4/5 | Well made but requires a lot of fluffing; cushions spring back but not firm
We have had our Warren sofa with performance velvet for over a year. The sofa is easy to maintain appearances but does require constant flipping of cushions and fluffing.
The fabric is great with kids. Markers and spills- so far the fabric still looks new.
My only comment is that the sofa cushions should be firmer/denser. The cushions spring back but they don’t provide great support or cushioning when you’re sitting in them so you sink to the firm deck and it can be hard on your back lounging on that. Also sits low and with the cushions not supporting you it is harder for us folks getting older (gah!) to get up.
Overall a good value and i think the sofa will last some time but eventually i would want to find a way to get a better seat cushion.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on your Warren sofa, and we're glad to hear you're enjoying your Warren's fabric. We also appreciate you sharing your feedback on your Warren's cushions. The Warren's cushions feature a high-resiliency core wrapped in a jacket of microfiber for sink-in, relaxed comfort. As The Warren is enjoyed, we would recommend periodically adjusting the cushion fill by unzipping the cushion covers and smoothing out the cushion fill to ensure the cushion fill remains consistent across each cushion, which will allow each cushion to feel and look its best over time. If our Customer Care team may answer any questions, or provide any additional information regarding your Warren sofa, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team at [email protected] - we are always happy to hear from you.
3/5 | Nice quality but high maintenance, low couch
I want to love the Warren but with an active family there are a few things that make it too much to deal with. The pros - the fabric and construction are top notch. I can tell a lot of care is put into the construction. However, the cushions compress quickly, mainly in the front. Customer service's response is to regulate the cushions like you would a duvet cover. That works somewhat but they still get compressed and I'm having to try to "regulate" them weekly. There is a front ledge to the couch that sticks up quite high so if you don't try to get the cushions to fluff back up, you can feel it give significant pressure to the underside of your legs. We're now at the point where all the regulating doesn't prevent compression and who has time for this level of fussiness? I'm 5'10 and my husband is 6'2 so beware that this is a very low couch. If you have any mobility issues, it will be hard to get up from - my mother in law and sister both struggled with it. We added 5" legs to make it more functional but if you do that, just know your warranty is voided.

3/5 | Love/hate relationship
We've had our Warren for a year or two. We got the performance velvet in a gray color. It's holding up pretty darn well, even despite our cat and six year old doing their best to destroy it! Our daughter regularly uses the cushions for fort building and as a napkin. The cushions are holding their shape well, and it's pretty easy to spot clean. I do wish I could machine wash the covers, though.
The couch is very very comfy, in my opinion. It's a good medium firmness, I think. You can sink in but not so much you can't get back up.
The one thing that makes me hate the couch is the low profile on the back. You can't sit easily; you have to kind of lay down to get truly comfortable. Sitting up you have no support from basically your shoulder blades up, depending on your height. Drives us nuts.
If this couch had a higher back (34" or so) and machine-washable covers it would be the world's best.

3/5 | Beautiful but much lower profile
We spent months looking for a new sofa and finally decided on Maiden Home's Warren L Sectional in Cider Performance Velvet with bench seat cushions. Customer service was extremely responsive, and delivery (August 2020) was seamless, despite a steep set of stairs. The sofa is beautiful, and the color is stunning. Although the construction is exceptional (husband's a carpenter), we were disappointed at how low the back was when sitting. Yes, we measured however, if had the opportunity to test drive, we wouldn’t have purchased the Warren. It's been a couple years and the low profile still haunts us, as we compete for the corner seat.

3/5 | Beautiful couch, "performance" fabric does not stand up
The couch itself was delivered promptly (earlier than expected which is good, but without warning which is less good when a truck arrives with a giant sofa and you need to scramble to remove the old one somehow). Couch was beautiful and comfortable. Found an errant feather (and we have some feather allergies), but seems like it was an aberration, so no real biggie. The big problem is the "performance" fabric that should be able to stand up to children and pets. After an unfortunate pet accident, two of the cushions were stripped (the stain continued through the cushion itself, which seems like it shouldn't have happened to a stain resistant couch) and the covers thrown into the wash -- where they promptly disintegrated. I now get to purchase two new couch covers to replace the two that I would never have purchased had I known that family friendly fabrics can't actually be easily cleaned.

