I was totally taken in by the marketing and I regret this purchase! While this sofa looks nice it is highly uncomfortable. The cushions have the feel of large cheap foam blocks. When you sit in the corners by the arms the cushions cave in and when you sit more in the center of the cushions they feel hard and very uncomfortable. I'm annoyed that after waiting this long and taking a chance on a new company that they get to keep 10% of my hard earned money. Wish I had not bought into the marketing.

I am in love with my Essex King Bed. It is beautiful (I got it in Ash Leather)! It is really sturdy and well crafted. I like the bed so much I ordered a second one for a guest room (in Seafoam).

I bought the sullivan couch in denim Performance Tweed (80") for our apartment in Brooklyn, NY and honestly, I'm obsessed. We've had it for about 5 months now, and even though the long seat cushion has down feathers in it - so squishy and comfy - it always looks super sharp and hasn't slumped the way my old sofa did (West Elm). This is so important since our living room is also where we host guests, have family over, etc. I'm petite, but my partner is about 6'2" and we both love it. I don't feel like I'm drowning in depth (my feet can touch the ground, etc) and he can properly curl up. The quality and craftsmanship is so obvious when you have it in your home. We have chairs from a lower-end big box store in our living room, and when you sit in them, you can totally tell the difference. Here's the thing though, I'm obsessed with this fabric. It is soft and cozy and repels stains like I've honestly never seen, but I just cannot get over the color. I was so scared getting what I think is a pretty true indigo blue, but it looks so beautiful in our space. The tweed material is also just dreamy. It has a cool variated texture and just begs you to curl up with a book or movie. Maiden Home is the real deal - it's so clear to me that they care about their customers, even got a handwritten note from the founder thanking me for my purchase. I'm in.

Stunning soft leather chairs! We love the lower profile so we don't lose the view out of our large windows. The wider width makes it easy to cozy up in. So pleased with the quality too.

I was looking for a bench to place in my entryway and have been SO impressed with The Franklin! I was hesitant at first to go with something upholstered (kids, animals, and the sometimes wildly messy weather in the NE) but I also really didn't want to compromise on style and quality. The relaxed nature of the stonewashed linen fit my home's aesthetic perfectly and I lo-o-ove being able to remove the slipcover and toss in the wash. Its versatility in use is also going to be wonderful this year around the holidays -- I can easily move the piece around myself for accommodating more seating in other areas of my home. All around, so pleased.

I bought my Warren section in the fall of 2021. It took about 3 months and was well worth the wait! It is perfect for a family room as it’s comfortable for everyone both petite and tall. We got the performance tweed in smoke and it withstands our sweet little kitty’s claws when he occasionally stretches after a cozy nap. The color is beautiful and it looks great with the neutral / natural vibes of the room! We bought our second maiden home couch for our formal living room and can’t wait to add some chairs to our master bedroom!

The Varick couch is truly a work of art! So beautiful and fits our space perfectly. The seats are more narrow than we thought but it may be due to how thick/new the pillows are - still very happy with it!!

After a very long search we finally found the perfect bed for our California Casual master bedroom retreat! Not only is the bed all of these things but seeing it in person and in our space has far exceeded my expectations!I chose the the performance washed linen in Natural and it is the perfect neutral tone! The 50" headboard adds the perfect amount of height while still feeling relaxed and not too formal. So, so happy with our choice!

I’m thrilled with my new Carmine sofa. It’s exactly what I wanted. I was nervous about ordering a sofa without “test driving “ it but this is so comfortable! It was great getting updates on the progress of my construction. And the delivery was very professional. All in all, this has been a great experience!

Sullivan Section Starting with the positives: 1. The ordering process was very easy and enjoyable. Loved the samples and the communication with the Maiden Home team was great. 2. The couch was delivered on time and in great condition, the delivery team was professional. 3. Overall, the couch is gorgeous and fits perfectly in our room. Love the color of the leather we chose. With that said, the couch is SO uncomfortable. I feel like I'm falling off because the back cushions are so stiff. They are also not high enough and only come up to my mid back, and I'm only 5'3". The only reason I am not returning is because of the 10% stocking fee and I don't want to have to go through the couch shopping process again as we spent about a year finding this one!

Just received our Ludlow sofa and am in love! Fabric is lovely - workmanship meticulous. Frame is well designed and well proportioned. Order process was easy. Swatches came very quickly. Delivery was flawless and on time. Website easy to navigate. Customer service responses within minutes. Getting updates has been wonderful. I am a designer with 15 years under my belt and have worked with many, many vendors - Maiden Home is by far one of the best I have encountered and I am happy to continue to do business with them. It has been a pleasure from order to delivery. I have since ordered 2 additional sofas and a chair for a model home and am excited to see those. Same service level with these additional orders. This company is going places - they know how to run a business in an industry fraught with mishaps and miscommunication. I’ve never owned a “chair and a half” before so the concept was quite foreign to me, but I knew I wanted a large chair that could be for anything - naps, reading, working (from home), but it turns out this chair is the biggest point of contention in the apartment because EVERYONE wants to be the one to sit on it. As someone who also owns the Crosby, I keep returning to Maiden Home because it’s the *just right* point where form meets function. At the end of the day, the balance of Maiden Home’s beauty and comfort within their furniture selection is unmatched. The Sullivan Chair and a Half is exactly that and I’m sure I’ll be back for more. BONUS POINTS: delivery is a breeze and I never had to lift a finger.

I have a Kent bed in Shell Performance Melange Weave/Driftwood and absolutely love it. The bed assembly was easy and it feels super well constructed and sturdy. The lines are beautiful and feel really unique. The bed is a little higher than our previous platform bed, but that also feels really nice and upscale. We paired the Kent with Clinton nightstands and love them together.

I was committed to a sustainable selection, so was confident in my choice. The design and comfort was an unexpected joy. It is a lovely, class, yet comfortable couch. It is deeper than my 5'4" frame sits on comfortably in an upright position, but 1) pillows fix that and 2) that's not how we use it. We lounge on it: sitting sideways to look at each other, or one of us lying comfortably to watch TV or read, with room for the cat. It is a classy piece that lets be relaxed. And best of all, the cat has never once considered it a scratching ost because of the lovely blue velvet covering. This is not the velvet you've always avoided. This is a comfortable, inviting fabric that holds up beautifully.
