I am 100 percent in love with my new Maiden Home Dune couch and Mercer chair!!! I was worried because I hadn’t been able to sit in them when I saw them online and they are pricey.. but I went to Hudson Yards while they were being showcased there and was able to look at them in person and sit on them. Feel the fabric. I sprung for it and even went with WHITE (I have 2 kids and 2 cats). The kids have already gotten chocolate and Taki cheese on the Dune - easily spot cleaned!! Didn’t even have to wash it. But I LOVE that I can wash it if I need to. Oh, and did I mention that they are so dang comfortable?! I just want to hang out on them all day. I sleep better on that couch than on my own mattress. Worth every penny!

The process from start to finish was great! Free samples came quickly, Dana was very helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery persons were professional and timely. I had a post delivery question for which I received no response to my emails. When I then called her response was immediate. Only later did I realize their email responses had been routed to my trash. This was a stress-free, fun and great way to purchase furniture.

We recently bought a home and hence were extremely overwhelmed about the choices we had to make to fill this huge space. I came across Maiden Home through Allison Williams (I am a huge fan). She is an ambassador for Horizons National, which offers a tuition-free, academic and enrichment program serving low-income, public school students. She launched a “10 Days of Giving” program to raise awareness and funds for Horizons, where she offered a limited number of her favorite items to people who donate to Horizons. Hence, Maiden Home was being offered and I came across the Minettas. So began my journey of getting these gorgeous chairs in my new home. From ordering swatches to getting the delivery, it was a very transparent process. I got design advice on what colors I should get based on our living room space. I also got regular updates about my order, which was delivered free of charge in less than 4 weeks. The range, quality and choice of fabrics is exceptional. For us, the performance line is a life saver with a toddler in the house. And the best part of it all, you get a personal handwritten note from the CEO, after your delivery. Coming from a tiny one bedroom apartment we had a lot of space to fill and furniture to buy...it was overwhelming to say the least! My experience with Maiden Home was by far the easiest and my husband and I are thrilled with our pieces. I got the Minetta in velvet sea foam for my bedroom and love it. It’s beautifully constructed and very comfortable. The process of ordering was so easy - I loved getting swatches nailed home so I could check against my other furnishings and the light I get in my apt. Once I placed the order, I loved getting email updates on the status of my chair as it was being made. It was delivered ahead of schedule and the delivery service was great. Overall, a great experience! I would order from MH again.

As a die hard leather lazy-boy lover with two dogs (boxer and a frenchie) that spend most of their time lazing on the sofa and a new baby on the way, I knew that my search to find a beautiful, trendy sofa that was durable enough for our lifestyle was going to be hard. After tons of research, I went with the Irving Lsectional in Silver performance weave Sunbrella fabric. It's been about 2 months that we've had it and I am so happy! The dog hair vacuums right up off of it or I can literally brush it off swiftly with my hands (point is, the short little hairs don't poke their way into the fabric and never come out because it's so tightly woven). I've already cleaned a bunch of stains off the couch too-- mainly dirt from the dog's paws and various food stains. I just take a little dish soap on a clean, wet dish towel, scrub the stain and then go over it with a plain damp towel and the stains have all disappeared. The sofa is super comfortable (and I'm coming off of an electric reclining lazy boy so I know comfy!), and the cushions are the perfect firmness. The details of the nailheads and the wooden legs give this sofa such a classy look, I am so thrilled with how this sofa compliments my house. If you're as nervous as I was to commit to this, especially without seeing one in person, I can't tell you enough how glad I am that I did. My husband already asked me if they make more furniture so we can continue to support Maiden Home, and we surely will! xx

Possibly too comfortable- we both fell asleep on it the first night! Roomy enough for the whole family, and the Sunbrella fabric is the perfect color and has already proven itself with a toddler/popsicle adventure. It was a leap of faith to order without ever seeing it in person, but we have no regrets!

