Ordered the Dune couch right around Thanksgiving time and it was delivered in early Feb. we love everything about it. The comfort, ability to clean it easily with a cloth when our pup jumps up on it to rest if someone is not looking. He has a perfectly good bed right beside it but loves the couch as much as us. I am going to look at the Dune chair or other options to make the room complete. I ordered the 95" size and it fits our tv room perfectly. One full big cushion on the couch means no falling into the middle of cushions. Wonderful craftsmanship and I enjoyed the updates from Maiden home as the couch moved thru the process. Thanks for amazing products!

Coming from an old Furniture Salesman, it is not easy to impress me but the quality of this sofa is exceptional. The 2-pillow back Dune sofa took approximately 10 weeks to build with Maiden Home.... as most industries, COVID has pushed the supply chain to its limits and to get a custom sofa in that time frame is impressive.... we just ordered 2 custom Lazboy recliners for our main residence and we were told it will be 5 months before they arrive. The arms on the sofa are narrow but solid and I would not hesitate to sit down on one..... the linen tweed fabric we chose is a heavy fabric and should really stand up to wear.... this sofa is in a vacation home and really sets the look for the living room. Delivery was professional and the two gentlemen staged the sofa in the living room and took the packaging with them as they left. The only downside is the price but you will not be disappointed that you pulled the trigger. Thank you, Maiden Home for building it in America.

This is my second purchase from Maiden Home. We ended up exchanging our Dune sectional for a larger version of the exact sectional we had originally ordered. Customer services was beyond amazing. Delivery of the new sectional and pickup of the old was seamless. I cannot say enough amazing things about Maiden Home customer service or products. Our sectional is exactly what I wanted and so incredibly comfortable. Stains remove easily, which is so important to us with two young kids. I recommend Maiden Home to anyone I know and will be a lifelong customer.

We love love love our sectional. It’s still relatively new, and has yet to withstand a spill or stain (knock on wood), but with a 3 and 1 year old in the house, it’s only a matter of time! It is so comfortable- not mushy, but structured comfort and you can lay on and never want to get up. Highly recommend getting the ottoman, that we shove into the corner of the sectional to make a large cozy space to snuggle, or a jump pad for the kids! It’s low profile is perfect for our smaller space, and doesn’t break up the room like our previous, taller couch did. Fabric is soft and lovely. All in all, highly recommend!

The customer service while deciding on purchasing this sofa, picking out the fabric, and keeping me abreast of the design process and timeline for delivery was extraordinary. Email correspondence was timely, professional and courteous. When the sofa was delivered I was in awe- it was removed from the packaging by 2 delivery personnel, and it was more beautiful then I had imagined. Not only is it stunning to look at, it is the most comfortable piece if furniture I have ever sat on. The pillows can be adjusted to suit any position. It was well worth the wait and I would definitely order again from Maidenhome.

I was encouraged by all of the positive reviews here to finally pull the trigger on buying a Dune sectional, and I'm so glad I did! I got the scatterback, which is so comfy because you can adjust the pillows just how you like them. We love to fall into the couch at the end of the day, and even take a nap here sometimes. The sofa feels super comfy yet sturdy and supportive. I have been waiting for years to save up the money and courage to buy a nice new sofa, and it's scary to do it over the internet without trying it, but I can recommend the Dune without hesitation. I also really appreciated the transparency as the sofa moved through the construction process, and the communications about the delivery timeline - there was going to be a delay with mine, which I was really disappointed with because I would be sitting in my new home without any sofa at all, but the Maiden Home communication was professional and timely, and in the end the couch came in the original timeframe they promised, so I was very pleased. Ordered 5/12/21, delivered 8/16/21.

