The Warren sofa and ottoman we purchased are great, very comfortable. The overall look is cool, it is a low profile, and works well against our den wall. The customer service and delivery were all excellent as well. The sofa came earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise for Christmas!

My husband and I recently moved into a new home in Connecticut. Moving from a one-bedroom apartment in New York, we had a lot of space to fill and truly make our own. We purchased Maiden Home's Sullivan sofa in Oyster Performance Linen for our living room - the space where we spend the majority of our time - and we couldn't be happier. The sofa is beautiful, comfortable and has helped to make this new house feel like home. The performance fabric gives me peace of mind that, even with a one year old, this sofa will stand the test of time!

It’s like sitting in butter in the best way. The leather has gotten nicer over time, the sofa has a sleek profile that makes it flex between cocktails and convo and Netflix and chill with ease. The leather is gorgeous. You can tell this is a very well built sofa. I also have to shout out the customer service which dealt with all my delivery reschedules and tight timeframes with true class and friendliness. They just seemed to really care and be genuinely excited for us to receive the sofa, lol. I’m 6’2’’ and my wife is 5’6” for reference.

Chairs are nice. I got the Tuscan leather seal with charcoal wood. However, both chairs arrived with scratches and one with a minor tear and after going through back and forth with customer service on their proposed "fix" of hairdryer heat, finally got one chair replaced. That would be fine except the replacement chair clearly was new while the two chairs prior delivered must have been sitting in a showroom somewhere and the leather had already started to wear/age. So having missed the 30-day return window, I have one brand new Leroy with no scratches and a clearly older one (despite being bought 45 days prior) with a tear. C'est la vie. Inspect chairs very carefully on delivery.

I was SO excited about this couch and waited so long for it, and I have to be honest: I don't love it. We bought the Dune sofa in gray "performance linen" with scatter back cushions. Here is the problem: the couch is ALWAYS wrinkled. If you don't want it to look like this you have to painstakingly smooth it out. The other issue is that because the seat cushion does not have any defined sides, the scatter back cushions start to fall behind the seat cushion, and the seat cushion starts to smush down where you sit, so when you sit (especially with the scatter back cushions pushing you forward) it feels like you're going to slip forward off the couch. The slipcover looks good o the sides and back, but on the front it isn't even to the floor and looks perpetually messed up because the fabric doesn't all end at the same level. Now for the fabric: "performance linen" means heathered canvas. Because the fabric swatches are relatively small, you can't really tell the extent of the heathering. Our couch sort of looks like a fabric gray tiger. Comfort level is okay, but the seat is not very deep so if you're going for something you can hang out on, this is not the right couch. The seat would need to be a couple inches deeper. I kept it past the return date because I waited SO long for it and was just happy to have a couch, and was trying to convince myself that I liked it. I'm sad to admit it, but I regret buying this couch.

Perfect sectional - modern but still Uber comfortable and inviting. Performance fabric is keeping the bone color looking clean so far. Perfect (chefs kiss). We have it floating on the polished concrete floors of our great room and it makes the room.

Upate on my 3 y/o Warren sofa. Would only recommend it if you don't have kids or pets or if you plan to use in a low-traffic area where you don't plan to sit on the daily. This sofa was gorgeous and comfortable for the first year — then things went downhill. We flip cushions, I vacuum it regularly, and I spot clean. Eventually, I gave up the spot cleaning because if found that the fabric was so textured (we have linen creme performance fabric), blotting or scrubbing anything just made it worse or left water rings. Flipping cushions looks good for 5 mins — until someone sits on it. Then the whole thing looks wrinkly, saggy, and flat. Older relatives can't get out of it now because it's so sunken. It honestly look like a hand-me-down frat house sofa, which is not the look I'm going for — and not what I paid for. After trying to contact support several times via email and social channels to get tips on refilling or cleaning it (with no response), I'm kind of at a loss. Super bummed about the purchase overall and have recommended against it to friends. Hoping this helps someone with their purchase decision because I have another friend who had the same issue and I suspect a lot of 5-star reviews are within the Sofa Honeymoon period.

We absolutely love the Thompson bed in natural ash with the sky velvet fabric. It's gorgeous and feels very luxurious. It's very well made and it looks stunning in our new bedroom. I'm very impressed with the whole process from when we ordered to the delivery. We can't wait place new orders and support Maiden Home in the future.

I purchased two of the Dune sofas for a vacation cottage. They are absolutely amazing!! The style suits the space perfectly and the comfort and durability exceeded my expectations. I’m so happy I chose Maiden Home, I give them 5 stars!! Will definitely be purchasing from them again.

While I really want to give this sectional a 5 star review, I just can't and want to share my experience with others. Overall, the sectional is beautiful and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the fabric that we chose was horrible and has not held up at all. We chose a chenille and it has pilled and worn terribly. Within less than a year I could tell that we had made a mistake in terms of the fabric. I contacted customer service and they were helpful and offered to replace the bottom cushion covers which was very generous but it really won't help with the upholstered portion of the sofa. They also suggested a fabric shaver but who wants to have to shave a $4k+ couch. Now a couple years old and the cushion covers are coming apart at the seams and I have had to resew them! Sorry, but for the price we paid for this couch I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this couch. And let me add that we are gentle with this couch. No one is allowed to eat, jump or rough house on the sofa. So very disappointed! Definitely not performance fabric like they claimed!

