corner of our bedroom to add some coziness.

We’ve had our Sullivan 75 inch sofa for about 6 months now and we love it! It’s very comfortable to sit, lounge, and even nap on! I love the look of the bench cushion, and we love how comfy and deep it is while being just right in terms of support. The sloping arms make it perfect to lean on the sides and stretch out our legs on this sofa. I think they also look v ~fancy~ We got the sofa in ecru performance weave, which is soft and a beautiful light beige. I’ve had zero issues cleaning up spills and stains, which is very convenient for those of us who like to sneak food and drinks to the living room. The cushions are also very nice and comfortable. So comfortable that they are often stolen off the sofa and used elsewhere around the house! We love that they are made in NC by local furniture makers. Delivery was on time and worth the lead time. We love our Sullivan and will keep Maiden Home in mind for other furniture needs- I’ve had my eye on that Dune chair for a while now ;) Thank you!

Like others on here, I was very hesitant to make such a large purchase (both in shipping size and $) over the internet without the ability to sit on this sofa first. In fact, I deliberated over this decision for over a year, reading and analyzing other reviews waiting for someone or something to push me over the edge to order. Finally I just took a leap of faith and can honestly say my only regret is that I waited a year and wasted time when I could have been enjoying this beautiful and comfortable sofa in my home this whole time. It is far beyond expectations in comfort; the fabric is gorgeous and as represented in the sample I ordered (Performance Linen: Creme); the quality of construction/lines/seams are far better than anything I've seen in stores. For reference, I am 5'11" and my husband is 6'2" and we are both very comfortable lounging on the Varick (85"); I mention this because some people had concerns, as did I, about the low back profile or if it's deep enough in the seat. However, the cushions on the back create plenty of additional height and support for your back so you don't feel the low profile of the sofa frame. The sofa even arrived ahead of schedule and for a completely custom piece it was still way faster than other online retailers who have only one size option and a small handful of fabric choices. All in all, don't hesitate any longer, order it now and begin to enjoy comfort and perfection!

I bought the sullivan couch in denim Performance Tweed (80") for our apartment in Brooklyn, NY and honestly, I'm obsessed. We've had it for about 5 months now, and even though the long seat cushion has down feathers in it - so squishy and comfy - it always looks super sharp and hasn't slumped the way my old sofa did (West Elm). This is so important since our living room is also where we host guests, have family over, etc. I'm petite, but my partner is about 6'2" and we both love it. I don't feel like I'm drowning in depth (my feet can touch the ground, etc) and he can properly curl up. The quality and craftsmanship is so obvious when you have it in your home. We have chairs from a lower-end big box store in our living room, and when you sit in them, you can totally tell the difference. Here's the thing though, I'm obsessed with this fabric. It is soft and cozy and repels stains like I've honestly never seen, but I just cannot get over the color. I was so scared getting what I think is a pretty true indigo blue, but it looks so beautiful in our space. The tweed material is also just dreamy. It has a cool variated texture and just begs you to curl up with a book or movie. Maiden Home is the real deal - it's so clear to me that they care about their customers, even got a handwritten note from the founder thanking me for my purchase. I'm in.

This is probably the most satisfying purchase I’ve ever made. It is pretty. It is comfortable. The material is fantastic. I’d choose this over the RH cloud couch at anytime.

I am not one to leave reviews, but...I felt it was the least I could do to acknowledge the exceptional quality and extraordinary service we received. We purchased a bed and a sofa/chase. The sofa/chaise looks and feels comfortable without that "sloppy" appearance that oftentimes goes hand in hand with comfort. It also maintains its shape really well. It's perfect! The upholstered bed looks sophisticated and elegant. I was so impressed with the company's communication. I was always kept in the loop, and the pieces were actually delivered on time! The other custom furniture I ordered from various other companies has been delayed for months, so...I very much appreciate my experience with Maiden Home!

Absolutely love this sofa. We got the largest sectional they make in the Dune. Did the pillow back and it’s stunning. We did the chenille fabric in bone and it’s creamy bliss. I’ve washed a few of the pillow covers and they washed perfectly. I spilled a little coffee on it and it wiped right off. The whole buying experience was seamless. They kept us informed of the build process each step of the way, which I loved. Came on time and arrived in perfect condition. Couldn’t be happier!

We love our Warren sectional. Comfy, supportive, attractive. It would have been helpful to have a schematic on how to assemble upon delivery because the delivery people don’t know how. Otherwise Maiden Home has great customer service and I recommend the company and products.