We were a little hesitant to order a sofa that we could not feel before purchase, but I am so glad we took the risk. We ordered a big, L-shaped, slip-covered, performance fabric Dune sofa, and it is not only gorgeous, but so comfortable! I want to live on it, forever, and never move. My only complaint is that it separates at the L -- the 2 pieces can't be attached becuase of the slipcover. We are going to put a jute rug underneath it and I think that should help hold it in place. It is so beautiful. Maiden Home reps were so helpful, and it was delivered on time (which was a relief, given the horror stories I've heard about supply chains). I'd have no hesitating ordering from Maiden Home again.

I give the Dune 5 out if 5 stars! It is so so beautiful! Super comfy. The fabric is very nice. My family loves it and everyone who has seen it raves about it and it’s comfort. My only complaint is it is stinky. I am super sensitive to smells and very cautious about toxins. It is the whole reason I bought from Maiden. I was surprised that it has a smell. It still has the smell after 3 weeks. I am not taking a star off yet because I am assuming it will dissipate and when it does this baby is 5 out of 5 stars.

We purchased two Dune sofas for our living room and they are hands down the BEST sofas ever. Most comfortable, versatile sofa that looks STUNNING. My FIL threw his back out and slept a week on these sofas saying they were the only place he could get comfortable. Customer service is incredible!

Beautiful sofa, love the edges. Got the classic back. Arrived fast and delivery team was very friendly and efficient, easily navigating our tricky spiral staircase. Plan to buy some throw pillows if they can sell some of the ones they use for the scatter back. Overall a top notch sofa and experience!

Originally purchased a 75 inch one for our bedroom seating area but enjoyed it so much that we ordered another one for our casual family room. Comfortable but looks put together and elegant. Second piece was in stock and arrived within a couple weeks. Cleaning the slip cover has been easy and it’s held up great too - this a genuine quality product. Wonderful experience both times!

The stonewashed linen is a beautiful linen and we looked at a lot of very high end linens in our search for the perfect slip cover. Construction, quality is perfect. This is a big, super comfy luxurious sofa - great for tv watching and putting feet up. Haven’t washed slipcover yet but so far very impressed

Based on reviews I thought it would be way more comfortable and one you can sink into but it’s quite stiff and sounds like it’s stuffed with newspaper or something. Hoping it begins to soften up with time. It’s in a room we don’t sit in often so will take a while. It looks really good though. Love the look.

Let’s face it, ordering custom furniture from a website is not for the faint of heart. But Maiden Home did an amazing job making the process seamless. Even better - my Dune couch surpassed my expectations. The quality is incredible. A+!

The Dune sofa looks amazing in our sunroom and helps the room feel light and airy. I love the single cushion so there isn't any awkward space between the cushions. It's very comfortable and cosy. The customer service was fantastic and replied to any inquiries very quickly.

Better than I expected. The Dune sofa is grand and beautiful. I did it in the white chenille and it’s gorgeous. The pillows are smaller than I thought, but plenty of them to scatter all across the back. The Leroy chair is fabulous, comfy and extremely generous in size; compared to how it looks. We are so pleased and so thankful it turned out, having never seen them in person.

I was nervous to buy a couch online, but loved the look of the Dune. So I took the risk and MAN this is a comfortable couch that has shocked us at how easy stains come off. I ended up trying the couch with both the many pillows (scattered back I think) and just a few pillows (classic back?), and I will say the version with a lot of little pillows is much more comfortable. I am very glad I got this couch!

Love it. I got the 95 in long. Can stretch out luxuriously! I got both sets of cushions for the back and enjoy being able to switch out. The scatter cushions seem to give a little more depth.

This sectional is everything I wanted it to be. The footprint is not massively chunky which is exactly what I was looking for. The tailoring on the corners is gorgeous. I found it very difficult to find a sectional that delivers that refined cozy look without being dumpy/wrinkled or massively chunky made only for a huge loft. On top of that it’s super comfy! Love the fabric. It’s exactly what I wanted!! Customer service was very helpful. They do charge if you make changes to your order / they make that clear but just pointing out so definitely try to get the measurements right the first time. I have two kids and I boldly went with oyster but I know I can buy a back up slip cover and that’s ultimately what made me make that final decision.