Hi Beth, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on your Warren! Our Customer Care Manager has been in touch with you directly to confirm that your cushion inserts were crafted as they should have been with a high resiliency core and a Microfiber wrap. Regarding your Warren's Performance fabric, our Performance fabrics are not resistant to getting dirty or stains, but rather they are super easy to clean in the event of something happening. While we do not recommend machine-washing the Warren's cushion covers, daily wear and tear can be removed with spot-cleaning, and we would recommend exploring professional cleaning options for more substantial wear or staining. We also offer replacement covers and inserts if needed, and our Customer Care Manager has been in touch to offer to this option directly. Please don't hesitate to be in touch with any questions in the meantime at [email protected]!
3/5 | Do not recommend performance chenille in alabaster
We purchased our Warren sofa earlier this year and while it is very comfortable it has pills all over it and looks very worn down already. I am disappointed in that. I would recommend staying away from Performance Chenille Alabaster as it has already within less than a year not held up well. :(

3/5 | Poor quality control, But resolved!
I can't find my original review on the MH site, so here it is, along with details about my resolution experience with MH.
poor quality control
I purchased a 85" Warren leather sofa. Pros: Manufacturing was quick for custom made furniture. Delivery and packaging were superb. The sofa was very well wrapped. The white glove service provider was on time, professional, and courteous. The sofa comfort and styling, both are great. The low back and cushy seats provide a laid back feel. The leather has a soft, luxurious feel. (But it does show scratches) The styling is casual but sophisticated. Price? Depends on what's important to you... I shopped online and no one offers the same sophisticated styling with 8 way hand tied springs for even twice the price of this sofa. Cons: Quality control missed 4 things. The initial issue is a ripple of unevenly trimmed leather that telescopes through on the outside of the arm. Maiden Home has agreed with this flaw and has offered to fix it, 4 months after we took delivery of the sofa. To this date, the flaw is not corrected. Because Maiden Home has not fixed the initial issue in a timely manner, we're taking a closer look at the quality of workmanship and found the next three issues. One, the seat height is 16" not 18" as the tear sheet states. Two, the leather is cut too short and shows a raw edge where the bench seat and inside arm meet. Three, the center seam on the front of the sofa, below the cushions, is not centered nor vertical. Its a 1/2" off center and a 1/2" off vertical from top to bottom of the bench below the cushions. The last 3 flaws, I list, have not been addressed by Maiden Home yet, as I just emailed them to customer service before writing this review. The most disappointing point is how this company has handled/ not handled the initial issue in a timely manner.
But resolved!
After several phone calls, a product review and 11 emails written over the course of 8 weeks, the customer service manager agreed to replace our flawed sofa. All product flaws, except the seat height, were corrected on the replacement piece.
There was actually a 5th flaw found before the replacement sofa was offered. The flaw, concerning welting, was also corrected on the replacement piece.
Conclusion
It took from November 22, 2020 until June 29, 2021 to receive a sofa which meets MH's claim of being handcrafted to the highest standards by NC artisans.

3/5 | Overall good
I have a 101’ sectional in performance linen sand. My main issue is around how the cushions look after you sit on them. Sitting on the sectional area for any normal amount of time you’ll get up and notice there is an indent from where you sat that doesn’t really go away without with trying to reshuffle the cushion. Maybe my expectations were off, but it gives the couch a poor look from what I would consider the absolute most normal use (sitting on it). Maybe it will change over time as it settles, but that’s not really the impression I’m getting (we’ve had the couch for a couple months). It’s a beautiful, and I still believe quality, couch but it seems like it requires quite a bit of extra and regular maintenance to have it look it’s best.
I wouldn’t say this as a review to discourage you from Maiden, but I would say consider this factor when purchasing this particular couch.

Hi Alex, thank you for sharing your experience of your Warren! While we do expect some movement in the cushions while your piece is in use given their soft nature, regulating, or lightly fluffing, your cushions should quickly regain their shape. To regulate your cushions, please unzip the cushion casing and smooth the top of the cushion core with an arm or hand before rezipping the casing. If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to be in touch with our Customer Care Team at [email protected]!
3/5 | A little disappointed
I purchased the Warren & have had it since September. The couch sits at 16 in off the ground & not 18 which makes it a little hard for people with long legs or my mother to get out of. The fabric is not as stain resistant as it claimed to be. My daughter spilled yogurt & it did not come out. Same with coffee. Construction is good but, the cushions are far "squishier" than I hoped.

3/5 | Beautiful/But
I ordered the Warren sectional in June. After getting many swatches I decided on the Performance Tweed in Oatmeal which is beautiful and very durable. So far I've gotten one spot of something on it and it came right out with just a wet cloth. I went with the bench cushion which I really like. However, I was very hesitant to order this big of a purchase online since I wasn't able to sit on it.But, all the great reviews I took a chance. I ordered it in June and it shipped first part of August did not get here until first part of September. Delivery said it would be here between 5-9pm did not get here until 10:30 pm. I loved it, it was beautiful, construction was well made, material durable. My only problem with it is the back cushions. They are so soft give no support when sitting. They need to be taller as well. Very low. I would have returned before my 30 days was up. with the crazy of things at the time i didn't get around to it. I did contact customer support and they were very nice and sent out new inserts for the cushions. they are some better but still too short and soft. Need to be taller and firmer. Even though the sofa is very beautiful the back cushions make it very hard to just sit on it. Purchasing was very easy and customer service was very nice. I am regretful for making this big of a purchase online. My husband complaining about it every night doesn't help. That's my true experience.

