I don't typically write reviews, but the furniture shopping process was so exhausting...this was warranted. Full disclosure, we've only owned our MH furniture for roughly 3 weeks, so I cant yet opine as to long term durability.... We purchased two 7ft bench seat Crosby, Tuscan Brown Leather couches, and a king Essex bed in Oyster performance fabric, during the heat of COVID, following an exhaustive search which included all the major brick and mortar stores and direct to customer online providers. Ultimately we didn't feel like Crate and Barrel/West Elm's quality justified their price, the online shops products wouldn't last, and RH's prices were too hard to justify, though the quality was there. We wanted couches that could withstand kids, dogs, etc. Couches we can use for the next 30 years. The swatches provided were excellent representations of what was delivered, and in our opinion, the final product is at par with RH's quality, and a significant step above CB/WE. The leather is thick and feels durable, yet remains buttery soft to the skin. The house smells like a new car....an expensive one. Scratches show, but we like the look, and they can be removed easily. Prior to delivery, we were notified that there were issues with our two couches that had been identified by the shipping contractor. After consulting MH, the couches were shipped with the imperfections, which turned out to be what looked like two small burn holes in the same location of both couches. I'm not sure I would have noticed, but after mailing pictures of the imperfections, MH is sending out a specialist to replace the panels on both couches. Needless to say, we've been pleased with the customer service. The Essex bed is well made, all hardwood...very heavy. Our only complaint is the screw for the center support leg doesn't screw in flush with the support beam, so it impedes the cross bar support from sitting flush. We had to shim a few of the cross bars with cardboard to keep them from knocking. Easy fix, but an issue that might be easily remedied during the build process. Build/Delivery times were approximately 3 months. CB and RH times were twice that last time we checked. We were kept up to date through the process. All in all, very pleased with the Maiden Home experience. Such large expenditures made sight unseen are nerve wracking, and we felt like MH did a commendable job of putting many of our concerns to rest. We'll continue to recommend their products, and can see ourselves ordering additional pieces in the future.

I purchased the Sullivan in Fog for my living room and absolutely love it. The bench seat begs for a nap! Looks and feels great.

I bought the Warren U Chaise Sectional in Natural Performance Washed Linen and let me tell you: it literally could not be a more perfect sofa! I looked FOREVER at all the big retailers and through a decorator, and was about to spend a lot more on a sectional through my designer and then I came across Maiden Home. I will say that making a purchase this large without seeing the piece or sitting on it is nerve wracking, but I swear this sofa is perfect and I am PICKY. I love the back height (low enough to look modern but not too low to be uncomfortable). The depth is perfect (deep enough to lay down comfortably, but not so deep that you can't sit up). I prefer a more firm sofa (it holds it's shape better and doesn't end up looking so 'worn') and the firmness is perfect. The fabric is great: it's a performance fabric, but it doesn't feel like plastic outdoor fabric. All of the details are right on this sofa and I could not love it more!

It took a little longer than I was expecting. But with Covid, I knew there could be delays. It was delivered, and it is gorgeous!! The linen fabric has so much texture, and after you sit on it, it pops up to its original shape... couldn't be happier!!

We are thrilled with the quality of the (2) Ludlow Sofa's we purchased for our client in California. The style is versatile, feminine and is extremely high end. We received automated email updates letting us know where the order was in the process and exactly what was being done to each sofa. It was an easy way to keep our client updated as well without having to take the time to constantly reach out. Their customer service and updates along the progression of the order is one of the best we've ever experienced. Dana was prompt with all correspondence and was helpful from start to finish. Maiden Home offers amazing quality in a price range that our clients appreciated. It's great to have a company that values partnerships with interior designers. We will absolutely be using them for our future projects as they offer great customization, quality and customer service!

Better than I expected. The Dune sofa is grand and beautiful. I did it in the white chenille and it’s gorgeous. The pillows are smaller than I thought, but plenty of them to scatter all across the back. The Leroy chair is fabulous, comfy and extremely generous in size; compared to how it looks. We are so pleased and so thankful it turned out, having never seen them in person.

I was hesitant to purchase an expensive piece of furniture on line without sitting on it. I read the reviews and decided to go for it. I am NOT disappointed. The experience was painless and ultimately rewarding. From the beginning exchanging emails with Dana and her assuring me that the velvet I was considering would hold up with my four legged friend sitting on it, to ultimately getting the sofa I was satisfied with the experience. I decided on the Carmine in Midnight Velvet, 80 inches for my smallish living area. Although I've only had the sofa for about 3 weeks Dana was correct the cat hair really doesn't seem to stick to the couch and if it does it comes right up! It's beautiful and comfortable I haven't sat in my recliner since it got here! I've gotten many compliments from neighbors. If I had one complaint it would be that I didn't order the 85 inch sofa. My fault, in retrospect, because this is a low profile sofa the 85 inch would have been even more perfect. Next time! I will use Maiden Home again and I will continue to tell people about them! Love our Irving sectional in green velvet. The fabric so far is holding up really well to our pups. I was a little nervous that the color and velvet by nature would make any dog hair really visible and I’d be slave to my hand vac, but it’s actually been really forgiving. Almost better than the couch itself is the commitment to customer service and experience this company striving for and achieving. We had an issue with our order and the actions taken by Maiden Home to right the situation beyond exceeded my expectations. Trust you are in good hands with these folks! Kudos and thank you, Maiden Home!