I was nervous to order a couch online without seeing it and being able to sit on it, but the risk paid off. I love the Dune Sectional. We needed more seating space, so I got a pretty large sectional 123x98 and used the website instructions to measure and plan and it all fits perfectly. It was delivered a week earlier than expected which was a nice surprise - and the warehouse and delivery team provided good communication about everything. I am impressed by the quality of the slipcover - I selected the Performance Textured Linen in Flax after ordering the free samples. I really like that the couch has the large seat cushions rather than individual cushions - less cracks for dirt and debris to collect. At the date of this review I have only had the couch for about a month and a half and it is holding up well. I do flip the bottom cushions and back cushions around every other week to keep them looking nice since we tend to sit in the same spots repeatedly. LOVE that this couch was made in NC <3

I came here to read my previous review that I left on February 10, 2021 because I am currently washing my couches and am reminded of how much I don't like them. I looked through every review on here more than once and it appears it was removed which is a little frustrating to me, so I am trying to post using my work email because it doesn’t seem to want to post a new one from my personal email I had originally used. I had given a previous 3 star review and addressed the pilling, comfort level and cushions and my disappointment with all 3 on my dune sofa and dune chair and a halfs. I am giving 3 stars again because I should have given 2 previously and would have updated to 3 because of company's prompt communication and attempt to help with my dissatisfaction. I read through the most recent reviews and saw one of the top ones complaint of the pilling still, even with a different material, which is partly why I decided to leave another review now and because it bothers me that mine was removed and the problems I had still seem to be an issue. After my last review, Maiden Home reached out to me and asked for photos and more details of the issues I was describing (the insane amount of pilling and the uncomfortable back cushions that did not hold their shape). I sent photos and they offered me two options, a partial refund or a new set of covers in one of their new materials (they no longer have type of material I originally ordered). They also offered to send new back cushions with both choices in hopes it would resolve the issues I was experiencing with those. I opted for a partial refund and the new back cushions because I didn't want to risk the new material still having the same issues and because overall, I think the couch is shockingly uncomfortable (the chairs are better, but still not great or what I expected comfort wise) for the price point. I am almost a year from my previous review and into almost 3 years of ownership of this furniture and I have major regrets over purchasing these pieces. I talked my husband into letting me invest in these pieces thinking I'd be able to happily own them for a great length of time and I was so wrong. Even with the new back cushions for the couch (that also don't hold their shape), they still are so uncomfortable and not something I look forward to lounging on and apologize to guests constantly for. My husband hates them because they are so uncomfortable. I think they could be good pieces for a formal living room that isn't used often because they are aesthetically pleasing for the most part - but only if you don't look up close and see the horrible pilling that makes them look so dingy. It irritates me every time I see it and it was an issue right from the start, it wasn't something that developed after having them for years, it was within a month or two and after the first wash which was past the point of returning. After seeing someone else mention it with one of the newer cover materials, it makes me feel like it's a continuous issue that they've tried to remedy by discontinuing the type of linen mine have (it was the only option when I purchased) but haven't been successful at fixing. The amount of feathers that end up ALL OVER my house every time I wash them is insane, I honestly don't know how so many feathers escape, but it is so messy and so irritating cleaning them from everywhere they fly and out of my washer/dryer because they cling to the covers, I try my hardest to wash them as infrequently as possible because it make such a huge mess. I don't doubt Maiden Home has some good furniture, but these Dune pieces are absolutely not worth the expense. The issues they have are issues you can expect from a big box store where you are spending a quarter of the price, not a company with custom made to order furniture at a high price point. Knowing my review was removed makes me wonder how many other people have dealt with these problems but also have their feedback deleted. I don't want to slam this company, but that really rubbed me the wrong way and it is disappointing to see

I've had my Dune for about 3 weeks now and am completely in love. In a small Manhattan apartment, my 80" sofa offers such generous seating for guests without taking up a ton of space. I chose the scatter back and I'm really happy with it! I like that I can move the cushions to support my head or back depending on where or how I sit, which feels really unique to this design compared to other options I looked at. I also love that the seat cushion doesn't flatten after sitting in it with friends and roommates - it literally looks great all the time which I would never expect with such a comfortable and "cloud" like seat cushion. I get compliments on it every time someone new comes over, even before they sit down. Would absolutely recommend this piece!