3/5 | Bad Upholstery
My Warren couch had lumps in the front of the sides of the couch. It looks as though they did not put enough cushion and honesty it looks cheap. The cushions are great but I was expecting a better couch from both the price and the reviews. I would not recommend this couch.

3/5 | Beautiful Couch -- Some fabric flaws
My new warren couch is very nice looking and I do find it comfortable. It arrived with a few notable frays in the fabric and lots of loose strings, which I had to either pull out or cut. I would have expected those things to have been caught by quality control on such an expensive item.

Thank you for your review! I’m sorry to hear that you’ve noticed some nubs and loose threads on your piece. To explain, our craftsmen inspect your piece to remove any leftover threads during the trimming stage of production, but sometimes loose threads can work their way loose during the shipping process. These threads can be snipped in the home with no damage done to the fabric underneath.
As for the nubs you’re noticing, these are inherent textural characteristics of our Performance Basketweave fabric, which lends it a beautiful, unique aesthetic.

3/5 | A nice couch, very good customer service, but not quite satisfied with the product
We ordered the Warren in a sectional configuration. The couch is generally well constructed and attractive, but we feel that it fails to satisfy on two primary points.
We selected the performance weave fabric in silver and have found that it does still relatively easily spot. The mistake was somewhat ours in going with such a light fabric, but we've been frustrated with this aspect of the sofa. This is an adult-only household, so the frequency of accidents is quite light.
Second, the comfort and support. Back support is probably not adequate on this model if you're an average sized or taller adult. This is not helped by the fact that the back cushions do not stay put and generally move and shift out of place quite easily with ever movement of the sitter.
This is by no means a poor or cheap product, but we have found over time that we are not satisfied with the purchase and would not make it again.

2/5 | Bad construction, bad customer service
We love our Warren, so comfortable, love the fabric and the color, only one problem. The back panel was not constructed tight enough. There was a slight bend in it when we received it a little over a year ago, but nothing that would warrant the hassle of sending it back. Now however there are dents and wrinkles everywhere (and no we don't have little kids climbing on the couch and no one has been standing there putting pressure on the back, as customer service suggested when I reached out). Unfortunately this is the first thing you see when you walk in the room as our sectional floats and is not against a wall. After reaching out to customer service the only option I was given was to purchase a new back panel (plus shipping) as well as pay for a professional to come in and replace it. That much money for a couch that didn't even hold up for a year! There's only so far a comfy couch can take you Maiden Home if your customer service isn't good and you don't stand behind your product!

2/5 | Beautiful but does NOT last
I really hate to write this review because I want to love our couch. It is beautiful and we've gotten so many compliments on it but the quality has not held up at all. Cleaning stains has been impossible and all of our cushion covers are tearing at the seams - we've only had the couch for less than 2 years and the tears began at about 8 months.

2/5 | Disappointed
We've had the Warren for 3 years and it's just not holding up as it should for such an investment. The bones are great, but the cushions are horrible. They break down and look trashed and sloppy even with regular fluffing and reshaping. We put the Warren in the living room and will soon be replacing it because it looks so bad.

2/5 | Not worth the cost
The seat cushions lost their loft after 2 years and replacing them is extremely expensive. CS was no help. If you’re paying this much stick to a brand that backs up their products.

