As many will say, buying a sofa online is a giant leap of faith and I, for one, don't regret it! The Warren sectional is so very beautiful and incredibly comfortable - perfect for our space. And, I loved how we were able to customize the size and fabric. The customer service team kept us updated throughout the process, notifying us by e-mail when the sofa moved to the its next stage and describing in great detail what was being done. They even went so far as to introduce us to craftsman who may have been the one doing the work right here in the United States. Did I mention that the white glove delivery was included? It truly was a great experience from beginning to end and I recommend Maidenhome highly!

I received my Tuscan leather Irving sectional about a month ago and I absolutely love it. The leather is high quality and supple, the cushions hold their shape excellently, and the construction of the piece is far superior to the furniture I had before. I hope it lasts for years, and I think the leather will age very well. The customer service was also phenomenal - I had several questions, was considering a custom construction, and requested many swatches, and Dana was prompt and accommodating with all her responses.

Just received my 10 piece modular in Mink mohair. It has totally transformed my space— so luxe from proportions to texture and color of the material this is perfection. I added a chaise at one end and floated an ottoman elsewhere. Have to say the chaise has become my favorite spot in the house. Love how it stays structured with no messing with cushions and I like the supportive seat. Slam dunk maiden home this looks like something that should cost 4x what I paid!!

We purchased the Warren sectional sofa and it is exactly what we were looking for- well made, comfortable, easy to clean and gorgeous! We have a cat and 2 young sons so clean ability was very important to us and the performance tweed in salt is super easy to clean. Also the customer service is excellent and very helpful

I received my Muir sofa about 6 months ago, and should have written this review sooner. Less than one month after receiving the piece the seams on the wood started to separate and crack. I ordered mine in the black finish so the cracks are especially visible. The upholstery on the main cushion is sewn off grain and the seams are out of alignment. It looks cheaply made, and I am not pleased with the overall quality at all. The cushions slide off of the platform easily and should have some way to be secured so this does not happen.

We bought the warren sectional in charcoal tweed. It’s perfect. Comfy, supportive, room for all. Back rail is well padded even without the cushions. Cushions hold their shape. Fabric shows no signs of wear or staining despite dirty dog paws and occasional kid snacks. Depth is comfortable for sitting without any additional cushions, so I recommend only adding minimal accent pillows. No complaints. Seems durable and high quality. Even the hubs loves it and has told me so multiple times. And he’s not a fan of big purchases.

We have been very very happy with our new Warren sofa. This sofa is extremely comfortable and just what we wanted for our TV room. I want to add that the customer service we received during the entire process was outstanding. Maiden Home kept us very well informed during every step. Thank you!

Love the couch, impressive quality and beautiful. The delays in delivery made me knock off a star. We ordered in mid-November, with our delivery window being January 11-25. The initial delay was only about 10 days, COVID-related, and understandable. The second delay was unacceptable: the MH team inexplicably (truly, an explanation was never provided) shipped our couch to Washington state despite the fact that our shipping destination was Maryland... this resulted in our not receiving the couch for an additional *five weeks.* I was baffled by the lack of urgency in correcting the mistake as well as by the weirdness of the mistake itself. We were given a 10% refund in light of the delay which we appreciated but felt was insufficient; we would have much rather they used that $400 to expedite fixing the problem and getting us our couch so we could stop sharing a crappy loveseat during winter in the midst of a pandemic in which there is endless time stuck at home. We got the 119” Sullivan chaise sectional in the seafoam performance velvet. It’s beautiful, cleans up easily, and is wonderfully comfortable. I’m having a hard time getting off of it, to be honest. Bottom line: terrific furniture but don’t expect firm or reliable delivery estimates.

I was so excited to receive this ottoman and table (the Bowery) when it came it fit right in my living room and made a statement! Everyone commented on it when they would come over my house. As you know this is not a cheap piece of furniture but, I wanted to spend more money to get a better product that will last me years. Well, I have not owned the piece even 3 months yet until the coating on the coffee table started to crack. I contacted customer service and provided pictures of the table and they quickly got back to me saying they will not help in anyway because it looks like water damage. First of all, we never! Put a drink on that table without a coaster so, if it happened to get any moisture on it, it would have been the tiniest bit. Certainly not anything that should ruin a coffee table! My husband and I feel that the table was defective and only having it for 3 months before this happened was a real bummer. And the lack of help from customer service was also disappointing.

This was my first time ordering a large piece of furniture online and it has exceeded expectations! We received our Warren Sectional right on time and it is super comfortable. It does sit a bit low but that is what we wanted for our den. It's a hit!

We were starting from scratch in our living room and I stumbled across Maiden Home. The Dune collection grabbed my attention right away. The purchasing process was so easy because we had Dana guiding us, asking questions and making recommendations. Delivery took longer than expected but the communication about the delay was proactive. The young men who delivered our pieces were professional, respectful and very quick! The sofa, chair and a half and ottoman that we chose are beautiful and comfortable. My husband and I snuggle in the chair and a half watching tv. The cushions are softening up as use them so I think this furniture is only going to get better with time. I can’t say enough about the service and value for the money. Buying furniture online sight unseen was a bit worrisome, but I have no regrets and only good things to say. If you’re thinking about it, do it!!

I purchased the Ludlow in stone pebbled leather and it is simply beautiful. It's in a smaller space next to the kitchen which we are using for the TV area, so the back is against a wall. It is such a stunning piece of furniture, I rather not hide the back but it was purchased specifically for this space and the size is perfect. The cushions are firmer than I would prefer and hope they break in a bit over time. I agree with many that buying a sofa online can be challenging however, as an interior designer, I will not hesitate to recommend Maiden Home for the quality I see in the Ludlow. That said, I do not have experience with the other sofas in their line, or fabrics other than this gorgeous leather.

We are so happy with our new Dune sofa! The ordering process was smooth. Dana provided great advice on fabrics and styles of the different sofa options. She helped to narrow down what we were really looking for - something casual and cozy that would be durable with two kids. Once we placed our order we were kept up to date on progress and delivery couldn’t have been easier. The color and style of the sofa works perfectly in our room and it is SO comfortable. I love how deep it is and the fabric feels really luxurious. It’s a perfect place for curling up to read or watch tv. We’ve spent hours on it since it arrrived!

I love my new bed and my bedside tables. They’re exactly what I hoped and they make my bedroom look beautiful. The only part of this purchasing process that I have been frustrated with is the customer service after the delivery. The bed was delivered and it was not installed properly and there were dirt marks on the upholstery. When I noticed it was not installed properly I contacted customer service. They were very accommodating on the phone, however, it has been months since they told me a company would be reaching out to me to correct the errors. Every time I reach out to them to let them know no one has contacted me they give me the same message, which is that someone will be reaching out to me shortly. I’ve paid a lot of money for this furniture and I don’t want to have to fix it, but at this point I’m getting ready to adjust it myself.

The Franklin Bench is amazing! It's so comfortable and versatile. It works so easily in my entryway as it does as seating in my living room. The slipcover is removable and also very easy to wash so no regrets about ever sitting in this piece!

Love the way they look, and last night learned they are extremely comfortable to sleep on, despite a grumpy toddler keeping me awake! Love these sofas!
