The Dune sofa looks amazing in our sunroom and helps the room feel light and airy. I love the single cushion so there isn't any awkward space between the cushions. It's very comfortable and cosy. The customer service was fantastic and replied to any inquiries very quickly.

I really liked the look of this sofa- it looked so simple and comfortable. I loved the idea of washable covers too. I ordered it and waited 4 months for it to be delivered. I donated my old couch. Right away I found it to be uncomfortable and it didn't look right in my space (an older house). It really feels more like a big daybed than a couch. Every time you sit down you need to adjust the cushions behind you. I am tall (5'10 1/2") and it felt too deep for me. It just felt like a soft white lump - sort of formless and massive. My review has nothing to do with the workmanship or materials- which I believe are fine. I will say Maiden Home was great about taking it back and refunding most of my purchase money. The lesson I learned is that I won't make such a big purchase without trying it first. Now I miss my old couch...

Have been looking for a leather modular sofa for a while to fit in the ever-changing space of my New York apartment. When I saw this launching I wanted something different than the Restoration hardware stuff some of my friends had. SO GLAD that I went with Maiden Home. So are the people who keep coming over to watch a game and never wanting to get up! Delivery up my apartment building was a breeze and the sofa is soooo comfortable. Looks great, feels great, and can’t wait to add on to it in the future.

We bought The Warren and The Sullivan U Sofa Chaise Sectional and absolutely love both. The Warren was perfect for our more formal living room - with a lower back it's less intrusive in the smaller space. We put The Sullivan sofa in our Entertainment room and are so glad we went with it. The deep seats and high back make it the perfect couch to cozy up on to watch movies. We did both in the Performance Washed Linen for ease of cleaning... and I can say that we've already put it to the test! Our dog jumped onto one of the new sofas and brought dirty little paws along with her. I was panicking but then found and followed the directions on Maiden Home's website for cleaning it and there is not a hint of a stain anymore! I could not praise these sofas enough - the price, the quality and the delivery were all exceptional experiences.

There are some great things about the sofa the Sullivan (ie. fabric, look, price) but the back cushions have no support and are constantly needing to be flipped and fixed. Feathers are also continuously shedding all around my family room. I don’t believe they have a foam core which would really help with keeping their shape and structure. Very frustrating!

I bought this sofa 3 years ago right before the pandemic. My family and I are moving out of the city to the suburbs after repeated construction delays and I would say 90% of the furniture we've owned in our apartment is getting tossed despite much higher prices - its just not lasting or holding up . Our few year old items from RH and Design withinReach look so shabby now - I shudder to think what we paid for them. This Sullivan Sofa is still aces and will be making the trip the new home. We can't keep our massive dog off it and so we do get it cleaned professionally once a year but this thing is so comfortable, well made and looks great. I'm only writing this review now because I'm so upset with the amount of stuff we are having Junkluggers take away and wanted to share a good review for a product/company that deserves it. I must confess I"m a person who only writes reviews that are negative - mainly when I feel wronged and want to get the companys attention (lets be honest we all do this) but hey its almost 2023 we can all be nicer and tip the cap when we see a job well done -- in this case I tip my cap to you maiden home - great quality product thats holding up. We will be shopping with you again as we furnish our new place - gulp.

We are absolutely in love with our new Jones modular sofa. We ordered the Bone textured linen and even though we had to wait a bit longer for the fabric that was back ordered it was definitely worth the wait. The couch is comfortable, sturdy and looks amazing in our family room. The design team at Maiden was fantastic to work with. They kept us up to date on the progress from initial contact, through the design selection and all the way to delivery. I won’t buy another sofa from anyone else.