Thank you for taking the time to share feedback on your Warren. Over time, it may be common to see unevenness in the loft on your cushions—this is simply an uneven distribution of microfill that can be easily fixed by ‘regulating’ the cushion. To do this, unzip the cushion cover and use your arm and hand to smooth it over, like you would a bed sheet. This should refresh the loft of your cushions, and it is good practice to do this a few times a year as part of regular sofa maintenance. If you’d like more assistance with this process, please do not hesitate to reach out to [email protected].
2/5 | Warren couches at 90 days: regret not returning
We took delivery of a pair of Warren couches in April 2022, and this review is written at not quite 90 days of ownership.
And to be honest, I’m not very happy with them. I don’t think they are going to last long enough to justify their cost, and think that in order to make them last, they’ll require us to spend on new padding, and to redesign or revise the back cushions by some kind of professional.
First, the good. The products were pretty well described on the company website. We ordered a billion swatches before deciding, and they were always sent quickly, and in a nice package. We appreciate domestic manufacturing because we feel that shipping couches from overseas is very wasteful, and we like to support domestic workers and jobs when the unit economics work.
We appreciated the many size and shape options available to suit our space. To be honest, we felt a degree of Tyranny of Choice with some options being quite similar, and that led to difficulty evaluating the tradeoff between an or two here and there vs. their marginal price differences.
We wished many times over the decision-making period that there was a “drop this couch into a picture of my room” feature, as well as a product comparison chart. We did appreciate the Sofa Comfort Guide, but wish it were more quantitative (give me the measurements), detailed, and designed to enable comparison of different models in a single view. Good luck trying to figure out which model has the shortest seat depth, or which has the most vertical back angle from reading the guide.
What we missed in not having a showroom to visit was the ability to tangibly experience the products. We had a hard time imagining what these couches might feel like as compared with some of the couches we sat on in person from other companies.
The ordering process was smooth, and this is table stakes for any Direct-to-Consumer brand. Post-order communication was adequate, but for a “luxury” brand, we really felt in the dark on order status. We would’ve loved to be able to get more info on the status of our couches. Nothing complicated, just notes like, “finished frame,” “awaiting fabric,” or “packaging to ship” would’ve been appreciated.
Given that we ordered our couches in the thick of a pandemic and global supply-chain disruption, we felt the wait time and accuracy of the quoted lead time were fine. We would’ve liked more-frequent check-ins during the manufacturing and transit period. Delivery was good, and other than a few minor delays, no issues.
Upon arrival, my instincts were that the seating cushions felt too soft and that the back cushions were unlikely to retain their shape. Fast forward to the near-three-month mark, and here’s what we’ve found:
1. The seating cushions are too soft. You sink in too far, and they’re already forming large craters, divots, and creases. They look like they’re years old, in months. We regret not opting for a firmer seating model. Because the seating height is very low and the seating is so soft, it is fairly difficult to sit upright, since you sink so low.
2. The seating depth is also too deep, but admittedly, that’s personal preference. This seems to be a big trend across all brands of couches, but I really prefer the ability to, if wanted, sit upright without hunching and slouching, put my feet on the ground and my back against the back cushions without needing to stuff pillows behind myself. I regret not holding the line on wanting a shallower depth. Since these couches are offered in so many sizes, I would’ve loved the ability to specify a shallower seating depth.
3. The back cushions don’t stay in place. They began to severely warp and twist immediately upon receipt. They probably should be attached to the frame with velcro or ties, or be broken up into three segments instead of two, or otherwise redesigned. They look bad and I’m really upset with how they are wearing, at the 90-day mark.
4. The Warren couch is designed with very low floor clearance, on very short legs. There’s maybe a one-inch gap between the bottom of the couch and the floor, meaning things get stuck underneath (especially with a toddler), and that you can’t vacuum underneath without lifting up the whole couch.
Wrapping up, I think Maiden Home is actually on a good path, but there are lots of little product, marketing, and experience details that could be improved to deliver a customer experience that meets the price and positioning. There’s dissonance today. Positioning a brand as luxury means not only making expensive products, but also providing an above-average experience of ownership. Today, the experience of being a Maiden Home customer is not a luxury experience; it’s a standard e-commerce experience in every way — with a high-end, high-priced product.
You take a risk with a startup, especially with a large purchase, sight unseen. I’m not happy with these couches and regret not returning them during the 30-day return period.

2/5 | Would not do business with Maiden Home again
We were very enthusiastic about our Warren piece when we ordered it, the swatch matched our home perfectly and the reviews seemed overwhelmingly positive. We got a notification about delivery about 8 weeks after our order, which we felt was super reasonable given global supply chain issues. The delivery company called the night before our delivery and told us mechanical troubles would prevent them from delivering the piece and that it'd be delayed a few days. Fine, it happens. Then the night before the new delivery date we got another call telling us it would be 3 more weeks. At this point I reached out to Maiden Home to complain and after several more days I got a new delivery date and the piece was finally delivered. Unfortunately, when the piece got here, the sectional clamps were not installed correctly so the sectional couldn't be connected. I decided to keep the piece because we had already moved the old sofa out. Maiden Home shipped the new sectional clamp to me, but they scheduled the "furniture specialist" to be at my home before the part was even delivered, which caused another 2 week delay. I'm still waiting for the "furniture specialist" to come out to fix my $4,000 sofa at this point. My general impression with Maiden Home is that they are struggling with quality control, logistics, and coordination with their various partners which is evidence of a company struggling to scale. The sofa itself isn't anything different than you'd find at a larger retailer, unfortunately, so I can't necessarily recommend paying the premium to work with them. At least with the larger retailers, you have the opportunity to see, touch, feel the pieces in person. This will likely be the first and only time we purchase from them given our experience.

