We bought the Varrick sectional some months ago and while it gets high marks for design as well as cushion support and comfort… The fabric is very scratchy and uncomfortable. It should not be offered as an option for this caliber and price point of a product. When any part of your skin rubs up against it it feels coarse and bristly. A small swatch of fabric that I ordered in advance did not have the same rough feel as what is on our couch. The description on the website was “Performance Tweed is a handsome woven fabric with a soft, velvety texture.” Is anything but soft and velvety I was hoping that in time it would break in but we resorted to covering our brand new couch with throws in order to sit on it. A bit too pricey to be this frustrated every time we sit on it

5/5 | Best sofas ever
I purchased two Irving sofas for my new home in Florida. I couldn’t be happier. Everything from product information, placing the order, shipping and delivery was all 5 star. Sofas are extremely well made and very comfortable. First class product that competes favorably with all of the top line furniture brands. I wouldn’t waste my time going to a furniture store again.

5/5 | Maiden Home offers the triple threat... Style, Service and Price
With styles that are current yet timeless, and customer service that is top notch, we as designers continue to order beautiful pieces through Maiden Home, but what our client's love the most is the attainable price point. Time and time again our client's are blown away by the quality and construction of their chairs and sofas. We love that we can offer such well made pieces and not stretch our client's budgets. Keep up the great work Maiden Home!
Beautiful sofa, love the edges. Got the classic back. Arrived fast and delivery team was very friendly and efficient, easily navigating our tricky spiral staircase. Plan to buy some throw pillows if they can sell some of the ones they use for the scatter back. Overall a top notch sofa and experience!

I purchased the Dune sofa and I love it! It is made well and knowing that they do not use toxic chemicals puts me at ease for my family and pets! Even, the delivery was professional (which isn’t the case usually). I will continue to buy from Maiden Home!

I love my new couch which is the center of attention in my piano/music room! It is elegant, well made and the entire process of buying this piece of furniture was seamless! The price point was very reasonable especially for the quality. I also love that this was made in America!
I will be coming back to maidenhome for more pieces in the future without question!

After six months of shopping, I finally pulled the trigger and ordered a Carmine sofa and two Ludlow love seats. Maiden Home as a company exceeded all my expectations in every aspect. Dana was wonderful in answering my questions, I was updated every step of the way during the ordering and construction process and delivery was flawless. The couches are perfect. I highly recommend this company.
Totally took a chance on this company based on the excellent reviews. Really happy I did. We received our Dune sectional (in performance linen) last week and the whole family loves it. Super comfy, very high quality, and the slipcovers are machine washable (which means we can all just relax and not worry about little spills or muddy paw prints). Customer service was top notch...and so was the delivery. Keep up the good work, Maiden Home!
PS We've owned RH and PB sectionals in the past, and they don't even come CLOSE to the Dune in style, quality, & comfort...and they were more expensive.

I write this review lounging from our new Jones chaise sectional. We selected the Jones because we have one living space for entertaining and relaxing, and therefore we wanted something both chic and extremely comfortable, which was a tall order. The Jones is perfect for our needs. It is both gorgeous and tailored yet unbelievably comfortable. I heed and hawed about this purchase for months, and now I wish I pulled the trigger sooner! Lastly, I was also very impressed with the selection of fabrics. We selected the flax textured linen, which is performance yet a natural, high-end fabric (as opposed to some of the really cheesy fabrics available at most big box stores). Thanks Maiden Home, I am so glad you exist!

1/5 | Terrible experience start to finish - do not order ‘ cancel if you have
I am deeply disappointed and cannot understand how all of these glowing reviews are real. Our sofa arrived months after the initial quote after multiple delays - annoyingly I received cheery customer service emails to log in for an update on my delivery (which was a delay) versus any personal communication, apology, or accommodation.
Worst of all when the sofa did arrive it is true garbage. The seams are uneven, the fabric is bunched, it looks like something picked up from Walmart and made in China. Not what I was expecting when I specifically chose an American manufactured custom sofa. The fabric is low quality and scratchy - different from the sample that we received.
Lastly, the “White glove delivery” service dropped the prior sofa that we had in our living room when they were moving it out of the way and destroyed it - though they hid the damage and didnt tell me. We tipped them generously as we didnt realize they had ripped the sofa until after they left. I ‘ve been waiting for someone from Maiden to contact me but no one has.
This company is all marketing - no customer service - all pretty pictures and terrible quality. I wish I had never heard of them and that they hadn’t ruined one American made high quality custom sofa that I had in my living room while delivering their garbage.
For context, this was a Warren chaise sofa ordered in Salt fabric with a single bench cushion. The proportions are also very small, the chaise is not large enough for me and I ‘m 5-7.

