I bought the double chaise Dune couch in the performance Chenille Desert color. It is gorgeous! It is so cozy and comfortable. I have already fallen asleep on it more than I’d like to admit. It’s really special and feels like it is completely unique due to the personalization aspect. Additionally, there was some confusion with delivery and the customer service team was quick to help me out both through calls and emails. I would recommend their products to anyone looking for a high quality couch and I believe it will last me a long time.

We purchased The Sullivan 8 months ago, and we’re already going to buy a new sofa elsewhere. The reason? We bought it in tweed and there are feathers EVERYWHERE. All over the couch, all over our home. You can’t sit on the couch without getting stabbed by the end of a feather or five poking out through the fabric. The couch looks okay, a little cheaper appearing in person. The metal hooks that hold the large pillow that you sit on in place have basically fallen apart - and it’s not like we’re jumping on it. We bought a second couch at the same time from a different manufacturer in the same price range and the difference in quality is astounding. I’ll never order from Maiden Home again. If you’re absolutely going to buy this couch, absolutely do not buy it in the tweed, unless you want a house covered in feathers. Oh, and because of the texture of the couch, the feathers can not be vacuumed off, they have to be plucked off by hand. What a waste of money this thing was.

This is my second purchase from Maiden Home. We ended up exchanging our Dune sectional for a larger version of the exact sectional we had originally ordered. Customer services was beyond amazing. Delivery of the new sectional and pickup of the old was seamless. I cannot say enough amazing things about Maiden Home customer service or products. Our sectional is exactly what I wanted and so incredibly comfortable. Stains remove easily, which is so important to us with two young kids. I recommend Maiden Home to anyone I know and will be a lifelong customer.

I bought this sectional in Seal leather 2+ years ago and, sadly, it has not held up. The construction on the back of one of the pieces fell apart within 6 months, and the leather has surprisingly faded badly. We do have high ceiling sky lights, however I wouldn’t expect this level of yellow fading as it hadn’t happened with our previous leather sectional we had for a decade in the same room. The kids and my husband don’t enjoy sitting in the room because of its unsturdy construction and it looks really bad with the fading. For the price I am very disappointed as I’m now shopping for a new sectional.

I just received my bowery coffee table. The ottoman was fine but the table top was not in the finish I anticipated. I ordered white wash which has a grey undertone. The top I received was very light with a yellowish undertone. I also ordered a Morro table in white wash and when the tables are next to one another there is a very notable difference. I reached out to Maiden Home and they responded by saying the top was within the right finish. I disagree as there is absolutely no hint of grey.

We like the construction quality and the look of the piece, but the cushions, especially the seat is already sagging in. It’s been barely a month in and I see a dip in the seat cushion. Might have to get that replaced or something.

The process from start to finish was great! Free samples came quickly, Dana was very helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery persons were professional and timely. I had a post delivery question for which I received no response to my emails. When I then called her response was immediate. Only later did I realize their email responses had been routed to my trash. This was a stress-free, fun and great way to purchase furniture.

In blue mink - statement piece - the comfort is perfect and the profile is perfect for our great room that opens to the balcony. Delivery was easy and Coi for building wasn’t a pain (my building can be very annoying about that).

This sectional checked all the boxes: bench seating, sleek design, and low profile back. I read all the reviews prior to buying and decided on an oyster color - other reviewers had purchased this even having kids and pets, so I thought I’d give it a try. I thought that since it’s performance fabric, it would be ok - it’s turned me neurotic. I wouldn’t say it’s super easy to clean. I use the recommended dawn and water spray and it still looks dirty. Five stars for the couch but not the fabric color.

I give the Dune 5 out if 5 stars! It is so so beautiful! Super comfy. The fabric is very nice. My family loves it and everyone who has seen it raves about it and it’s comfort. My only complaint is it is stinky. I am super sensitive to smells and very cautious about toxins. It is the whole reason I bought from Maiden. I was surprised that it has a smell. It still has the smell after 3 weeks. I am not taking a star off yet because I am assuming it will dissipate and when it does this baby is 5 out of 5 stars.

We ordered a sofa from Maiden Home and we love it! Ordering and delivery was a cinch, and the sofa itself is quality made and beautiful. We bought another at the same time (Interior Define) and by comparison the Maiden Home couch is above and beyond!! Wish we had have purchased both from Maiden Home.

We are very pleased with our Warren Sectional. It has a modern and polished look, and it's cozy to lounge on. We went with the Silver Performance Weave fabric and are so happy because the color is beautiful, the hand is soft, and our dog can get comfortable without us worrying he's going to stain or snag it. Really well done, Maiden Home :)

The fabric, customer service, delivery was great. The sofa also seems well made structure wise and is comfortable but I wish the seat cushions were firmer and more dense. I am hoping the cushions settle down as the piece breaks in.

