Excellent fantastic awesome and great customer service

This is initially quite comfortable, but the bottom cushion on my sofa lost support / volume and began sagging significantly after only a year. It is now quite uncomfortable to sit in the middle of the sofa, as the cushion is entirely unsupportive. This occurred despite regulating, adjusting, and turning the cushions as recommended. I was disappointed by the customer service from Maiden Home; after some back-and-forth, I was told that "Based on the photos you have shared of your piece, our teams have determined that your cushions are performing up to our expectations!" It is disappointing that this degree of support loss is their expectations. Of note, I weigh 160lbs and am the only one to use the sofa. While beautiful and initially comfortable, I wish I chose a sofa that would maintain its shape and support for more than a year.

It took me close to a year to pull the trigger on these. We needed two, and my husband was reticent to purchase sofas without trying them out first. I trusted the reviews, and I'm glad I did, so I'm adding to the chorus of high praise. We ordered Carmines in flannel, and they are lovely. Firm, but not oppressively so. Sturdy, but elegant. And so reasonably priced!. I will absolutely refer clients to Maiden Home. I could not be more pleased. I took a gamble and won!

I was in the market for a new sofa and went to soooo many furniture stores and websites that all of the sofas started to look the same. I forgot how I came across Maiden Home but I fell in love with the Ludlow. After nervously picking out sizing and color without seeing a sample in a store, I took the plunge and ordered the Ludlow 95". It was completely worth it! The quality of the upholstery and seat cushions are meant to last and at the same time completely beautiful and functional at the same time! I live in a NYC apartment so space is always an issue and the Ludlow is perfect. It's a beautiful piece of furniture that when lying or sitting on, it feels very roomy and yet the profile doesn't take up my entire living space...I'm not sure how they did it! Dana was wonderful and answered all of my questions. I'm now, eyeing another piece...

We like the sofa we ordered but noticed a nick in the very expensive fabric when it was too late. Notified customer service and was told it was too late since we didn’t notice it at delivery. Delivery people were nice, but didn’t want to stand around while we inspected the sofa. They were ready to move on to the next delivery. Too bad for us, we don’t have any remediation for this issue. Buyer beware!

I am very happy with my Essex bed in Oyster performance linen. The bed is beautiful and the delivery process was simple.

I, like so many, saw the maiden home couches being advertised on Instagram. I searched high and low for the perfect couch at places like West Elm, Crate & Barrel, and restoration hardware and wasn’t sold on anything so I decided to look more into Maiden Home. The first thing I loved was the company will send you as many swatches as you request and they show up very quickly. My husband and I did a “wine test” on each swatch and were absolutely shocked that the majority of the swatches from Maiden Home really did what they advertised, and the wine did not soak in at all and you could just wipe it off. However, even after doing this I was still EXTREMELY skeptical about purchasing a couch from an online company, and in addition - one that we couldn’t sit on and try out. We decided to take a chance and ordered the U shaped Warren couch in Performance Chenille Harbor and I must say, I am blown away by this couch. In all honesty, it far exceeds my expectations and is exactly what we were hoping for. It has already held up against spills and stains and is perfectly cushiony and comfortable without being TOO cushiony. The color is the perfect light & airy grey that goes beautifully in the living room. I have had so many people come over and say this is the nicest couch they have ever seen or sat on! If you are debating or are skeptical (like I was), trust me that you will not be disappointed with your purchase. This is the perfect family couch and I’m so glad we took the risk. I will never buy another couch from anywhere else.

First and foremost- when I originally saw this bed I fell in love with it. Did not mind paying up the expensive price knowing it was going to look great in my bedroom. Placed the order in August of 2023 and got it in December. Their white glove delivery was not quite what they explained to me. Upon delivery the bed was damage- one of the feet on the headboard was chipped/broken, the right side had a stained and the footboard had stains that look like droplets of blood. Upon contacting the company they said they would replace all the pieces and that someone would come in and fix them. Now we are in January- the third party people they are using to fix it state they couldn't do it and need to come back another day because they have to disassemble the entire bed and need more people to do the job. You think that would be something Maiden Home should have communicated to them in the beginning. Called the Maiden Home customer care again and got a "we are sorry" but that's all we can do- just wait and set another appointment. I am tire of waiting, taking days off and disrupting my life for something they could have solve by maybe offering me a discount and forgetting all about this. Maybe stop using 3rd party delivery companies! I should have just went to a local furniture store and gave them my support and money. Lesson learned. Let's see what Maiden Home will do next. Hopefully something will be resolve before Spring.

LOVE MY NEW PERRY SHEEPSKIN CHAIRS. THEY ARE EXCELLENT QUALITY AND SITTING IN THEM IS LIKE GETTING A HUG FROM A TEDDY BEAR. I BOUGHT 2 FOR A SMALL TOWNHOUSE AND THE SCALE IS JUST RIGHT. I HAVE THEM SIDE BY SIDE. ONE FOR MY DACHSHUND AND ONE FOR ME. I WILL PROBABLY HAVE LINEN SLIPCOVERS PUT ON THEM FOR THE SPRING AND SUMMER, BUT FOR NOW, I AM ENJOYING THEM IMMENSELY IN FRONT OF MY FIREPLACE WITH MY FEET PROPPED UP ON A LEATHER OTTOMAN COVERED WITH TWO MAGNIFICENT WHITE REINDEER PELTS, COZY IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. THESE LOVELY CHAIRS WILL TAKE THE CHILL OFF ANY ABODE AND WOULD BE FANTASTIC FOR A SKI LODGE OR MOUNTAIN CABIN.

