My wife and I recently ordered a Warren L sectional in Oatmeal Performance Tweed and can't possibly love it more. The fabric is amazing, it is very soft to the touch and looks amazing in our home. We were nervous looking at the little swatch, but are so happy that we selected this color - it's warm and inviting and goes with everything in our home beautifully. It also stands up to everything that we throw at it (which is a lot!). Even our 100lb dog can't do any damage. I am also on the taller side and my wife is much shorter, the Warren works perfectly for both of us. You can feel the quality in both the construction and fabric, I truly can't say enough good things about the Warren, the fabric and Maiden Home as a whole. Thank you for everything!

I don't typically write reviews, but the furniture shopping process was so exhausting...this was warranted. Full disclosure, we've only owned our MH furniture for roughly 3 weeks, so I cant yet opine as to long term durability.... We purchased two 7ft bench seat Crosby, Tuscan Brown Leather couches, and a king Essex bed in Oyster performance fabric, during the heat of COVID, following an exhaustive search which included all the major brick and mortar stores and direct to customer online providers. Ultimately we didn't feel like Crate and Barrel/West Elm's quality justified their price, the online shops products wouldn't last, and RH's prices were too hard to justify, though the quality was there. We wanted couches that could withstand kids, dogs, etc. Couches we can use for the next 30 years. The swatches provided were excellent representations of what was delivered, and in our opinion, the final product is at par with RH's quality, and a significant step above CB/WE. The leather is thick and feels durable, yet remains buttery soft to the skin. The house smells like a new car....an expensive one. Scratches show, but we like the look, and they can be removed easily. Prior to delivery, we were notified that there were issues with our two couches that had been identified by the shipping contractor. After consulting MH, the couches were shipped with the imperfections, which turned out to be what looked like two small burn holes in the same location of both couches. I'm not sure I would have noticed, but after mailing pictures of the imperfections, MH is sending out a specialist to replace the panels on both couches. Needless to say, we've been pleased with the customer service. The Essex bed is well made, all hardwood...very heavy. Our only complaint is the screw for the center support leg doesn't screw in flush with the support beam, so it impedes the cross bar support from sitting flush. We had to shim a few of the cross bars with cardboard to keep them from knocking. Easy fix, but an issue that might be easily remedied during the build process. Build/Delivery times were approximately 3 months. CB and RH times were twice that last time we checked. We were kept up to date through the process. All in all, very pleased with the Maiden Home experience. Such large expenditures made sight unseen are nerve wracking, and we felt like MH did a commendable job of putting many of our concerns to rest. We'll continue to recommend their products, and can see ourselves ordering additional pieces in the future.

We love love love our sectional. It’s still relatively new, and has yet to withstand a spill or stain (knock on wood), but with a 3 and 1 year old in the house, it’s only a matter of time! It is so comfortable- not mushy, but structured comfort and you can lay on and never want to get up. Highly recommend getting the ottoman, that we shove into the corner of the sectional to make a large cozy space to snuggle, or a jump pad for the kids! It’s low profile is perfect for our smaller space, and doesn’t break up the room like our previous, taller couch did. Fabric is soft and lovely. All in all, highly recommend!

I spent a great deal of time doing research and stocking the pages of this website as well as reading all of the reviews, and they are all true!!! I bought view Warren sofa, Ottoman and the Mercer chair. They are the epitome of class, quality, sophisticated design. The craftsmanship stands out, the little details like the folding of the fabric to tuck into the side of the Mercer chair or the way the seat cushions have snaps to keep them tethered to the Warren sofa. The fabric is durable, yet soft and comfortable. I bought the Warren in the oyster performance linen and sit on it all day, every day, especially with COVID and working from home. And, it still looks as good as the day it arrived. I have it them both for about 5 months now, wow. I mistakenly got thick, sweet wing sauce on my Warren sofa--- I was able to clean it right out, with a damp rag and a little scrubbing (it was BBQ sauce that sat for an hour), and I literally cannot even see where the stain was now! I am BEYOND pleased. It was exactly what I was looking for--- stylish, modern furniture that I could COMFORTABLY live in. Oh, forgot to mention how comfortable my pieces are! I did add 2 large throw pillows and a throw blanket to snuggle with, while I watch TV. People who come over are impressed and love it even more than I do. I am so glad I found this company when I did. I would have had to pay much more to get the quality or overpaid for cheap furniture because let's facet it, that really is what is out there now. Even some of the "luxury" furniture brands are selling subpar quality for the price they charge. You won't ever have to worry about that with Maiden Home.