When I moved from a small apartment to a townhome, I knew I wanted to purchase a sofa from maiden home. I have worked on photo shoots with this company, met the founder, and have always been so impressed with the attention to detail and the quality of the construction. I wanted a piece that I would keep forever. I chose the carmine because it effortlessly brings together traditional shapes with a modern aesthetic. I love the role arm details, and the sloping back. I’ve always wanted a green velvet sofa, and the olive velvet is the most beautiful shade that is just unusual enough, but isn’t out of place in my traditional home. It’s also very easy to clean cat hair off the fabric. This sofa is both timeless and neutral enough to keep forever, but also unique enough to make a statement in my home. The cushions are firm and supportive, yet comfortable to curl up for my morning chai. It’s one of my favorite places in the house to sit. My husband was skeptical of buying a sofa without sitting on it, (he’s 6’4” and always uncomfortable with low-backed sofas) but he loves the firmness of this sofa. The whole process with maiden home was effortless and felt luxurious. I got email updates of the progress that was being made on the couch, which was exciting. It means a lot to me that these couches are handcrafted in the USA, and despite Covid they did not have the crazy delays other furniture companies were having with manufacturing overseas. Everyone who comes over loves this couch and asks where I got it, I’m quick to recommend this company. I can’t wait to order another piece from maiden home!

We received our Dune sofa and were thrilled with it at first! It is so beautiful, is very sturdy, and is comfortable for lounging. We ordered it in the oyster performance lined fabric. We have four young kids, so this may seem like a bold move to some. Prior to our MH Dune purchase, we had a Pottery Barn slip covered sectional, also in a white performance fabric, so we knew what we were getting into. There was never a single spill, mark, or stain that we couldn’t get out of our PB sectional. We had everything from pen marks and food smears, to bloody noses and greasy hands on that couch and every time we washed it, it looked as good as new. Pretty much everything you can think of made its way onto that couch with four sets of tiny hands in our home. With that experience, we felt very confident in ordering another white performance fabric couch. Unfortunately, we have not had the same experience this time around with our Maiden Home sofa. Within a month and a half of being delivered, our slip covers needed to be washed. For the most part, it washed well but there is a stain we cannot get out of one of the arms of this slip cover. We followed Maiden Home’s washing instructions and everything Sunbrella recommended. Now, this is disappointing, but something I can live with. I am the one who chose a white couch with four kids in the house. What I can’t live with is the fact that our slip cover shrunk up about 2-3 inches vertically, on all sides when we washed it, even though we precisely followed all washing instructions. You can now see the bottom 2-3” of our sofa peeking out of the bottom of our slip cover. It looks ridiculous. For a couch that is 6 weeks old, that was washed properly, this should not be an issue. I reached out to Maiden Home about this. They have been very polite, but will not replace the slip cover, which is very disappointing, especially given how new our sofa is and that this happened with our first wash. One of the selling points of this couch is its washability, and that was not delivered. As much as I love the look of this sofa, I cannot recommend it, based off of this alone. Shrinkage should not be an issue on a custom piece of furniture, when washed exactly as instructed. Buyer beware! If you have children or pets in your home, or feel you would need to wash your slip cover for any other reason, I recommend going with another brand.

Our interior designer ordered this couch for our weekend home and it is a major crowd pleaser. Not too soft, not too hard. Takes a beating from the children, durable and beautiful. I love it so much, I want to get the same one for my apartment.

Purchased the Warran sectional and ottoman. You will have to wait a while for it to get to you, but the wait is worth it. This is traditional furniture building at its best. Very high quality and my family has been in the furniture business - so we know. Never thought I would buy a $4000 sectional online without sitting on it but their descriptions of how they put it together leave no doubt about the quality . They are good at communication and you can always email to ask for an update. Delivery company was fine but scheduling with them was a bit of a challenge. Overall would by again in a heartbeat. Great to see some quality companies out there still making things in the USA.

We ordered the Varrick sectional 148x148. We needed a larger sectional for our space and I liked the clean lines of this one. After shopping all over, we decided to order from Maiden Home and I'm glad we did. Their timeline for production and delivery was correct and their communication was great. The delivery was smooth. The sectional is more comfortable than we thought-- we all enjoy the long cushions (great for stretching out for a nap). The back is lower than we thought, but it opens up our great room more. I like the fabric, we ordered Performance Linen in Creme. It's holding up really well so far with several teenagers and a large dog. We also have two ottomans which are great, but I wish they had a storage ottoman option. The sectional feels well-made. I would order from Maiden Home again.

I received my 85" Varick in Emerald Velvet almost a year ago and I have to say that this has been one of the best purchases I've ever made! I spend quite a bit of time working remote and lounging on my Varick-- it has held up very nicely with very minimal maintenance. I've also received so many compliments from guests and never have to worry about spills or accidents when eating-- I literally just wipe everything away with a warm sponge and a little soap.

Love love! Have only had a few weeks, will update once I see how it holds up.