So bummed about this couch. We bought it a few months ago and it already looks years old. The cushions are deflating and take daily fluffing and still look horrible. The fabric is wearing. It’s just me and my husband. I have no idea how it is wearing so poorly. The back cushions look awful and overall it just looks like we have had it for years. 5,000 dollars to use it for a few months. I wish we had gone with another company.

2/5 | Something to add.....
While the Warren is a nice sofa design, if your Warren (in leather) is not placed against a wall disappointedly, you can see the black backing....it looks tacky. Not what I would expect for what I paid. I think my expectations were just too high. I searched for over a year to find the perfect sofa and thought I had with all the excellent reviews, but it just isn’t for me nor does it fit our lifestyle. Now that I’m stuck with it, I can only suggest...keep your expectations within reason, thoroughly read measurements and research. And I hope my review helps someone from making the same mistake. As I said previously, the leather is beautiful and seems that it would resist scratches; however, I absolutely hate the color. It is not well illustrated and now the thought of decorating around a sofa I hate, makes me cringe. Any decorating disguise ideas?

1/5 | My first ever negative but honest review of my 3 year mistake.
Horribly uncomfortable, This is the worst. We ordered our warren in July of 2021. Knowing we did not have the option to sit in it. My first review was absolutely glowing, both here and on social media sites (Houzz, IG, etc.) I fought hard to prove that this sofa was the best purchase I made, sight unseen. Possibly because we spent $5K or my ego got in the way, I was ignoring the fact that the comfort wasn't what we expected. Here I am, almost 3 yrs to the date, sadly reporting that I can no longer sit on the sofa without horrible back pain after only a half hour. I cannot get into a comfortable position. I can't cross my legs, or I tilt to the side. Can't sit straight even with pillows behind me. I'm 5'3". Laying down, forget getting up without help, no joke. The cushions do not hold up, the sofa looks terribly worn and I am literally the only one in our home of 2 that sits on it. I can't take anymore of this giant error I made so I am reaching out to see if MH or ANYONE has replaced the cushions, or if there is any kind of support mechanism (I've tried a 1 in. board under the seat, zero success) that anyone has successfully tried? I am less concerned about the wear on the super duper performance fabric in Salt, than the comfort but even that is less than stellar. I clean all the time but the seams never line up and to get the cushion out of the cover and back on, would be a herculean effort. I doubt I could even sell it, but I really would love to see if there's a fix for this unfortunate experience. I heard, due to covid, the cushions they used were not the best. Not true, they are the worst. Any help, suggestions, fixes would be greatly appreciated and much welcomed.

1/5 | Doesn’t hold up
After less than 1.5 years, my Warren couch looks cheap and worn out. I wish I spent less on a more commercialized couch because for the price and size we’ve been really disappointed. My husband and I use furniture lightly, so I can’t imagine what it would look like in a high traffic room with a dog or child.
The fabric stretches, the interior looks limp, the seams don’t look plush in places where they should be, the performance fabric doesn’t work like previous brands I’ve have and the stains hold. It’s a regretful purchase unfortunately!

1/5 | Dissatisfied Customer
I never had a buyer’s remorse until I purchased the Warren sofa from Maiden Home! The look of the performance linen fabric over time is so unacceptable and unattractive at the price I paid. Although it has been 4 years since I’ve had this sofa, it is such an eye sore every time I walk in my great room. Just to be clear, I started seeing a change in the fabric a few months after I received my purchase. The material became dingy and started to roll up in lint balls. I tried to spot clean it and vacuum it, but it just remained more dingy. Turning over the pillows didn’t make it any better because they eventually looked worn. It just got to a point where I didn’t want my family to sit on it anymore because I tried to preserve it from looking so ugly. If you can imagine and understand my frustration, I am really disappointed with myself for going with this company. But at the time it was during the pandemic and the website matched what I was looking for. Although, I was skeptical about making this expensive purchase without seeing it in person, I was excited to find a modern sofa for our newly built home. I requested the samples and felt that the fabric would hold up well. Little did I know... Normally, I read the reviews before making certain purchases online. However, I didn’t see that many negative responses. I remember one reviewer who was disappointed with her purchase but had younger kids and pets, which I don’t. If you’re interested in purchasing a nice quality sofa, please trust me when I say that you will be highly dissatisfied with this company’s sofas.