We ordered our sofa just before the coronavirus pandemic shut down. Our sofa was delivered with white glove service, delivery guys were masked up and were respectful of social distancing. We had a few questions after delivery, and Maiden Home customer service was top notch! They really want to make sure their customers are satisfied. We are! Our sectional is both beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommend! Thank you Maiden Home for everything!

We LOVE our Dune couch. The delivery was perfect and courteous. They wore booties and a mask, took all packing materials with them and were pleasant. The couch is so comfortable, the pillows are stuffed to perfection and the fabric seems durable. One of my favorite parts of buying from Maiden Home is that is all made in the USA. During each part of the building process we were given an update and who was making our couch. You got to see a real face tying springs, building, and sewing - really loved that aspect. The wait was worth it!! You will not be disappointed. I bought this couch just based on reviews. I did not order samples - we just went with it and so glad we did !

I saw an ad for Maiden Home on Instagram... I loved the design and the camel leather color option. I loved their model of NYC designers with NC craftsmen. I was nervous to buy a couch online without sitting in it but so glad I did. I love our leather Warren sectional, everyone who has sat in it says how comfortable it is (we agree). They have been nothing but responsive/communicative throughout the whole process. Our couch took a little longer due to covid but it was worth the wait. I'm hoping to get another leather sectional from Maiden Home for our basement in the spring. :)

We ordered three pieces for our new build; a Dune L-shaped sectional in Alabaster with classic back, a Warren sofa in Oatmeal, and a Dune chaise sectional in Harbor with scatter back. I wasn’t expecting to like the Warren as much as I do - it’s beautiful, extremely comfortable and I love the color. It did come with a spot on it, but customer service was very receptive, explained how I could first try to get it out on my own (which i was easily able to do, and continued to follow up with me so make sure I was able to remove the spot). As for our two Dune’s - they are also beautiful and I love the fabric/colors, especially the Alabaster. The fabric also seems to clean up well. We haven’t been in our house for long, so I haven’t had to wash it, but the dirt spots my kids have gotten on it have come out very easily. I am, however, very disappointed in the Dune chaise with the scatter back pillows - to put it bluntly, I cannot stand the back pillows. I find them to be very stiff/over stuffed and also very uncomfortable when sitting on the couch. The only reason I purchased it with the scatter back was because I had read other reviews saying the scatter back was more comfortable than the classic back, and this couch was for our tv room so I wanted it to be as comfortable as possible. I prefer the look of the classic back 100x more, and now after seeing how uncomfortable I find the scatter back to be, I’m extremely disappointed that I went this route instead of the classic back. We’ve hardly even used our tv room because we find the couch to be uncomfortable and instead use our dune with the classic back pillows on our main living floor to watch tv. Very disappointed in this.

This couch is so perfect. I tried so many couches from the name brand stores and nothing fit my needs. I decided to take a chance on this sight unseen and so happy I did! It is such a quality couch. I love the performance tweed fabric. It’s very soft but will hold up to the kids, although I’ve yet to let them have any food on it yet. I will say the couch is very deep. Perfect for laying but you definitely need extra throw pillows to sit upright in it. A perfect family couch that doesn’t skimp on style!

This is our first purchase from Maiden Home and won't be the last. We are very happy with The Essex bed. It is covered in Sky performance velvet and is quite lovely. The bed is extremely well made. The delivery crew didn't need any tools to assemble it and they too commented on how well made it is. We very much appreciated the updates Maiden Home sent as the bed was being made. They met the delivery date originally stated and that pleased us very much. Thank you Maiden Home for providing high quality furniture at a fair consumer cost. Looking forward to watching your company grow.

Ordered a 6 piece jones sectional for our main seating sofa. Very happy - the sofa is a modernish style, it’s super comfortable but still very structured and stays neat/doesn’t require any fluffing. The arms are just so well done and crafted and is what really makes this piece stand out. The cushion are very comfortable but I will note it’s lower seat going with a more modern vibe - that is perfect for us but was a slight adjustment as our old sofa was a 10 year old baker piece that was quite a traditional look and sat very very high. Delivery was easy /sofa arrived early so no complaints there. I do wish I could clip ottomans on the inside edge of the chaise piece.

I absolutely love my Jones! It's low-profile but high-style.

I am an interior designer and bought these barstools after ordering the wood sample and the fabric samples to make sure of what I was getting. When the barstools came I nearly died—the wood color was just horrendous. The sample of “pecan” looked like a warm medium brown wood tone. The actual barstools looked like they were painted yellow. It was the worst wood finish I have ever ordered from a furniture line. After panicking I contacted a refinisher who stripped the barstools and stained them with a wood stain (not paint) in a walnut color. The difference?…. The barstools went from Zero to HERO!! They are now STUNNING! Literally night and day on these. The quality of construction is lovely (although the refinisher had to fix a crack in one of the frames — and they had not been used yet) . I think it is a shame for the price that the wood finish couldn’t match the quality of fabric and construction—these are heavyweight, beautifully designed pieces. I am considering ordering their dining chairs, but hoping they could ship unfinished. I am afraid to trust the wood finishing again. To be clear, I think this is a great-looking line of furniture, and if you are ok with a painted wood finish, you should be very pleased.

We are very pleased with our Warren Sectional. It has a modern and polished look, and it's cozy to lounge on. We went with the Silver Performance Weave fabric and are so happy because the color is beautiful, the hand is soft, and our dog can get comfortable without us worrying he's going to stain or snag it. Really well done, Maiden Home :)

Chair is beautiful, great upholstery, everything I was hoping for. Adds a great mid century touch that I was looking for but with lots of comfort and sophistication.