Okay, we're just over a year into having our Warren so it's time for a review! We got the 119" chaise sectional in Pearl Performance Linen for our living room and it is undoubtedly the most comfortable couch we've ever sat or laid on. We upgraded to a bench cushion on the non-chaise part and love that as well. The cushions are holding up great despite daily TV night and WFH use over the last year. The fabric is really soft and also stays cool. I liked the ethos and transparency of the brand and that it was ethically made in the US. And MH's customer service was amongst the best I've experienced throughout. My one big hang-up with it was my one reason for almost sending this couch back when we first received it (how comfortable it was made us keep it), and that's that it doesn't have washable slip covers and we were nervous. Our thinking was that in maybe 5 years we'd splurge to have slipcovers custom made for the couch, but a year in, we're already kind of needing them despite frequently vacuuming the couch and wiping up any stains quickly. We really regret getting this couch in a near-white fabric because it just isn't possible to keep it clean without the ability to wash the covers -- though at the same time, had we gotten a darker color, the couch would still be just as dirty since it doesn't have washable covers, we'd just never know it, so I'm not sure which is better. The main reason we got the Pearl color was that we were kind of disappointed in MH's selection of natural / beige colors in their linen fabrics (they do now offer some with their Stonewashed Linen, though the Warren isn't made in them). So my main two pieces of feedback are that we wish the Warren had been offered in more color options for Linen or Performance Linen, and that we really, really wish there was an option to purchase it with slipcovers. If MH ever started to offer a custom, washable slipcover for the Warren, we'd buy it in a heartbeat. All in all we love our couch and wouldn't trade it for any of the other brands we were looking at -- it really is as comfortable as everyone says! Just beware that when you're buying the Warren, it will be harder to keep clean than a couch with slipcovers.

We couldn’t be happier with our new sofa. The whole experience was great — the Maiden Home team answered all of my questions and sent me pictures of different fabric types before we ordered, then kept us informed the whole way. When it arrived it was better than expected — really solid, very comfortable, and great looking. Everyone loves it and it really makes our room. So far the fabric seems nice and durable, which is a must with two kids and a dog. We highly recommend.

Customer service has been great to work with, very responsible and I have recommended the Leroy chair to a few clients who all have this chair in their home and LOVE it. The quality, fabrics and design are lovely. Highly recommend them.

I ordered the Sullivan sectional in Merino Heather for my new home. One thing I absolutely loved is that they sent a confirmation e-mail for me to confirm the exact dimensions via a sketch of the couch. In receiving my confirmation e-mail, I realized that I had ordered it incorrectly and would have been out a lot of $$ had I/they not caught that. Their customer service was absolutely wonderful and they quickly updated the order to be the appropriate dimensions. I couldn't be happier with the quality and comfort of the couch and it has helped to turn my house into a home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We purchased the Sullivan right chaise sectional in shadow. The fabric is perfect for our life with pets and game day parties. The sophisticated lines go perfectly with the Restoration Hardware furniture around the couch. I purchased because MH offers the original quality of US made furniture that has disappeared over the last few decades and at a very fair price. Very happy with our purchase.

I bought the Dune sofa in the "Performance Chenille" fabric. I chose this fabric because I'm a cat owner, and this fabric is described as "pet friendly" and "claw repellent" on the Maiden Home website. A rep from MH also assured me that this material would stand up to my cat scratching at it. WRONG!!! The couch was destroyed in less than 2 weeks, with so many pulled loops of threads that I couldn't even count. Far from being claw repellent, this material is actually very attractive for a cat to scratch, allowing their claws to dig in deep and to provide the "push-pull" motion that cats love. One of my cats had previously never scratched any of my furniture, but he LOVED scratching at this material (as did my other cat). New loops were pulled out of the material with every scratch, and the sofa looked worse and worse with each passing day. Thankfully Maiden Home agreed to accept my return, but they still wanted me to pay the $400 return fee. After seeing several photos of the damage, they told me, "We agree that the piece does not look great," but that it still was "performing to our expectation." After a week and a half of repeated requests not to have to pay a return fee for an item that didn't live up to their claims, I was finally put in contact with a team member who agreed to waive the return fee---but based on a dirt mark that the sofa arrived with rather than because of the issues with the Performance Chenille, which they continued to stand by. In regards to my experience with the sofa in general, it was in my possession for approximately a month and a half while I waited for the delivery team to pick it up, and the longer I had it, the happier I was that it was being returned. The back seam of the slipcover shifts around, creating what looks like a bent line across the backside; the back pillows lost their shape quickly and were very uncomfortable to lean against, as the thick pillow seam also shifted and ended up lying directly across where my back rests; and whenever you sit down or shift position, the sofa makes a rustling sound. I'm so incredibly disappointed with my experience with Maiden Home. I wish that we could post photos as part of our reviews, as the photos I have would speak more than a thousand words.