I would have preferred to buy a couch that I could try first, but after visiting numerous showrooms I gave up trying to find something simple that I liked and the right size (most were too high and deep). So I decided to try MaidenHome to invest in a sofa of high quality that would last. I think it was the construction of the cushions that sold me, and also that they are reversal. The hardest choice for me was the fabric but I made a good choice so all is well! The couch is sooooo comfortable yet firm and supportive. Very very happy with the purchase. This is my first big furniture purchase and my last!

I am more than impressed with the new Irving sofa I ordered from Maiden Home. The quality is outstanding, both fabric and craftsmanship. It's stylish, both contemporary and traditional at the same time, and comfortable while still firm. I was a little hesitant at first because I'd be ordering online blind without seeing the final product, but I'm glad I went with my gut instinct that this was a company to trust. I've spent time looking closely over the sofa and it is a superior product compared to the sofas I see in brand name retailers, which are now mostly made overseas and in a hurry and it tells. It also only took about four weeks from initial order to delivery. I have no hesitations recommending Maiden Home to anyone looking for a good quality but not outrageously expensive sofa. Every time I sit or walk past the sofa I'm always surprised I didn't pay a lot more! It does seem to be a rarity in today's retail world: high quality but at reasonable prices.

I originally purchased a West Elm Sofa that was roughly the same price and turned out to be poor quality and a much smaller size. The Irving is a luxury sofa. Dana helped me customize the dimensions to fit my needs and including a longer chaise and a bench cushion. It's deep, comfortable, and the performance linen fabric is smooth. This was our second major purchase from Maiden Home and we wish we knew about the company before we bought other pieces in our house. Delivery was smooth, on time, and the drivers were professionals. We have been using our new Irving sofa for approximately a month now and absolutely love it. It is a great combination of style and comfort. The delivery men commented that it was one of the nicest sofas they ever delivered (!) and it even won over my husband who thought we didn't need a new couch. The fabric is soft and has the perfect amount of texture (we have the performance tweed) and it is just overall very comfortable and excellent quality. Highly recommend!

I spent a great deal of time doing research and stocking the pages of this website as well as reading all of the reviews, and they are all true!!! I bought view Warren sofa, Ottoman and the Mercer chair. They are the epitome of class, quality, sophisticated design. The craftsmanship stands out, the little details like the folding of the fabric to tuck into the side of the Mercer chair or the way the seat cushions have snaps to keep them tethered to the Warren sofa. The fabric is durable, yet soft and comfortable. I bought the Warren in the oyster performance linen and sit on it all day, every day, especially with COVID and working from home. And, it still looks as good as the day it arrived. I have it them both for about 5 months now, wow. I mistakenly got thick, sweet wing sauce on my Warren sofa--- I was able to clean it right out, with a damp rag and a little scrubbing (it was BBQ sauce that sat for an hour), and I literally cannot even see where the stain was now! I am BEYOND pleased. It was exactly what I was looking for--- stylish, modern furniture that I could COMFORTABLY live in. Oh, forgot to mention how comfortable my pieces are! I did add 2 large throw pillows and a throw blanket to snuggle with, while I watch TV. People who come over are impressed and love it even more than I do. I am so glad I found this company when I did. I would have had to pay much more to get the quality or overpaid for cheap furniture because let's facet it, that really is what is out there now. Even some of the "luxury" furniture brands are selling subpar quality for the price they charge. You won't ever have to worry about that with Maiden Home.

We were a little apprehensive about purchasing online and did have an issue with the couch that was delivered. Dana in customer service was so incredibly helpful and easy to work with to make it right. We ended up getting a whole new replacement couch without any run around at all. We can’t ever expect a vendor/retailer to be perfect. But how they react to fix problems says a lot. Maiden Home was so great with regards to communications, solutions, follow up, etc. We really appreciate businesses like this that are so customer centric. We would highly recommend Maiden Home to anyone looking to buy a sofa!

