Bottom line: We purchased the Jones in the tan leather and we love it. We would definitely purchase from Maiden Home again. I was a little hesitant to buy from Maiden Home because I didn’t know much about the brand and didn’t know anyone personally who had purchased from them but I am very glad we did. The style and feel was just what we wanted and was well represented and explained on the website. The upholstery is well done and very well matched across the sofa (another competitor I was looking at explicitly said to expect variability in their leather sofas. I understand why that is a possibility but it wasn’t a very appealing one to me). The cushions are held in place by Velcro backing which I actually didn’t realize when we bought it but it keeps our casual looking back cushions from sliding all over the place, which is very useful with our rambunctious toddler. The customer service was stellar; one team member talked me through the pros and cons of the two leather options and ways to remove/buff scratches from the softer leather we ended up choosing. Another team member preemptively reached out to me when there was concern the delivery window wouldn’t be met. The delivery ended up being on time and was painless. I was also concerned about the separate sofa pieces moving since it is a sectional but the pieces are held together by sturdy looking metal clips and we haven’t noticed any motion or gapping between the pieces. Side note, we are happy with the ottoman configuration rather than a fixed chaise because it gives us more flexibility. The ottoman is not attached to the rest of the sofa but ours is on a rug so it doesn’t move. The price was right for us- it was not the cheapest leather sofa we could find but for the quality and style, I think it is very well priced.

I purchased the 85” Carmine in Ecru with walnut finish. It is the perfect neutral color without being too white or too ivory. The performance fabric has already passed the sloppy human and dog tests. I was able to wipe away spills and dirt without a trace. The tight back design is both beautiful and comfortable. The customer service was excellent in the way they handled issues with delivery to a New Orleans home during the initial panic of Covid-19. I would have loved to have purchased the 90” if it would have fit. So happy with my purchase and I will definitely order from Maiden Home again.

While the dresser is very good quality, there were several issues, including delivery problems and missing the adjustable glides that protect your floors from the metal brackets that were left exposed on my floor and consequently scratched it. Then the wrong number of glides were mailed to me, causing further delays. Customer service was attentive, but didn’t prevent these issues from occurring. I don’t love the off-gassing from the chemicals used on the wood, which will eventually dissipate but for now is making my clothes smell. I’d be hesitant to purchase from here again.

After having a very successful experience with Maiden Home with our first couch, we decided to order the Leonard for our living room. We ordered the performance linen and do not have one positive thing to say about this couch. We rarely use this couch and it looks like it has been in our house for years. The slip cover has way too much fabric for the frame of the couch which contributes to a very messy and wrinkled look even when no one is sitting on the couch. The seams do not align to the back of the couch or the arms. Many of our friends and family have commented on how cheap it looks. I have tried to make this couch work, as the return policy has expired. I have tried to work many times with customer service and have had a terrible experience. I have shared photos, feedback and have tried every suggestion they have made to no luck. Mostly recently customer service offered to send someone to my home to look at the couch but when I tried to schedule time, no one responded. I am very disappointed as I love the look and feel of my first couch and am impressed with design of the new items that have recently been added. Unfortunately due to this experience, Maiden Home has lost a customer for life. Please do your research before purchasing this couch.

We are so pleased to have selected the Sullivan with Sunbrella Smoke. It's truly a great piece of furniture and looks wonderful in our home. We were nervous about making such a large and important purchase online without seeing the piece beforehand, but as soon as it arrived we knew we made the correct decision. We are still breaking in the cushions but it's already very comfortable. The quality is exactly as they describe and you won't be unhappy!

We could not be happier with this sofa. After two disappointing sofas from West Elm and Article, both of which sagged and did not hold up over time, I was nervous to order a sofa online, sight unseen. I'm thrilled we took the risk--ordering not one, but TWO. The quality is superb, the look is stunning, and the cushions have just the right amount of cushiness and firmness, soft to sit but not sloppy to the eye. Bravo, Maiden Home!

I waited six months for this chair and it is so uncomfortable. Overstuffed pillows. Bulky arm rest. Etc. If you’re in search of something cozy, go elsewhere. I guess it looks okay, but clearly this wasn’t designed with comfort in mind.

I got the Perry in seal leather and matching stool. It is super solid and looks great. It wasn’t delayed much from COVID and they always kept you abreast of the timing. I’m so pleased with the purchase!

I love the Thompson bed. After months of shopping, this bed was the perfect choice. Beautifully crafted with a clean yet rustic design. The Tuscan leather in Camel with natural ash wood was exactly what I wanted. So happy with this purchase.