I would never buy anything from Maiden Home again. They do nothing for the customer. They rest on their laurels about their “quality”. I absolutely HATE my Warren sofa. I may as well be sitting on the floor. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Love our sofa!! So many gorgeous fabric options it was hard to choose. Exceptional quality and so comfortable!!! Holds its shape but not too firm. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase! Would recommend over and over again

I purchased the 85” Carmine in Ecru with walnut finish. It is the perfect neutral color without being too white or too ivory. The performance fabric has already passed the sloppy human and dog tests. I was able to wipe away spills and dirt without a trace. The tight back design is both beautiful and comfortable. The customer service was excellent in the way they handled issues with delivery to a New Orleans home during the initial panic of Covid-19. I would have loved to have purchased the 90” if it would have fit. So happy with my purchase and I will definitely order from Maiden Home again.

We recently moved to a new town and a new house. I wanted to create a peaceful, welcoming living room for our family to rest, relax, and welcome family and friends. Buying furniture is a huge commitment for me. I work hard to research and make wise selections because I want to love my furniture for a very long time. I knew I wanted beautiful, well-built furniture that would withstand daily life with 3 kids, a cat, and frequent visitors, and Maiden Form delivered. We ordered 2 Carmine sofas and a matching ottoman in the smoke performance tweed, and I couldn't be happier! The sofas are "grown up" gorgeous, but the quality of the build and fabric allows my children (and cat!) to enjoy playing, resting, and snuggling on the couch without me worrying that my new furniture may get messed up. Many thanks to Dana for all of her help selecting the right furniture for our family. Every night when I see my family gathered on the sofas to watch tv or play a game, I am so proud of the space I created with Maiden Home's help.

The Jones sofa (in Performance Linen Creme) is the most uncomfortable couch on the planet. I purchased 2 years ago (after loving our previous Warren purchase) and it has been horrible ever since. The fabric is rough and slippery, and the body is incredibly low but with a deep seat base it makes the lack of lumbar support very noticeable. It’s not cozy or modern, it’s just awful. We also spent well above our budget on it so unfortunately it’s here to stay. Deeply regret this purchase and hoping to save others from the same.

We could not be happier with our Bedford table. From start to finish we were impressed. This table is just beautiful. 72” table that does not consume the room. We actually have more dinning area taking up less space if that is possible.we saved for quite a few years for this and are very glad we did. Don’t hesitate to purchase from Maiden Home, you will not regret it.

This was a big investment without seeing the sofa person first, but I could not be happier with my Leonard! The beautiful shape of this sofa (those arms!) really sets it apart from the others I looked at during my search, and the quality is just amazing. I'm confident that I'll have this sofa for many years and moves to come. It's still very new so thankfully we haven't had any spills yet, but knowing that the slipcover can be washed as well as potentially swapped out down the line is very reassuring. The Stonewashed Linen has seriously elevated our space—it's super chic but also perfectly soft for lounging. The combination of the generous seat depth and ultra plush cushions is a dream. Especially after the turbulence of the last year and a half, supporting American craftsmen was a huge plus for me. I've recommended Maiden Home to all of my friends, and can't wait to add to my own collection!

Sofa was delivered with 2 snags. We have been in correspondence for weeks without a resolution. Bummer as we recommend your sofas all the time-please resolve! Rebuild the sofa cushion.

From thinking about a purchase, working with Dana Bonda to make sure I was ordering exactly what I wanted, to frequent updates from the production to shipping, and finally the delivery and set-up of my beautiful sofa, I could not be more thrilled. I ordered the Ludlow in heather grey and it is a stunningly beautiful piece of furniture. Upon delivery there was one very minor issue with the sofa and within 30 minutes of delivery-I notified Dana Bonda at Maidenhome and she took immediate responsibility to have someone come to my home and take care of a very minor problem. I have never had such prompt and professional service from any company. Thank you Dana and Maidenhome for providing me with not only a beautiful piece of furniture, but one made with the highest quality.

Bought 2 - arrived ups no issues. Solid wood but not so heavy that can’t move. No complaints - Will buy from maiden again

In our 24 years of marriage and 5 houses we have bought a lot of furniture and usually from nicer retailers (furniture land south, Greenfront, H&H, Sherrill, Karges, etc) our Warren U sectional is by far our favorite and best piece of upholstered furniture we have ever owned. It’s amazing what the right seating can do for your family. We all spend significant more time in the same room given we can comfortably all fit on our new sectional. Don’t hesitate, the process and quality are second to none

I am in love with my Essex King Bed. It is beautiful (I got it in Ash Leather)! It is really sturdy and well crafted. I like the bed so much I ordered a second one for a guest room (in Seafoam).