More important for me than the look of a couch, is comfort. From the recommendations of other people, I decided to take a chance on ordering a couch that I never sat on or saw in person. A bit scary. The couch has exceeded all expectations. It is one of the most comfortable couches I have ever owned and the quality of the couch is fantastic. The material is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the swatch I received before I ordered. It arrived exactly during the window I was given and I received updates along the way. You will not be disappointed.

I bought a sofa and two chair and a halfs and I am LIVING for this furniture . I have to fight my family for the chair and a halfs . They are easily what we sit in the most . The sofa still needs to be broken in a bit. I wish their was a sofa bed to purchase , had to go with another company for that. I had a friend over who instantly needed the name of the chair and a half. They are truly wonderful. I mistakenly ordered a near white.... I have Georgia red clay for a yard and two spoiled dogs. A wet rag easily cleans the dirt and I’ve even spilled a bit of red wine and it cleans easily if rescued quickly! Fantastic purchase. Would get again and again . Wish I had more space for more !!

We love absolutely everything from Maiden Home (our first couch, our current bed) so it came as no surprise that we would love our new sectional. Despite the supply chain shortages, we received the item on time and it is perfect. I can't recommend this company enough!

I was unable to find what I wanted in any of the local furniture stores and outlets. I wanted something that was going to last a long time and store quality was too ornate with low quality manufacturing. I found exactly what I wanted on Maiden Home’s website. I had several concerns though, buying something sight unseen, not testing the comfort before purchase, and is the quality worth the price or will it be comparable to the quality at the local furniture stores for less money? I took a chance. I ordered a couch, loveseat and ottoman. Immediately upon ordering and paying for the items I received an approximate delivery date and order number. My delivery date was 6-8 weeks out (I think actually closer to 6); however, I was prepared for the wait time as the website explains that the furniture is made to order, thus the wait time. A few weeks into my wait time I started to get paranoid that I was scammed because I never heard a word from the company after my delivery date email; I called the phone number provided on the website and got a voicemail so my anxiety grew. I didn’t leave a message. On a Sunday after my call I received a phone message from someone at the company asking if I had any questions about my order, they noticed that I had called and they wanted to help with any questions I may have. My anxiety immediately abated. Within a week or two if my delivery date they notified me via email and then phone to arrange delivery of my furniture. The delivery was on time and professionally completed. The final product is beautiful (exactly as shown on the website) sturdy and well made. I am very pleased with this entire experience via Maiden Homes website.

I previously purchased a Thompson bed several years ago and loved it. When we were in the market for a bonus room sectional and ottoman, I knew I wanted Maiden Home again. I got many samples and emailed with their designers and ultimately chose the Jones sectional in performance velvet (taupe) and the Bowery ottoman in nubuck leather (tide). I love the colors that we chose and the fabrics in particular have held up well to my 3 kids over several months. I had one issue with the cushions that customer service ended up being very responsive to. The Jones sectional is very low to the ground (as advertised) but I love this for my kids and their ability to play and easily get on and off. It also makes what is a large piece feel not quite so overbearing in our space. It is comfortable for movie watching and working. The performance velvet is super easily wipeable and vacuums well. The nubuck leather has gotten a couple of stubborn stains from oily fingers (popcorn) but some other kid-related stains have come off easily. They are both beautiful in person. My husband was not sold on the taupe color when I initially chose it but said last night "you definitely made the right call there" :) I also love that the Jones is modular and can be reconfigured if we need in our space. This was a selling point. Thanks, Maiden Home! I hope that these pieces last for years to come.

My husband and I had the most terrific experience buying our new living room furniture from Maiden Home. From the very beginning of the process where we were selecting swatches until the very end when the pieces were professionally delivered, we were impressed by everyone’s efficiency and thoroughness. We especially liked how the design advisor helped us find the perfect fabric that would not only be comfortable and pleasing on the eyes, but also be able to handle the wear and tear of our growing family. We couldn’t believe how fast the pieces were shipped either! We received our furniture in about four weeks. The couch and chair (Irving and Downing) themselves are just what we hoped for and more. They’re sturdy but comfortable and elegant yet inviting. This is extremely high quality and high value furniture. We spent a while looking for furniture and there was honestly nothing better and this price point. We just can’t say enough good things about Maidenhome! We’re already looking forward to buying our next piece!