I love that the Carmine is so neat and pretty! The tailored look is appealing and lovely yet very seriously comfortable. I had my Carmine covered in Merino Dusk and it looks and feels delicious! I ove that I can let the dogs on the sofa and I don't have to hold my breath, the fabric is sturdy and will last a long time. This was a great choice and I have no regrets! Delivery was as easy as it gets.

We purchased 2 Perry chairs and besides taking 3 months to deliver they are very uncomfortable. For nearly $2k per chair I expected much more out of these. One of the chairs has fabric issues where it wasn't pulled and tacked very precisely so that looks awful as well. Buyer beware!

We have had the couch for a year and we are all very happy with it. For a completely internet purchase this is up there with some the expensive brands with big fancy stores.
Thank you so much

5 stars. I ordered my Essex bed in Bone, in Performance Textured Linen. It is gorgeous, 56" high. I am so happy with customer service, they were so easy to connect with and very helpful in finalizing a few decisions based on size and fabric. The bed came in their prescripted time frame. The delivery was highly professional. I look forward to working with Maiden Home with future purchases.

Research phase:
I ordered swatches in performance linen and textured linen to see how the fabrics looked and felt in person. Textured linen was softest. I also did a spot treatment test on the material by marking it with pen (something my toddler would inevitably do, no doubt) and then spot cleaned it and threw the swatch in the laundry to test for ease of stain removal (something I was anticipating doing with the slip cover line). The fabric didn't meet my standards/lifestyle so I opted for pebbled leather with a 65" Sullivan frame since the Dune is not available in leather. I do not regret this decision every time I wipe yogurt finger prints left by my toddler. The prices are comparable to restoration hardware.
Ordering:
The online ordering process was quick and easy, once you scrutinize all the customizable options. The production status updates were appreciated. I receive two Sullivan sofas within the original lead time, I think a week or two ahead of schedule. Arranging white glove delivery was also easy. When my husband noticed a tear in the leather, we took photos and sent it to Maiden Home who was phenomenal at finding a resolution by replacing the entire sofa. They even let us hang on to the damaged one while the replacement was being constructed. From the time of delivery we noticed many loose staples would shed/fall out of unknown places. This only lasted a day or two and were easy to pick up with a vacuum.
Some pickiness:
65" is okay for 2 people but definitely not 3 to sit comfortably. This size was a room constraint so I don't necessarly regret it. The sofa legs do not entirely sit flat on the floor, almost at though they were installed at a slight angle. Luckily, the low setting of the sofa does not bring attention to this. The outside sides/arm rests of the Sullivan are not filled with cushion, best described like an art canvas with the wood frame and leather wrapped around hollowness. This lends to the leather pulling/stretching when the furniture was moved into place. Looks a little like a stretch plastic bag. Okay really pickiness there, the seams of the leather cording are glued, not serged together by stitching so it will be interesting to see how they hold up.
Wrapping it up with Pro's:
The overall feel is very comfortable. Their lead time was great considering how other vendors had astronomically long lead times coming out of the pandemic. Customer service was equally wonderful. Can't wait to see what else Maiden Home launches in the future.

This chair was purely purchased for looks as an accent chair that wouldn’t feel very heavy in the space but bring an element of some clean nice lines - it’s a total win in that regard but damn it’s actually quite comfortable too.

Let me start off by saying that I absolutely love the design of these chairs. The fabric swatches were all so sumptuous, you really can't go wrong with whichever you pick. I ordered two Perry velvet chairs in the Cider color. The silhouette of the chairs is great but the chairs were very messily made and I can't unsee all of the sloppy finishes. I can't upload any photos but the bottom batting was kept on in excess and spills over onto the legs of the chair in a way I'll never be able to fix. So whenever I see these chairs (often,) I am struck by the black fabric hanging below the velvet and coming onto the legs like a messy hemline. It looks very cheap. Unfortunately, I didn't spot this in time during delivery, so I'm just stuck. Furthermore, it is so obvious that only one chair has been used as the fabric is already beginning to pucker. No one who has used the chair has sat there longer than an hour and everyone has weighed under 180 lbs. Massively disappointed as the chairs are such a unique design and the materials are otherwise fantastic. I hope Maiden Home will push their "maker partners" for better QC control as I've never had an issue like this from Sixpenny, West Elm, Crate & Barrel, Ethan Allen, or even Ikea.
