I cannot recommend the Jones enough! Mine is in the Emerald Velvet, which I fell in love with after seeing the photos on Maiden Home's Instagram. I adopted two kittens during the pandemic and they treat the Jones like a rock climbing wall. The Performance Velvet exceeded all of my expectations! After a quick lint roll you can't even tell I have cats. It's very comfortable- perfect for movie nights and entertaining. I've also had guests camp out on it for days while visiting with no complaints. I'm looking forward to loving this piece for years to come!

The ordering process was easy, everything was delivered within the 12 week time frame we were told, the delivery went smoothly, and we are so happy with the quality and comfort of the furniture. Would highly recommend!

After a lot of very picky sofa shopping at various vendors, we ordered the 75" Carmine sofa in "Performance Textured Linen - Flax", and received it in February 2023. It's just beautiful, the construction quality is excellent, and Maiden Home's customer service was great. Highly recommend.

For starters, it is an attractive sectional and I do like the shape and fabric. It's pretty comfortable and I hope it lasts many years. However I'm shocked by the quality control issues in this price range. There was an exposed metal nail in one of the couch legs. Yes, there was a literal uncapped metal nail hammered under the leg of my $7,000 couch. It gouged up my brand new LVP flooring in my newly built home. This is so obviously beyond unacceptable that I assumed MH would go above and beyond to make it right, but customer service--while very responsive--didn't take any responsibility. They made me personally deal with their 3rd party delivery service which took weeks of phone tag and being outright ignored many steps along the way, until I was finally connected with a delivery manager who would listen. She was very kind and couldn't believe what was going on, and she let me file a claim for $522. I'm not sure if my issues were ever escalated internally to notify QC of this happening, and honestly it never felt like MH took my issue seriously because they didn't want to admit it was their fault. They put way, way too much responsibility and stress on me, and pawning me off to a third party didn't feel like a premium experience. Oh and there's tiny metal staples(?) poking out in random spots along the arm seam, which will scratch you if you're not careful. Overall too many problems and a lack of care for the price.

I saved up for months to purchase the Dune. I went with the Performance Linen in the color Graphite. First, the experience was wonderful. I had sizing questions prior to ordering and the designer called me back in a timely fashion. When I called to inquire about the differences in material and colors - the sales associates who answered the phone were kind and patient. When the couch arrived, the color is beautiful. Plus, it's locally made, and I believe in buying in America, so that was also special to me! All of that deserves a 10 out of 10!!! But here is my issue - only a few months in and the fabric has already FADED on the backside. I have never removed the slipcover to launder yet, so I assume it's from the indirect light coming in from the bay window. To spend over 5,000 for a couch, only to have it fade within a few months is beyond disappointing. And it's NOT even direct light in my living room. Graphite is a rather dark gray color, but I sure wish someone would have told me there was a chance for this. And when you see the name, "performance linen" - you are thinking it would stand up to most elements. As a television journalist, and social media influencer, I shoot a lot of videos in my home, so I am very saddened to see the fading. And I am even more worried, if it looks faded within just a few months, how will it look 12 months from now? Please advise. And thank you for your time.

We are absolutely in love with our Leroy chair and matching ottoman. From the build updates, to the delivery, to the actual product in our home -- everything was perfection and top notch. I waited a few weeks since receiving our Warren Sectional before reviewing because I wanted to live with it for a bit first. I have to say, it was love at first sight and it has totally lived up to that first impression! The Performance Velvet is beautiful and the construction is really high quality. Most importantly, it's really comfortable! I have a feeling we're going to be happy with it for many years to come!

I purchased the Sullivan sofa and two Downing chairs with one ottoman. They are beautiful and seem very well made. The chair frames and ottoman have lighter frames than I expected, but are sturdy enough. Details are very nice. The fabric is true to the samples I received, which was very helpful in choosing paint colors. Overall a great experience. There is a lot of information on fabrics: composition, durability, rubbing, pilling, etc. Also ratings on comfort and support in chairs and sofa was very helpful in making decisions. I spoke with two design consultants to help me make the choice. I was a bit nervous about ordering online and not "doing sit tests", but it worked out great. I cannot be more pleased with the pieces. The furniture arrived a little ahead of estimated date. Was great! Would buy from Maiden Home again. Loved the customizable service. Always hated the "do you want it in white or black or beige" choices at retail stores. Wishing company great success.