As a designer I can say my clients are a tough crowd - for years clients have always asked for a high quality sofa, that’s very practical but also stylish. Very comfortable but not sloppy. The dune really hits the mark / there are very few places you can buy a U.S. made slipcover nowadays. The dune really cracks the code of having truly high end construction and fabrics while also being very practical for our clients in that the slip cover is easily washable. Our business is focused on the eastern end of Long Island and we have spec’d the dune in homes that are rented on occasion as well as those that are exclusively personal use. Sincerely can highly recommend the sofa.

I love my Dune Sofa! The cushions and so comfortable, yet firm. The slipcover sits beautifully on the sofa - not to tight and not too loose. Perfectly tailored! The customer service is fantastic, very personal and professional. The Dune is one of the sofas they sometimes keep in stock. Customer Service emailed me when they were going to get one in Creme so I could place my order and grab one that was coming in! I ordered 3 sets of swatches so I had a large enough swatch to really get an a good sense of the color. I had two wicker chairs with off white cushions and the Creme Performance ended up being an almost exact match! I did have an issue with delivery that cost me extra $$$.. The website and Customer Service claim you can pick the date for delivery with the local delivery team. I was given the date it had to be delivered. I was having the sofa delivered to a reshipper in Miami. I think Maiden Home needs to find a new local shipper in Miami.

I purchased the Dune sofa because I loved this more tailored version of a slipcover sofa and that it was made from a performance, washable fabric (extra perk that it's made in the USA and has a quick lead time). All of those features are amazing and so practical, however what I didn't expect was how comfortable it would be! I've had several guests say it's the most cosy sofa they have ever sat on. Truly, couldn't be more happy with this purchase! It could truly be a day bed for the comfort level.

We’ve had a Quatrine slipcovered sofa for nearly twenty years and have washed the covers in the washing machine many times over the years. When searching for a similar sofa for our summer home (Quatrine’s prices have gone through the roof) we decided on the Dune sofa in khaki performance washed linen. It was delivered (early!) to us in Maine this past week and it’s just gorgeous - the fabric is lovely and high quality and the sofa is incredibly comfortable. Dealing with Maiden Home (I had lots of questions) was a pleasure; quick personal responses to all my concerns and I was kept apprised of the delivery status every step of the way. I’ll definitely order from Maiden Home again and highly recommend them.

We finally got our couch! A week late due to the moving truck breaking down (the company didn’t call us to let us know so it was a bit frustrating since their customer service is not open on the weekend.) Ashley was able to sort it out on Monday and delivery was rescheduled for a week later. Just got our couch today! It’s so comfy! We didn’t have any issues with the slip cover not fitting or being wrinkly, it arrived in perfect condition, love how the fabric is liquid resistant, we have 3 dogs and it’s already been slobbered all over, everything wiped off with a towel so easily. Love love love this couch, worth the wait. Also tip your delivery workers! These things weigh a ton!

I purchased the Dune sectional in Creme. This couch has exceeded our expectations as well as the entire process with Maiden Home. I had done a lot of research on slip cover couches and ended up coming across this particular couch, and I am so pleased that I did. Although, at first, the thought of buying a couch sight unseen seemed intimidating, Maiden Home made the whole process so comfortable. From the beginning when I requested the swatches to the final purchase/delivery, there team was there, not to mention the swatches I requested came so fast and the presentation of the swatches was awesome. This couch is everything we wanted and more. The performance linen feels soft yet durable and the couch is so comfortable, you can sink in and relax yet the cushions are structured and don't become misshapen. The attention to detail is there, even down to the way the two pieces of the sectional join together. The white glove delivery was also great, and they were very professional. We weren't in a hurry so the delivery time wasn't an issue for us. Overall, this was the best purchase of 2020 and I am excited to purchase from Maiden Home in the future.

