I purchased the Carmine in marble tweed and was absolutely pleased with the process and even more so with the final product! The information online and the free swatches of fabric made it super easy to understand what the final product would look like. The couch looks exactly like I thought it would. It's gorgeous and stylish yet super comfy! The design is very clean so I'll be able to dress it up with different pillows depending on the seasons. I was impressed with the choice of fabrics / finishes available. None of the stores that offer couches in a similar price range have such a high quality selection of finishes or are able to deliver custom furniture in 4-5 weeks like MH. Plus the furniture is all made right here in the USA! I'll definitely be ordering again.

In the past we have only made large furniture purchases in-person; however, with COVID in the spring I decided to research internet options for our new sectional. I kept coming back to Maidenhome. I really appreciated their business model and they had exactly what we wanted, a custom, well-built piece of furniture that was affordable and met our family’s needs. The website was very well done and it was very easy to order and get swatches for the fabrics we were considering. Once we ordered the piece we received emails that kept us apprised of the progress so we knew what was happening at each stage. We have been enjoying it for about a month and we absolutely love it. We got the sectional in dusk - it is gorgeous and so comfortable. We have pets and kids - already I have easily wiped away some messes and the fabric seems very resilient. The mohair is so rich both in color and texture. the shape is perfect for our mini seating area in the foyer. Helps set a little mood in an area we had a lot of trouble figuring out how to style and make come to life. Gorgeous lines and proportions but the fabric makes it all work.

We bought a couch last year from Maiden Home. It is soft and comfortable, YET the cushions did have some issues with unraveling. This is where their service department, Ashley in particular, stepped up and was AMAZING. They sent us new cushions, had someone come out to sew up the other small issue on the frame, and continually followed up to make sure we were happy. What company does that anymore?? Well...Maiden Home does!

Love this couch. I give it 5 stars from purchase to product and everything in between. The company regularly provided me with updates on the production process. I received my couch a few weeks earlier than promised. And not only is the couch absolutely beautiful, it is incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this company.

I love the chairs I ordered. However, I had the most terrible delivery experience which soured the entire purchase. I was trapped in my house on a Friday for 12h awaiting the delivery, which never arrived. I was never informed this would be the ultimate outcome, and finally at 9pm, gave up waiting. The next "rescheduled" day, Saturday, the delivery also never came. Finally, on the third "rescheduled" delivery day, I had to pay someone stay at my house so that the chairs could be delivered in the middle of the day b/c I was given an 8h time window in the middle of a workday. I asked to have it narrowed down b/c of the 2 terrible days we spent awaiting the delivery, but I was told this was not possible. The experience was the worst one I've ever had with furniture. Rh (4 custom leather barstools, and 6 custom leather DR chairs) was absolutely fantastic in terms of their delivery scheduling, as was BenchMade Modern (an oversized custom leather couch), and many lesser-known growing furniture companies working to get into the custom furniture market. I'm looking to purchase a custom master bed as well as more chairs, and honestly, I"m so terribly turned off from MaidenHome b/c of the horrific delivery experience, I'm planning to go with Rh again despite slightly higher prices. It's so unfortunate b/c the chairs are quite nice looking. I just can't chance being held hostage in my home awaiting the delivery. My husband and I are both FT physicians w/ busy work schedules.

As much as I was not very impressed with communication from Maiden Home, especially about delivery, I absolutely love our new Sullivan in performance linen sofa. It is solid and appears to be made with high quality materials. It is perfect for lounging, supportive yet cozy which was exactly what I was looking for. The perfect addition to our home!

I chose the Bowery ottoman for my client looking for a comfortable yet functional piece to complete the living room space for her family. The construction, leather, and wood table are are exceptional. This piece is also the perfect size with our sectional and allows you to get super cozy - putting your legs up while having a spot for drinks and snacks. I received my Vestry coffee table in the pecan finish, and it is simply stunning. I have a Varick sectional in my home, and the height of the Vestry pairs perfectly with the seat height of my Varick. The finish is exceptional and I love how the natural graining is still present and doesn't look painted over. Overall, I am beyond happy with my purchase and can't wait to keep adding to my MH collection.

I first saw this couch on LilyPad Cottage blog. My husband and I kept coming back to it.We first ordered a fabric swatch. We thought about it for a few months and finally ordered the Sullivan L Sectional 135 Left / Right 105. Then we got scared. Did we order the right size? How would it look? Why did we order white with two little grand babies. But it not a white couch now, then when? We are so thrilled with it. We got the oyster white performance fabric. (I think that's what it was. It was the same as what LilyPad Cottage got.) We were supposed to have shiplap put on our ceilings and walls painted white, so the room is not finished.The contractor comes tomorrow to start that. Even in a room with yellowy walls and green making tape, the room looks so elegant. I can't wait until it's all finished. The fabric is soft. The grand babies love it. I don't let anyone take food or coffee or wine in that room, at least for now. I posted a photo on my Instagram page (Lucille Zimmerman). It's comfortable to sit on, and I make it my goal to lay there every afternoon in the sunshine, to read book for at least 20 minutes. I don't regret this purchase at all. Maiden Home checked with us several times to show us the diagram and confirm were really did want it this way. One thing you should note, and this played with my head for awhile, the long side (135 on the left) comes as a shorter piece (95) because it only becomes long when it is butted up against the righthand piece, which was 106. Hope that makes sense. The short side is actually the longer couch. it feels like a very high quality purchase.

I ordered two of the Perry chairs in the sandstone shearling and I LOVE them! Amazing price for a currently popular chair. The chairs are a heavier good quality chair and extremely comfortable.