1/5 | Do not buy - Cushion foam worn out in less than 3 years
I purchased this couch a little less than 3 years ago and all of of the foam in my cushions are compressed. Other people noted the same issue. I contacted customer service and they do not help at all. I went back and forth with customer service showing the foam core is compressed and they keep telling me to adjust the fill. I have adjusted the fill in the cushions since I have bought this couch and followed their procedures, it does not fix the problem. I have couches from cheaper brands that have been used more with no cushion issues at all. Maiden Home does not stand behind their product. I will never purchase from this company again. Customer service and standing behind your product is everything, and they have failed miserably. Please listen and do not purchase from this company.

Hi RJ, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with our team.
In reviewing your photos initially, we noticed that the crown, or the upward slope, of your cushion insert was intact, which typically indicates that the foam core is performing to our expectations. Given this, we were optimistic that the microfiber fill surrounding the high-resiliency core could be regulated to refresh the cushion.
Our top priority is to ensure your piece lasts for many years to come. Our Customer Care Manager has reached out to you directly to propose next steps and resolve this concern for you. If our team may provide any additional information in the meantime, please do not hesitate to reach out to [email protected].
1/5 | Performance melange is not "performance" fabric at all
Buyer beware. I have owned the Warren sectional in performance melange weave in Shell for less than a year and have had three rips in the fabric in two different cushions already. We are a family of three (no small children) and a 10 yr old 20 lb dog and I would consider us a very light use family. These rips were in areas of the cushions that would not experience heavy usage. Almost as irritating is the dismissive way in which customer service handled these problems, assuring me there is no way there is a flaw in their fabric, it must have happened in "the home or in transit" or the second time it happened that the fabric must have been cut by someone in my home. As though I regularly sit on my sofa with a pocket knife or a pair of scissors and slash up the pillows. This is absolutely, categorically false and either their fabric is shoddy in general or I bought a lemon. They have agreed to replace the cushion covers but continue to deny there is any flaw in their "performance" fabric. I am beyond disappointed and am fully expecting to have to replace a sofa in the next year or two that I thought would last ten. As a side note, the chaise is much too short to be useful (everyone's legs hang off) and the fabric is looking dingy already.

1/5 | Disappointment on many levels
After having my Warren sectional for 3 years, I can report that it doesn’t hold up to family life at all.
We ordered the Performance Linen - and the “performance” classification is a total misrepresentation. It doesn’t hold up to any stains, the fabric absorbs dirt and stains and doesn’t respond to the recommended cleaning instructions. My daughter marked the fabric with a dry erase marker and we quickly attempted to get it out with the instructions provided by MH. Cleaning with water made the stain worse and we had to flip the bench cushion over. We hired a professional cleaner and he refused to clean the piece with water or solvent given the materials.
The bench cushion and pillows have sagged and warped and the fabric easily loosens and looks sloppy over time. The cushions are not well filled.
The overall lines and design of the piece are beautiful and look great in a catalog. But that’s where the dream ends.
For the significant price, I would not recommend. Very disappointed.

1/5 | Bad Fabric
Purchased this sectional 2.5 years ago. Delivery service was poor and it started out really hard. I spoke with customer service and they reported a break in period and it has gotten more comfort with time. Rotating the cushions help break them all in. I was very disappointed with the fabric of this sofa. I purchased the performance weave because it was supposed to be great at resisting stains and that is very far from true. We are not overly hard on the sofa; we don’t eat or drink on it, no pets on it etc. This fabric is incredibly difficult to clean. I’ve had professional cleaners try and they tell me this is terrible fabric to clean. I just feel like I’ve been duped. A $6k sofa that I’ve spent $500 professionally cleaning and I’m going to have to replace :(

1/5 | Poor quality inside & out
While I hate to leave a poor review and very rarely take the time to do so, I am hoping to save others from my same mistake.
I custom ordered my sectional based on reviews, website photos and recommendations from my designer. Selected a fabric that I thought would be resistant to stains and reg wear/tear. After a 4+ month wait, upon delivery, I was immediately disappointed by the quality of construction, internal foam material and fabric. The cushions do not hold their shape and the fabric is not stain resistant. My learning from this experience is to see/test a couch in person prior to making such a large purchase that will result in a lengthy ownership commitment. Buyer beware. As with most things you find on the internet, photos significantly better in person than real life!

