Tailored, elegant and comfortable. The visible wood frame is a beautiful details. Purchased in oyster performance linen and it’s been proven to be an easy spot clean when needed. Wonderful quality piece!

Have had the chairs for a month now. Very comfortable. Feel structurally sound like they will hold up long term, and still very comfortable. Performance fabric works well. We have two young kids and been able to wipe off any stains very easily. Impressed so far but remains early days.

I've never purchased a sofa without actually sitting on it, but I took a chance on the Dune because of the many positive reviews. We got the small sectional, and while it's gorgeous, I wish we hadn't gotten it. The back cushions have held up well, but the seat cushions are awful. I have to fluff them every single time I sit on them, and even then, they're still uncomfortable. Additionally, feathers come out of it so often, I find myself vacuuming up a ton, or feeling little pricks when I'm sitting down. I told myself that I'd give the sectional a year because we invested so much money, but I seriously wish I hadn't. Now I feel like we're stuck with an expensive sectional that's not comfortable. On a more positive note, I can't say enough how great their custom service team is! I was constantly updated through the purchasing and shipping processes and everyone was so kind!

It took me such a long time to finally make a decision on a sofa. I had looked for months and kept coming back to Maiden Home. I had a hard time deciding because I loved the Ludlow and the Carmine as well as the Irving. I chose the Irving and I absolutely love it. It is so beautiful and comfortable! I love the fabric! I chose the Oatmeal and couldn’t be happier.

We really like our new Warren couch. We got the L-shape and overall appreciate that it's good quality. One thing is concerning however, which is that the frame of the couch creaks. Whenever my husband or I sit down and lean against the arm of the couch the underlying wooden frame almost makes a groaning sound. There is of course no way to fix an issue like this as it is internal/structural. Hopefully it doesn't indicate a long-term quality issue.

Delivery was seamless and the gentlemen were nice and professional. The fabric i enjoyed even more in full. I went straight to look at the seams to assess the upholstery quality and they are impeccable. Very happy!

I bought two dune chairs. I got the smaller ones, 32" depth, and they are perfect for my living room. They're big enough to look substantial, but they aren't at all heavy-looking. Very comfortable as well. I researched chairs for a long time before finding Maiden Home. This is very special furniture that will last a lifetime and beyond.

We received our Jones a couple of months ago and have been so pleased with our purchase. Our whole family agrees it’s the perfect place for naps. The Jones 117” sofa feels enormous and luxurious in our space, and I love the silhouette and the seaming details in particular - they’re beautifully sewn with care. The cushions feel great, and are comfortable but still supportive and feel like they’ll stand up over time. I also look forward to being able to move and potentially grow our Jones someday into a sectional as we move into different spaces - love that it is modular. I highly recommend to anyone considering a purchase!

We have had our soda about six months and waited to write this review to give us some time to see how the sofa wears. Overall, I’m thrilled. The sofa still looks like new despite our kids’ constant spills and leaps onto it. My son spilled an a tire glass of orange juice on it and it literally WIPED OFF. I couldn’t be more pleased with the fabric. Our only minor complaint is that we wish it were a bit deeper. I’m 5’8” and my husband is 6’7” and it’s a bit shallow for us. This might be because we bought the two back cushion version. I would guess with the scatter pillows you can sit back into it a bit more. Overall though, we are still pleased with it and I love the clean look of the two back cushions. This is our second Maiden Home sofa and I continue to be impressed with the quality of these products. Highly recommend.

We ordered a pair of Ludlow couches and are thrilled with them! We love the color, craftsmanship, and style! Also, the performance fabric is dynamite. We have two dogs who occasionally jump on couches with imperfect paws 🐾 A damp cloth cleans it perfectly. Super big deal to us. Firm feel but comfortable.

This is my second custom couch. I bought my previous one from interior define. I was hesitant to buy a couch I couldnt sit on first but we took the risk due to the short lead time for a maiden home couch. We are super impressed with its comfort and love the durability. We are currently using it in our rental home in Southampton and it has held up well. We would highly recommend!