I purchased two Irving sofas for my new home in Florida. I couldn’t be happier. Everything from product information, placing the order, shipping and delivery was all 5 star. Sofas are extremely well made and very comfortable. First class product that competes favorably with all of the top line furniture brands. I wouldn’t waste my time going to a furniture store again.

We purchased the 11' Irving with chaise. Gray leather. Let me tell you- it's fantastic. We were skeptical buying a couch sight and comfort, unseen. But glad we did. The couch is stunning and the comfort is amazing! The leather is beautiful and structure of the sofa is great quality. One regret--not getting the Irving with two chaises :) Constant fighting over who gets to sit on the chaise :)

I love my new couch which is the center of attention in my piano/music room! It is elegant, well made and the entire process of buying this piece of furniture was seamless! The price point was very reasonable especially for the quality. I also love that this was made in America! I will be coming back to maidenhome for more pieces in the future without question!

We love our Minetta chairs! They are the perfect combination of vintage and modern for our Victorian home. We also love that we were able to stain test the fabric before ordering so we feel comfortable letting our almost two year old crawl on them. There were a few hiccups during the process of receiving our chair, but Maiden Home was excellent at keeping us informed and rectifying the problems. Specifically, on the day delivery was scheduled, we found out that the delivery company had somehow ruined our chairs and could no longer delivery them to us. Maiden Home was on top of it, calling us to let us know and promptly getting started on a new set of chairs. There was also a minor delay due to fabric shortages caused by Covid. Through it all, Maiden Home kept us posted and also gave us a partial refund for the inconveniences (which was very generous given that the problems were the fault of the delivery company and a worldwide pandemic). The chairs were more than worth the wait, and our only regret is that we didn't order one more! We will certainly use Maiden Home in the future when buying furniture.

All of our Maiden Home furniture is top notch - super high quality and beautiful. Our Jones sectional is comfortable, functional, and sleek. There were so many beautiful fabric choices - we went with performance tweed in oatmeal and LOVE it. The quality of wood on our Morro nesting tables is stunning and they are strong and sturdy. We also went with two shearling Mott stools that are magnificent. We are so happy with the look, feel, and quality of all of our purchases!

We purchased 2 King Smith Beds, 2 Wythe beds and the Breuer Modular Sectional with the Bowery Ottoman. They all came right on schedule, and are so wonderful in our home. They are very sturdy, easy to take care of and unbelievably soft. We will definetely be purchasing more for other homes! We love Maiden Home.

We bought The Warren and The Sullivan U Sofa Chaise Sectional and absolutely love both. The Warren was perfect for our more formal living room - with a lower back it's less intrusive in the smaller space. We put The Sullivan sofa in our Entertainment room and are so glad we went with it. The deep seats and high back make it the perfect couch to cozy up on to watch movies. We did both in the Performance Washed Linen for ease of cleaning... and I can say that we've already put it to the test! Our dog jumped onto one of the new sofas and brought dirty little paws along with her. I was panicking but then found and followed the directions on Maiden Home's website for cleaning it and there is not a hint of a stain anymore! I could not praise these sofas enough - the price, the quality and the delivery were all exceptional experiences.

I just purchased a 60" version of "The Irving" sofa for my studio apartment and I absolutely love it. I opted for performance tweed fabric in the "Char" color. It feels incredibly comfortable while at the same time durable. I am excited for Maiden Home to expand their catalog and I look forward to buying my next piece!

My only complaint about Maiden Home is that I did not know about them before furnishing the bulk of my apartment - as I would have used their furniture in every room! I am so, so happy with my Minetta chair - it changed the look of my living room to be more grown up and luxurious.