The couch is exactly as expected. The customer service team was super helpful in providing additional photos of the fabric on real furniture in real rooms and the grey looks great! I struggled with fabric choices and was worried about the fabric pilling or being difficult to clean. So far, it has shown some wear and tear from our dog, BUT it the color hides her black and white coarse dog hair really well. I've been covering the couch to keep the threads from pulling.

It's the perfect size for 1 to relax or 2 to snuggle up and watch a show. SO comfy and classic - the only thing I'm having a little bit of a hard time with is finding the perfectly matching ottoman or pouf to go along. Would love a rectangular Dune style low ottoman! But otherwise - I'd buy Maiden Home again for certain.

I may never buy furniture from another company ever again. :) The styles and fabrics are better than any I've found anywhere and I did an audible gasp/knee buckle when I opened each piece I had ordered. (And let's talk about the packaging real quick - there were NO corners cut on the packaging/delivery and it arrived in pristine condition.) I have also never experienced such amazing customer service. I was desperate to reach a deadline for a client, and they moved heaven and earth to make it happen (and it did). I'm so grateful to have found this gem of a company and their gorgeous pieces.

We searched high and low for a beautiful, sleek, comfortable, family friend couch with great value. This is it! Customer service was fantastic the entire time - working closely with myself and my interior designer to pick the best size/layout for my space. The swatches helped me pick what fabric/color to get. We have two toddlers and a dog so tested the swatches out with wine, drink, dirt etc. Everything came out with no issues with just a little water/dawn and blotting. Sure enough, within the first couple weeks of having the couch it has withstood all the usual child accidents! Will be ordering the coffee-table sized ottoman as well. Highly recommend!

I had high hopes for this sectional. I did my research, I had a decent budget, and I was willing to wait for a quality sofa that was going to last for the next several years… We received our Dune sectional less than 3 months ago and it already looks like horrible. The seat cushions are flattened and misshaped to the point that it looks messy and sloppy. I contacted customer service, sent photos. Waited 1 week for a response, sent another email, more photos and I was told to fluff up the cushions!😳Really? An $8,000 sofa needs me to fluff up for 20 minutes every time we sit on it, just to look halfway decent??🙄 Not acceptable on many levels. I’m writing this review (even though it probably won’t get posted) with the hopes of giving someone the honest truth before they buy this overpriced sofa. I wish I had known this before I purchased it that it was only going to look nice as long as you don’t sit on it…

Fits with any decor and is the most comfortable sofa ever! We have back issues and this sofa is the first that we can sit and lay on without pain. Simply beautiful.

This is a beautiful sofa that was clearly made with care. However, I wish I had been able to sit on one before ordering, and if I had, I wouldn’t of ordered it. The back of the sofa is quite low, lower than an average sofa, so there isn’t much support, especially for a tall person. The seats themselves are deep which is comfortable, but the back is disproportionately short. The over all sofa height is also very low, which makes getting in and out of it difficult for some people, like elderly adults. The back cushions are not attached, and I have to constantly adjust it when using the chaise, as it smooshes down into the crack between the chaise and back sofa frame. Because of the extremely low back, my husband and I can not comfortably use the couch for TV watching without larger pillows propped up behind us. I’m 5’9, and the sofa is just too small in height to support my frame. These are all likely my fault, as I should have measured and compared the height to my current sofa, but I have never sat on one so low before, and didn’t expect this to be a problem. Maiden home does have a return program, but I would lose $600 doing so, so it’s not financially plausible for me. Once again, construction of the sofa is nice and it’s a beautiful piece. But I would not get it as your main family lounging sofa.

I rarely write reviews but the customer service experience with Maiden Home has been amazing. I originally ordered the Sullivan sectional. When it arrived it was well made and the fabric was beautiful but it was not the right look for our space. I contacted customer service and returned the sectional and replaced with 2 Sullivan sofas. They were incredibly easily to work with and prompt at arranging the return. The new sofas arrived this week and they are perfect. The are incredibly comfortable and beautiful. I highly recommend this company!

We recently moved and needed something bit larger in our living room (especially with two boys now too). My husband and I did extensive research on the best sofas on the market and was super disappointed on how our crate and barrel sofa stood to the test of time. Maiden was so highly rated but we couldn’t physically sit on it so we were scared to take the chance. We loved the chevron fabric swatch that was sent we took a chance and ordered the Warren sofa. We couldn’t be happier! It was beautifully delivered and unwrapped, it holds up with my kids jumping on it and then can be luxurious enough for when you want to have friends over. I’m obsessed! Their customer service is also terrific, we loved the check in process and updates for when it was being made. Maiden has a customer for life here!