We’ve waited a year to write this review, to really see how we felt after having lived with it. The fabric matched the swatch exactly and it feels luxurious and has a cashmere softness to it (Performance Tweed Charcoal). The dark color has lasted well and still looks great. Where the sofa falls short are the back cushions. Within one month they started to lose shape and buckle towards the center. The sofa is very lightly used - mostly weekends - so it’s disappointing that it’s been worn down so fast. Unfortunately it’s in our living room and in a very visible location. Customer service team is very nice but they can’t do anything about replacing it. Not worth it at this price point. Expected a much more durable sofa

Ordered bed on 5/2. It was delivered (1 wk later than 5-6 wk estimate) and [mis]assembled by MH white glove delivery. I noticed quickly that the wood base pieces were entirely misaligned. On further investigation, I noticed that the three supporting base pieces were missing entirely. MH original proposed solution: another delivery team would come and fix in 3.5 weeks, but in the meantime, I should not use the bed for safety considerations. Not acceptable. MH second solution: they will send the missing (and apparently important for safety) pieces, and I could disassemble and reassemble the bed myself. Also not acceptable, but since I did not have use of not only the bed, but the whole room, I agreed to this plan. After three hours of attempts with three people, the bed could not be assembled in a manner that the base and side pieces were properly aligned. MH third solution: an assembly team would come to properly assemble the bed. Accepted. A lone individual arrived (although the MH instructions indicate that two people are required to assemble), he spent an hour completely (and loudly) reconstructing the bed, adding new holes to metal pieces, etc. and informed me that the hardware had been properly installed and needed to be moved. Not acceptable. MH fourth solution: send a new bed in what would have been +15 weeks from the original order. Not acceptable, I requested a refund. MH: fifth solution, okay, a refund, but not until a delivery team available in only limited windows comes to retrieve the faulty bed. The bed (which they will surely junk) has been retrieved, and I am still waiting for the refund, which will apparently take another 1-2 weeks. MH will have had full payment for its defective product for more than three months. I will be certain never to order another MH product and to warn others as well.

All of our Maiden Home furniture is top notch - super high quality and beautiful. Our Jones sectional is comfortable, functional, and sleek. There were so many beautiful fabric choices - we went with performance tweed in oatmeal and LOVE it. The quality of wood on our Morro nesting tables is stunning and they are strong and sturdy. We also went with two shearling Mott stools that are magnificent. We are so happy with the look, feel, and quality of all of our purchases!

Nice chairs, slip covers are easy to cleans and take on and off. Have purchased an extra set of slip covers for the fall in a darker color. Pair beautifully with the 120in reade table in pecan

I received my Sullivan Chair earlier this month, and it has quickly become the most coveted seat in our living room! I selected the Performance Boucle in Polar - which is a really beautiful textured fabric that adds great dimension and interest to my space. The overall dimensions are also perfect- it's spacious enough to curl up with a book or watch a few of my favorite shows. I found the cushions to be really comfortable - not overly soft, providing the right amount of support to make it extra cozy.

I spent so much time looking for the perfect couch: one with a neutral color, classic but updated design, Krypton fabric, hardwood kiln dried frame, hand-tied springs, American made, very specific dimensions, and delivery within 3 months. It seemed like that was only possible by paying $10,000+ to an interior designer until I found MaidenHome. It’s now been six months since my Sullivan sofa arrived (in Harbor performance chenille) and I’m still so happy with it. There has been some very slight pilling from the fabric, but I think that’s to be expected since it gets used daily. What I love most is the durability from stains and spills. With 2 dogs and 2 small children, the couch has truly been lived in every day. It has endured spilled coffee, mud, food stains, black pet hair, scratchy dog nails, spilled baby bottles, and much more, and EVERYTHING has come out completely with a small solution of water and laundry detergent. The cushions have retained their shape well. The customer service has been amazing (they custom made arm covers for me to help protect the arms a bit more). Rarely would I ever think I’d rate a couch a 10/10 in quality but that is my honest review.

I purchased this couch a little less than 3 years ago and all of of the foam in my cushions are compressed. Other people noted the same issue. I contacted customer service and they do not help at all. I went back and forth with customer service showing the foam core is compressed and they keep telling me to adjust the fill. I have adjusted the fill in the cushions since I have bought this couch and followed their procedures, it does not fix the problem. I have couches from cheaper brands that have been used more with no cushion issues at all. Maiden Home does not stand behind their product. I will never purchase from this company again. Customer service and standing behind your product is everything, and they have failed miserably. Please listen and do not purchase from this company.

I ordered the Carmine for our guest house living room. I liked that I could order it in a performance fabric and see large swatches of the fabric in advance. It arrived in a timely manner, much faster than the rest of the custom furniture I have ordered during the pandemic. I was also appreciative that the customer service team was able to work with me on the delivery as our home requires a smaller truck in the driveway. Overall the furniture quality seems to be really great with good attention to detail. The price is excellent. My only critique like others have mentioned is that I wish the legs came in a turned style. They appear too modern for the sofa and having an alternative option I think would have been nice. Overall I am pleased and look forward to seeing if it stands the test of time.