60in round reade in pecan - absolute stunner for our kitchen breakfast nook dining table. Construction appears to be high quality and we love the finish in the large format. Assembly team was efficient. Thank you MH. To extent helpful we are using 6 chairs around table very comfortably.

I purchased 2 of the Dune sofas in the Harbor fabric. They are gorgeous and are truly the most comfortable sofas I have ever owned. I chose the scatter back pillow option. They are very well made and do not lose their shape, so if you like this look - go for it! The entire customer experience was flawless. A guest spilled some red wine on one of the sofas and it came right off - amazing! I have referred Maiden Home to friends and family and will be a customer for life. Don't hesitate - add to cart, and enjoy the luxury and comfort!

Ordered two couches, four chairs and a king size bed from Maidenhome for our new home. Every single piece is exquisite; solid, well made/sewn and all so comfortable. Customer service and communication is top notch and they were true to their lead time, which in this day and age, is a miracle. White glove delivery with the friendliest guys, every aspect of furniture purchase was seamless. A few points for others ordering: the Varick sofa is 40” deep (armrests) the seating is very comfortable but more shallow at about 24” deep. Fits us perfectly as we are not that tall, but something to think about for those that are. This sofa and the Mercer chairs are low profile, which we love but again may be a consideration for some. We love all of the pieces we purchased and they look marvelous in our new home!! We need a tan to upload pictures so we can show our gorgeous rooms!!!

I had my eye on The Sullivan Sectional (115" x 115") for quite some time. I was nervous to initially place the order because it was a big purchase without being able to see the product in person. Dana was amazing and incredibly reassuring for my concerns. My biggest concern was my cats' claws and the fabric; they previously made our former sofa their personal scratching post. The Oatmeal Performance Tweed fabric has been nothing short of amazing. Our cats do not scratch the fabric and the fabric wipes clean when our puppy runs into the house and leaps on the sofa before getting her paws wiped. The updates for each piece of the manufacturing was extremely insightful. I'm not sure if this is due to the sofa cushions being new but the edge of each bench juts out a tiny bit towards the middle sectional piece and I haven't quite figured out how to get it in line. I'm eager to purchase another piece by Maiden Home in the very near future.

4 kids, 2 Australian shepherds and a husband that doesn’t care if the couch is white when he’s lounging. We bought these 5 years ago and I can not begin to explain how brand new they look after a wash in our regular washer and dryer (if not better because they get more comfortable by the day) I’m a harsh critic and don’t leave reviews often unless I feel like the world HAS to know. These couches are worth every dang penny! I’m going to need a new set of slipcovers at some point in this decade but that is a win for me! Sturdy as heck with boys jumping and using them for their games, loving them so much, best furniture purchase I’ve made. ❤️

I love my Dune Sofa! The cushions and so comfortable, yet firm. The slipcover sits beautifully on the sofa - not to tight and not too loose. Perfectly tailored! The customer service is fantastic, very personal and professional. The Dune is one of the sofas they sometimes keep in stock. Customer Service emailed me when they were going to get one in Creme so I could place my order and grab one that was coming in! I ordered 3 sets of swatches so I had a large enough swatch to really get an a good sense of the color. I had two wicker chairs with off white cushions and the Creme Performance ended up being an almost exact match! I did have an issue with delivery that cost me extra $$$.. The website and Customer Service claim you can pick the date for delivery with the local delivery team. I was given the date it had to be delivered. I was having the sofa delivered to a reshipper in Miami. I think Maiden Home needs to find a new local shipper in Miami.

We picked The Dune Chair and a Half to fill some dead space in our living room that was too large for a standard armchair, but not quite big enough for a loveseat. It's been the perfect addition and has really rounded out our space. This is definitely the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in, I typically begin my work from home mornings at the dining table but this spot is pretty hard to resist lounging in after a while. The quality is obvious and I love that the design is relaxed, but still polished and feels unique. The delivery and placement in the room only took a few minutes. Thank you Maiden Home!

Ok that title wrote itself - couldn’t resist - if you know, you know. Got a Warren sectional in performance linen. It’s our main highest use sectional in our tv room that we eat on more than we care to admit. Performance fabric has been a life saver for spot cleaning the inevitable spills. Quality, comfort, delivery all great. Very hard to find 8 way hand tied springs nowadays and this level of construction. Glad we took the leap!

When moving into our new home, my husband and I searched for months for the perfect sectional that fit our unique space and fell within our budget. My friend is an interior designer and she kept raving about Maiden Home - quality, price, and comfort. She was 100% right! When our Warren arrived, we were beyond happy. It's beautiful and so comfortable. Also, the fabric is perfect for our wild toddler - easy to clean. I will be recommending that anyone I know in the market for a new sofa get one of these. Oh, and their customer service is amazing!

I received my medium Morro Table in the Driftwood finish a few weeks ago and have to say it's one of my favorite pieces in my apartment. It's so minimal and yet so stunning. I'm currently using it as a side table to my Dune and I love how much space I have to style while it still being very functional. When I am in a larger apartment, my vision is to use this as a bedside table! The craftsmanship and quality are so apparent in this piece and I couldn't be happier with it.