I saw an ad for Maiden Home on Instagram... I loved the design and the camel leather color option. I loved their model of NYC designers with NC craftsmen. I was nervous to buy a couch online without sitting in it but so glad I did. I love our leather Warren sectional, everyone who has sat in it says how comfortable it is (we agree). They have been nothing but responsive/communicative throughout the whole process. Our couch took a little longer due to covid but it was worth the wait. I'm hoping to get another leather sectional from Maiden Home for our basement in the spring. :)

We just spent the night on our new Wythe bed and are extremely pleased with it. The low profile makes it extremely stable and the fabric and styling is exactly as expected. As good, if not better quality than our previous RH bed and a better value. Shipping was delayed slightly, which is basically the standard right now, but they were good about providing updates without my asking and were spot on for final delivery estimates. There was a bit of confusion over missing support legs upon delivery, but the service team worked quickly to resolve it. I was hesitant to order from this company since I had just seen their IG ads and nothing else, but they are definitely legit.

I absolutely ADORE AND AM THRILLED with the sofa and chair I purchased. They are PERFECT AND so incredibly comfortable!!!!

I'm an interior designer in San Diego and recently purchased the Sullivan sectional in cream linen and the Carmine in the lagoon velvet for a client. The client was over the top pleased with every detail of the sofas, the price, delivery and the emails updating the progress on the construction. Everything about ordering with Maiden Home is seamless, easy and no surprises. I ordered a sofa for myself as well and couldn't be happier with it. I will be using Maiden Home again and again.

We had a house fire in 2019 and lost all our furniture. I researched and researched sectionals and landed on Maiden Home. Super impressed with the communication, delivery, setup, etc. We love the way our Sullivan L Sectional in Performance Tweed Denim looks in our living room. We can fit lots of people on it. On one hand, it's wonderful and on the other, it's disappointing. The bones are great. The bones of this sectional will probably last my lifetime. It's the comfort and support we're disappointed in. The back cushions provide no support and they constantly need fluffing. And if I sit on the sectional too long, I can start to feel my lower back start hurting because of lack of support. It's probably our fault in picking the one we did. I just thought for the price we would get a lot more support and comfort.

We ordered the Varick online after a long, frustrating, and ultimately failed effort in pandemic couch-buying with other companies. Maiden Home had great customer service and was quite reliable in terms of their estimated production and delivery timeline. I appreciate that the couch was manufactured domestically and am overall pleased with the quality of materials. Nonetheless, I just don't love this couch the way I wanted to. The design is a miss. Not having had a chance for a "sit" test due to the pandemic, we relied a lot on the published measurements and had a good idea what we wanted. We found that the published measurements were a bit misleading compared to the in-person reality due to the significant thickness of the frame and back cushions. I'm 5'5" and a medium build- the couch sits comfortably for me if I want to sit straight up in a formal way- my heels hit the ground, the back cushions come right up against my back and the seat right up against the backs of my knees. It's not a lounger for me by any stretch, though, which is what we were looking for. My husband is 6'2" and relatively slender. This couch is much too petite for him to be comfortable. He has claimed the corner, because it's the only spot large enough for him- and the corner already (after 1 month) is developing a permanent dent where he sits. It's making me a bit pessimistic about how it will wear into the future. And the kicker is that, even though the couch feels small when we sit in it, it looks a bit too large in our living room. As if someone took what was supposed to be an elegant comfy couch and smashed it down so that it bulged and spread from the sides. It was also the case that Maiden Home asked us to measure the door/entryway prior to ordering to make sure it would be deliverable- we did and per the measurements we had plenty of extra just-in-case space. But when the delivery folks got here, they had a really tough time, had to to unbox it to get it in the door, and made us sign a waiver releasing them of any responsibility if there were delivery-related damages. If I had it to do over again, I probably wouldn't buy this couch. However, at this point I'm not going to return it either since it's still the pandemic with all the supply chain issues etc, and we have a a good enough bird in hand.