This is the nicest sofa we have ever owned, by FAR! We are sooo glad we decided on the Dune L Sectional for our new home. We needed a small-ish sectional and just couldn't find something with dimensions that would work in our space - in comes Maiden Home! Their pieces are super comfortable, very durable and not oversized or too large but a great depth to still feel cozy and comfy. My dog has already put some paw/scratch marks on it and they came off like a breeze with a solution of 1 part mild washing detergent and 3 parts distilled water, then with a distilled water rinse and blot. Couldn't be happier with our purchase and we would absolutely purchase from MH again. Oh one more thing - our previous sofa was from Six Penny which we loved. I would say the Six Penny was slightly more comfy in terms of that sink-in feeling - for lounging and watching TV. The Maiden Home has more of a firmer structure/bounce to it, which works better for getting in and out of and for entertaining. The slip cover fabric on the Maiden Home far surpasses Six Penny though.. it's just an incredibly durable fabric (we got the White Chenille Lace Performance Fabric) and we can't rate it highly enough.

Mused for a long time before ordering my emerald green velvet Carmine (performance fabric). It took a long time to arrive but I have been 100 percent pleased. I have a moderate shedding mini Aussie and a snacking husband that are on the couch all the time. The fur is barely visible and vacs off incredibly easily. Would recommend to other dog owners. The couch is simply elegant and has ample seating for the overall size of the couch. I am sure we will have it for a very long time.

We previously ordered two couches from Maiden Home and were happy with our experience. We later decided to purchase an additional chair for our living room. I was choosing between chairs from multiple websites and ultimately went with the perry chair due to more the favorable delivery window compared to other stores (when browsing the website, they advertised an est. timeframe of 4-6 weeks). My order was placed on 9/2/22. Unfortunately, after purchase was made, the expected delivery date emailed to me was 11/9-11/23, a window of 9-11 weeks. It didn't sit well with me that the advertised timeframe nearly doubled after I had made payment - seems like a bait and switch to lock you into the purchase prior to receiving a more realistic timeframe. However, since the timing on our couches were delivered earlier than expected, I decided to wait in the hopes that the chair would again come sooner than estimated and more within the 4–6-week window. Not only was I incorrect, but due to an issue with the fabric in our chair, the timing was again pushed out further. At this point I spoke with customer service to try and cancel my order, in which I was told that I would have to incur a fee to do so and didn't seem to believe me when explaining that the advertised window was different from the window given after purchasing. I would suggest that Maiden Home take more accountability in the timing advertised vs. received after purchase and acknowledge that a misleading timeframe can alter a customer's ability to want the product and willingness to make purchases from Maiden Home in the future.

My husband is 6’8”. We are also senior citizens. We could find sofas that were very deep seated that would accommodate him but we had a difficult time getting out of it. Fortunately I read about Maiden Home and they recommended the Sullivan. It was scary to order online but I had measurements of Restoration Hardware furniture (the sofa which was difficult to get up from) and they were very close in measurements but not as deep seated. I loved the luxury look of the Sullivan. I especially liked they were made in North Carolina too. I bought 2 couches as it better suited our layout. Everything went as planned. From the ordering process, the date of delivery, delivery, and a small hiccup in the process that was immediately corrected. The people were very easy to deal with and it was the best customer service I experienced in a long time. My husband tells me daily...how much better he loves our new sofas. Yep, I sold the Restoration Hardware sofas and replaced them with these.

We bought two dunes couches and they are awesome. Material is thick and comfy. Pillows are great. The structure of the frame is strong. Without a doubt an amazing purchase. Would absolutely recommend Maiden Home and the Dune couch.

Recently received my Ludlow sofa in performance washed natural linen--it's so beautiful, comfortable and sturdy. Impressive craftsmanship for the money and the white glove service was flawless. Smooth process from the online ordering, to email updates on assembly progress, to delivery. Best experience I've ever had with selecting and buying new furniture--can't say enough about this company! Had looked for over a year for a new sofa and just couldn't find what I wanted in style, construction and ease of delivery until I stumbled upon Maiden Home's website--Thank-you!