I have always been a fan of slipcovered sofa and when I saw your “fresh spin “ on them I jumped on it. I love it . Very comfy and inviting. Children are grown and gone and I can truly enjoy lounging. My favorite spot by the end of the day . I fluff my pillows once a week and they continue to keep the shape. Customer service was very professional and attentive. I love the way they checked in during production even though it was website purchased. Thumbs Up 👍

We could not be happier with our new chaise sectional. From start (the ordering of swatches) to finish (delivery/installation in our home), we could not be happier or more satisfied with Maiden Home. We have been furnishing an entire house, and Maiden Home is the ONLY vendor/company who not only updated us regularly on the status of our order, but delivered EARLIER than expected. The sofa is beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and the performance fabric WORKS. With just water, we've been able to remove surface stains with no issue. We have yet to remove slipcover for laundering, but seems relatively easy. Everyone who sees the sofa comments on the color and style. WE LOVE IT!

This is my second Dune sofa, and my third MH purchase. The quality of each piece is excellent. I replaced my Restoration Hardware sofa that had not aged well with this second Dune. I’m quite pleased. If you are hesitant about buying a piece without having sat on it, don’t be. Their furniture is a comfortable as it is beautiful.

I cant believe i'm taking the time to write a review but i'm on train back from boston, have had a few glasses of cheap Amtrak wine and the wifi is kinda crummy ... besides this co deserves it. Ordered a dune sofa and its PERFECT. We debated very long and hard between the RH cloud and the MH Dune and we just went for it in a white linen in all its glory and potential for red wine disaster (peformance fabric, YES please) - couldnt be happier with our choice. This sofa is incredibly comfortable (not a deflated feather bag like the Cloud) and is pure luxe. I've always been big on keeping sex in the bedroom with a view that anywhere else is uncessarily uncomfortable but at my husbands persistence and the Dune's comfort - I may grant an exception. Would also highly recommend the design services team at Maiden Home - incredibly knowledgeable/helpful. We will shop with you again - maybe for that bed! LOL!

We have a Dune sectional and its got a very heavy/sturdy feel with comfortable cushions. After spotting an issue with one of the cushions starting to sink, I called Support and spoke with Brenda who was really pleasant and helpful. She asked me to email pics and from there I was corresponding with Gianna who's equally as great. After some investigation they resolved everything beyond our expectations and were communicative and professional throughout the whole process. If the comfort and quality of the couch isn't enough to make someone a fan, the service will push it over the top.