We ordered a sectional that was delayed due to back order of our fabric and I must say it was worth the wait. We had originally been looking at a cloud sectional, but refused to pay that price. After spending hours researching online we stumbled across maiden and are so happy we chose them. The sofa looks great in our family room and it’s sooooo comfortable! I would recommend them 1k percent. Their customer service and communication throughout the process was stellar. Thank you Maiden Home for completing our home!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a high quality sofa - and I suggested we check out Maiden Home (I used to work for the company, so I knew the ins and outs and could solidly recommend the product) -- we ended up going with the Warren and we are over the moon. It's SO much more comfy than his old bachelor sofa and it looks fantastic. Everyone who has seen it is super impressed. Plus the price was competitive to other high-end furniture and the wait time was SIGNIFICANTLY less than others -- even with everything going on in the supply chain right now! We couldn't be happier. If you're deciding whether or not to take the plunge and trust Maiden Home, do it - you will not regret it.

I ordered 2 Warren 108” sofas for my new living room. They were absolutely exactly what I envisioned!! I was nervous to buy something I hadn’t sat on, but I took a risk and so glad I did!! The price for this size custom couch with this style of construction cannot be beat. These prices are unbelievably competitive! Customer service has been amazing the whole way through- highly recommend!

I’ve been shopping R&B, Crate&Barrel, etc for over 3yrs to replace a 25yr old hand-me-down leather couch. My goal: find something that appealed to my esthetic preferences and my family’s comfort expectations, as our living room and family room is one in the same! I bought The Warren (85” in oatmeal). I am so happy! My family of four loves it and we all fit comfortably. Haven’t had it long enough to speak to the long lasting integrity of the cushions, but so far they look great. This is a solid piece that won’t slide around with kids jumping! Fabric is great texture and neutral to pair well with tans or grays. Whole process was smooth, with email updates throughout the whole process. I agree with the 4star review from the customer who said it seemed weird to see a product with all 5star reviews. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

We bought the Dune in Oyster almost a year ago, and I so glad we did. The couch is 95" with the two back pillows. This couch is so comfortable! I was worried about a few things buying online. One was the fabric choice. We have two dogs and they get dirt on it here and there, and it cleans right off. My second worry was the couch keeping shape. The cushions bounce right back to perfect and I don't have to do it all the time like I thought I would. They are soft yet supportive and keep the shape! We want to buy another set of slip covers in a different color just to have them bc this couch is built to last. It is very sturdy feel from the great craftmanship.

I'm surprised by all the amazing reviews on this couch. I genuinely was so excited for it and all the reviews sold me on it, but it hasn't lived up to the hype for us at all. The bench cushions are SOOO firm and uncomfortable, and it's no wear near deep enough for my husband and I to cozy up and cuddle on the couch which is our favorite part of the day...and this will sound dramatic but it's true that this couch has kinda ruined our cuddle time and Sunday couch naps. The back cushions were sagging so much I had to buy down feathers to refill them cause they looked so bad. We bought the performance linen in a lighter color as everyone made it sound so easy to clean, but I've cleaned this thing so many times and now it just looks splotchy cause the fabric seemed to lighten significantly where it was cleaned. The linen fabric is so tight that there's just no give, which again makes it pretty to look at but super uncomfortable. We will be reselling this couch as soon as I can convince my husband to spend another $6k on a couch when we just bought this a year ago. I really wanted to like it, but it was a big fail and I very much regret purchasing it 😞

We purchased 2 warren sofas for our family room (Bourbon Leather and Performance Linen Putty). The product and fabric and service exceeded our expectations. We searched for a long time and will be ordering the Crosby in the coming months for our formal living room. Cannot say enough wonderful things about the customer service team. Flawless from beginning to end.

Not sure if it's because I ordered an "in stock" ready to ship Dune sofa, but it arrived with multiple very noticeable pulls in the linen fabric. I just flipped the cushions for the first time and noticed even more pulls on the other side! I'm so disappointed that a brand new sofa would arrive with the slipcovers in this condition. It's also really annoying that the seat cushion slides out a couple inches every time you sit on it. The back cushions make a horrible "crunchy" noise - from my research it seems that this is caused by when down proof ticking is made with a stiffer, lesser quality coated material that holds the feathers in.

This is such a wonderful innovative company. I ordered the Carmine sofa and when it arrived, I realized it was a bit too formal for my lifestyle. With no hesitation, Dana with Customer Service, processed a return of the Carmine in exchange for the Dune. I love my Dune. The entire process was easy and exactly as detailed from ordering to shipping to exchange to total enjoyment.