1/5 | Sadly it’s a big NO
Initially this sofa looked great. No more fluffing down cushions and backs, but almost immediately I noticed how everything stuck to the fabric…not just sticking but almost pulling out the hair of people who sat on it. I used a suit roller on it daily to pick up hair.(I have NO pets)
Unfortunately, in no time, it looked sloppy. The filling felt nonexistent,. I would say darn near flat as sitting on the floor, but actually much worse- fannies sink in a hole! The rocking our guests did to get to a stand up position was laughable.
My husband I take challenges now on how many rocks it takes us to get out of this sofa hole- no joke.
Tomorrow I plan to place 1” wood planks under the cushions to see if we can get the support we need.
I wish we’d kept our beautiful down Kreiss.
This was a joke of a buy. One of the worst purchases I’ve made in my life.

Hi there - thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your Warren. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our Customer Care team as well so that we had the opportunity to review your concerns and photos with our Product team. The Warren's cushions feature a high-resiliency core wrapped in a jacket of microfiber for a sink-in, relaxed comfort profile. As The Warren is enjoyed, we would recommend adjusting the cushion fill by unzipping the cushion covers and smoothing out the cushion fill to ensure the cushion fill remains consistent across the each cushion. Regarding your Warren's fabric, our team is confident that a lint roller, vacuum, or fabric shaver can remove any materials that may migrate onto your fabric over time, to ensure that your fabric may look and feel its best for many years to come. If our team may answer any questions or provide any additional information, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team at [email protected].
1/5 | BUYER BEWARE
I would never purchase anything from Maiden Home again. I absolutely HATE my Warren sofa (I may as well be sitting on the ground.). I don’t sit on it because I can’t get off it. Maiden Home does not care about their customers - only about the fact that they got $4200 from me. I have no doubt this review will get posted.
Beware - at least, if you buy that sofa from Costco and aren’t happy with it, they will take care of you, their customer.
BUYER BEWARE - don’t buy from this “company”.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we appreciate your feedback on your Warren’s height. The Warren was specifically designed with a low-to-the-ground profile and graphic detailing, which gives the piece a modernist feel that’s equally timeless.
In the future, you can compare the seat height and comfort profile of each sofa style using our Comfort Guide—found in the footer menu of our website—or, chat one-on-one with a design consultant via our complimentary Design Services. If you have any further questions or concerns, we’re here for the lifetime of your piece.
1/5 | Unfortunately, would not recommend.
I got this sectional in February and I have tried very hard to like it. Initially I loved the clean lines and it reminded me of an RH sectional in its appearance.
Unfortunately, that is where the good ends. The Performance Chenille fabric has been an absolute nightmare. Despite weekly vacuuming, spot cleaning and lint rolling, I am never able to get this to look clean. There are permanent dark spots that have developed on the fabric even though we do not wear shoes, allow pets, or even wear denim on the sofa. Additionally, I have had to by a de-piller on Amazon to get all pilling that is now on the fabric. Taking care of this sofa and trying to make it look presentable and clean has sometimes felt like a 10-15 hour per week job.
In addition to the fabric issues, I have been displeased with the cushion quality and feel that the bottom cushions are thin and constantly look flat. Again, I have tried very hard to work around this issue by rotating the cushions regularly. This has not helped since they are flattened after one hour long sitting.
Like I said, I wanted very much to like this sofa. I was happy to be purchasing a product that was made in America. The quality is simply just not there, especially at this price point.

1/5 | Disappointed
I purchased the Warren sectional with the boucle fabric about a year ago and it's worn very poorly. I do not have a high traffic household and the boucle fabric has caught the fibers from sitting on the sofa and looks worn already. I reached out to Maiden Home and they said that type of wear is expected and to contact a cleaner to see if they could fix it. If that's how it's supposed to wear, they should've mentioned on the website. This is certainly not what I would expect after spending almost $5k on a sofa. Disappointed with the sofa and the customer service experience. I wanted to like this sofa and support this American company. Unfortunately, this sofa doesn't stack up to others I've purchased both in quality and durability. Won't be buying from Maiden Home again.

Hi Sarah, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your Warren's Performance Boucle fabric. In reviewing your photos, our Design team confirmed that while your fabric is performing to our high quality expectations, we are seeing some fabric migration on your piece, a process in which darker fabrics migrate onto lighter fabrics, such as your Performance Boucle fabric. This fabric migration can be more noticeable on more lightly-colored fabrics. That said, we understand you've been working with our Customer Care Manager, and we were glad to have been able to take next steps in an effort to mitigate the appearance of this fabric migration on your piece. Please let us know of any additional questions at [email protected].
1/5 | Very Poor Customer Service
Maiden Home left my high and dry - I was not satisfied with the cushions on the sofa I purchase from them for a very high price. They would not do anything about it. Said too bad if you are not happy, but we won't do anything about it.
I would not purchase anything from them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
They only care about their bottom line.