I LOVE my Dune! It is so comfy and fits perfectly inside my small apartment. When I am able to become a homeowner with a larger space I am definitely purchasing another Dune larger sized. It was worth every dollar and no buyer's remorse even not sitting on the couch until it arrived. The customer service from Maiden Home just tops off a great experience buying here. My biggest trepidation going into purchasing this sofa was of course not being able to see/try it in person prior to ordering. I've stalked this sofa for roughly 2 years carefully combing through the internet looking for any reviews or folks willing to chat regarding its quality, comfort and real life color (for certain colorways). Eventually I mustered the courage to click that purchase button. Remorseful thoughts swirled in and out of my mind but I stayed true to my decision and just hoped for the best outcome. Lead Time: This sofa was ordered on 4/5/22 and arrived in my home on 5/24/22. Maiden Home had sent an email on 5/17 notifying me that the sofa passed inspections + shipped and was to be in the hands of the delivery company around mid June. Talk about a pleasant surprise to already be scheduling for delivery on 5/23! That's a total of 7 weeks from purchase to delivery! Now keep in mind, with the current supply shortages this lead time may not be the case for others purchasing later on. But this is what happened for me during the time frame I ordered. Quite lucky. Comfort: This is one comfortable sofa. Currently, it's like a slightly firm cloud. Strange way to describe a cloud, no? But that's how I would describe the current condition of the cushion. You don't sink deep into it and disappear into the dark depths of the sofa. You perch on the cushion but your derriere feels perfectly cradled by the plush down filling below. No sore butts here! **Though this is the initial comfort of the cushion, I do expect it to break in a little more (soften up) as we continue to use it daily. Material: The fabric I chose was the Performance Textured Linen in the color Flax. I am guilty of ordering multiple swatches of the same fabrics to get a better understanding of how the colors looks on a bigger field. But I highly recommend it. The colors look different from viewing just one small fabric square to multiple squares placed side by side! I generally am suspicious of most images posted on blogs reviewing this sofa. Chances are, a lot of them are edited to be over exposed so the home looks bright light and airy. Thus losing the real depiction of the colors. This is where ordering multiple swatches helped me personally. Flax, is a lovely off white color. It reminds me of plain hummus. Not the red pepper/cilantro/eggplant flavor variations. I'm talking about that creamy warm toned original hummus. I would say it is a great choice for those who want a lighter ("white") sofa but still want some forgiveness in terms of the eventual dirtiness that accumulates from daily use. The linen fabric is a little stiff, but I expect it to break in more over time. The important thing is that it isn't scratchy on your face when you just want that midday siesta or if you have a guest crashing overnight on your sofa. Quality: I can't say much (yet) in this area as my Dune sofa is just days old in my home. But I expect to report back on this later on. For now the quality seems great. Stitching is secure. Solid build. No unusual scents. Cushions don't look frumpy from lounging. TLDR; This sofa is better than I could have imagined. I absolutely love it. All my worries and hesitations immediately disappeared when it arrived in my home. No regrets! I hope this review will help anyone else out there who is in the same boat as I was when it comes to large online furniture purchases. It's terrifying to buy without trying, I get it! But let me tell you that this is a real review from a real customer who did a lot of research on this sofa and brand and came out with a great experience.

We bought the Dune in Oyster almost a year ago, and I so glad we did. The couch is 95" with the two back pillows. This couch is so comfortable! I was worried about a few things buying online. One was the fabric choice. We have two dogs and they get dirt on it here and there, and it cleans right off. My second worry was the couch keeping shape. The cushions bounce right back to perfect and I don't have to do it all the time like I thought I would. They are soft yet supportive and keep the shape! We want to buy another set of slip covers in a different color just to have them bc this couch is built to last. It is very sturdy feel from the great craftmanship.

Have had our dune for 2yrs now… somehow I have a white sofa that still looks new and has seemingly gotten even more comfortable now that it’s properly broken in. We’ve washed the slip covers probably a half dozen times over the past 2 years without issue. I do wish I would have gotten the classic back instead of the scatter back as washing very pillow cover is a pain. Overall very good ‘bang for the buck’ imho.

I've had my custom Dune sectional for 3 months and absolutely love it. I was nervous about buying online without seeing or feeling it first especially at the high price point. I got a very large sectional in the blue stonewashed linen and so far it's held up great. It's so soft and cushiony (many people have slept on it already). Great for move nights and the fabric seems to get better over time. I love the fabric choice I was going for a denim look and it has a grey-blue look to it. I've received so many compliments on this piece already it really is the highlight of my home. I've yet to have the slipcover dry cleaned/washed yet so that will be the true test if it's easy to get back on.

We are going on year 3 of having our dune sectional in oyster. The structure of the sofa has held up extremely well. I hadn’t put my slipcovers in the washing machine out of fear that they’d shrink or get ruined so I just kept spot cleaning with a bissell until I gave up and let it go. With 6 and 2 year old boys and a 4 month old that spits up all over the place, the couch was wrecked. I regretted every bit of getting a white sofa until today. I decided to finally try to wash the slipcovers in my washing machine and OMG. The sofa looks brand spanking new again. The covers fit like a glove.