Truly impeccable nightstands. Amazing quality, you get what you pay for. Drawers feel incredible and the leather on top is a great touch.

Have had our dune for 2yrs now… somehow I have a white sofa that still looks new and has seemingly gotten even more comfortable now that it’s properly broken in. We’ve washed the slip covers probably a half dozen times over the past 2 years without issue. I do wish I would have gotten the classic back instead of the scatter back as washing very pillow cover is a pain. Overall very good ‘bang for the buck’ imho.

We couldn’t be happier with our new sofa. The whole experience was great — the Maiden Home team answered all of my questions and sent me pictures of different fabric types before we ordered, then kept us informed the whole way. When it arrived it was better than expected — really solid, very comfortable, and great looking. Everyone loves it and it really makes our room. So far the fabric seems nice and durable, which is a must with two kids and a dog. We highly recommend.

Like most reviewers, I was hesitant to purchase sofas without sitting in them. However, based on the other reviews and many conversations with Dana, I decided to try the Sullivan. I bought not one, but two so I was really taking a leap of faith. Maiden Home customized them to my specifications (I wanted a solid cushion on the bottom, no seams) and as they advertised sent many emails during the production process. Their estimated delivery time was spot-on! Now to the sofas, THEY ARE A DREAM!!! I really can't believe just how comfortable they are. We bought leather; it's beautiful and supple and I'm sure will only get better with age. I bought leather because my dogs live on our television sofas and I didn't want to vacuum dog hair anymore. Problem solved! I'm not concerned about their nail marks either-for me, that just ages the sofas faster. This is our life. Pets, kids, and lots of snuggling on our wonderful, new Sullivan sofas. Everyone in the family agrees they were a great purchase!

I received my two Dune sofa and I fell in love. They are "EXACTLY" what I expected them to be. I ordered them in the color alabaster (Beautiful!) and the level of comfort " OMG!" you literally sink down into absolute coziness. Anyone looking to purchase a sofa. I suggest you order a Dune sofa. It's the truth!

In the first week of March, 5 months after placing my order, I received my $13,000 sofa, but one piece had a foot-long crack in it and a cushion that was wrinkly and ill-fitting. Maiden home has been working with me to coordinate replacements, but it's been over a month. They lost my fabric sample (a pillow cushion cover) which means we have to do a bunch of back-and-forth sample mailing to find a color match. I got a re-delivered piece a month later and the delivery team completely destroyed my walls moving it up and down the stairwell. It's really awful. Because I didn't flag this within a very restrictive 24 hours after the delivery, Maiden home won't help resolve repairs to my wall. Very disappointed that Maiden home is trying to pass responsibility on a wall repair after I had given them $13,000—an insane amount for a piece of furniture.

great sectional very funny. cushions held up well and as the sales person told us, they recommend we regulate them every now and then. she was young and im old but still cracks me up every time i 'regulate my warren'. if you dont get this - you are too young. jokes aside beautiful sectional and great service start to finish. we missed our delivery appointment which was just truly our forgetting and on us but they worked to reschedule it as soon as possible and were very fair and kind on the whole thing (we did pay for redelivery but again thats fair was totally my mistake and the truck did show up to our building)

What a difference this made for our beige room! The deep blue color was in the rug but not noticed until we were looking at fabric samples. Now we have a pale gray and white room with lovely new sofas in blue. We are very satisfied with the online experience and would recommend it to all discriminating furniture shoppers. I love this sofa!! I sit on it every day in our den, watching tv, reading or sitting with my dogs. I love how deep the seat is; perfect for lounging. I also love that it's low to the ground because it compliments our cozy, high pile rug! The high performance tweedy-fabric has stood the test of time (about 6 months now) with my dogs who are eager to scratch at it. It's a design statement.