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We intentionally designed the Warren’s cushions to be constructed with a careful balance of sink-in comfort and firmness, providing a casual sit with the support of eight-way hand tied springs. We are not able to offer a custom cushion construction, as this would alter the design intention of your piece. As comfort is highly personal, we do offer a 30-day return or exchange policy, and encourage you to explore our Sofa Comfort Guide where you can compare the firmness offered throughout our assortment. If your 30-day return or exchange window has passed, we recommend exploring custom cushion options with a local upholstery specialist, who may be able to bring to life new cushions on your behalf. Please let us know of any further questions at [email protected].
1/5 | Broken zippers
I have had my couch for about a year (it was not used for the 1st 3 months because my room wasn't ready yet). Last month a zipper on one of the cushions broke. I have never touched the zipper before. I only noticed because the cover looked loose. MH replaced the cover with an almost match to my fabric. Just last week, I noticed another zipper is broken! This time they tell me they will replace the cover but it is the last time they will do so without charging me! I am extremely careful with everything I own. Nobody is jumping on the couch or mistreating it. All we do is sit on it. This would seem to be a MH quality issue. I do not recommend buying from a company that does not stand behind the quality of their products. It's too bad because I was excited to purchase from a U.S. company.

1/5 | Terrible experience start to finish - do not order ‘ cancel if you have
I am deeply disappointed and cannot understand how all of these glowing reviews are real. Our sofa arrived months after the initial quote after multiple delays - annoyingly I received cheery customer service emails to log in for an update on my delivery (which was a delay) versus any personal communication, apology, or accommodation.
Worst of all when the sofa did arrive it is true garbage. The seams are uneven, the fabric is bunched, it looks like something picked up from Walmart and made in China. Not what I was expecting when I specifically chose an American manufactured custom sofa. The fabric is low quality and scratchy - different from the sample that we received.
Lastly, the “White glove delivery” service dropped the prior sofa that we had in our living room when they were moving it out of the way and destroyed it - though they hid the damage and didnt tell me. We tipped them generously as we didnt realize they had ripped the sofa until after they left. I ‘ve been waiting for someone from Maiden to contact me but no one has.
This company is all marketing - no customer service - all pretty pictures and terrible quality. I wish I had never heard of them and that they hadn’t ruined one American made high quality custom sofa that I had in my living room while delivering their garbage.
For context, this was a Warren chaise sofa ordered in Salt fabric with a single bench cushion. The proportions are also very small, the chaise is not large enough for me and I ‘m 5-7.

1/5 | WORST sofa purchase ever
I specifically bought the warren sofa in performance fabric due to having a child and dog, and overall just wanted a sofa that I did not have to worry about stains. This is the absolutely worst sofa purchase I have ever made. My daughter spit up/threw up on the sofa and the stains were impossible to get out and cleaning the stains made them even worse by leaving water rings. I contacted the company and they told me to get it professionally cleaned. I didn’t purchase a performance fabric sofa for $4K to get it professionally cleaned every time we got a stain from living everyday life. Since we have gotten juice on the sofa and ice cream unfortunately. The stains of course will not come off again and now the sofa is becoming yellow/dingy after just two months of owning. We are only a family of three with a small dog and this sofa doesn’t even get extreme use. So so so disappointed for spending the money on a sofa that claimed to be stain resistance or at least easy to clean. Please do not waste your money like I did.

Hi Shannon, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback in the form of a review. I'm very sorry to hear that you're having difficulty removing some stubborn stains. While your Performance fabric is able to repel liquids and is easy to spot-clean in the home, it can be stained if a particularly stubborn material finds its way onto your fabric. When this happens, and if the stains do not respond to our spot-cleaning instructions, we always recommend that a professional cleaner take care of these spots so that your piece may look and feel its best for years to come. If the staining still remains after a professional cleaning, we are always happy to explore logistics if you'd like to order new casings. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Care team at [email protected] if you have any additional questions!
1/5 | Not as comfortable as expected
At the price point, I had very high expectations for this couch. After researching for months, we purchased the 123X123 sectional. The size is perfect for our living room. My main issue is with the comfort - I’m 5’8” and find it hard to sit down comfortably and get up from the couch. The back cushions only provide support up to maybe mid-back, so they are pretty low to comfortably lean back on. Also the fabric isn’t very soft or nice to touch. We got the performance weave. Interestingly, the right side of the sectional keeps sliding back every time anyone sits on that side. I would have thought the furniture would be heavy and sturdy however I keep finding myself constantly adjusting the couch. Overall, not happy with the purchase having shelled out so much money on an expensive piece of furniture

1/5 | Zero stars if I could
Be extremely cautious when purchasing anything from Maiden Home. They are an online-only company and promise a return minus 10% if AND ONLY IF you have a "successful" delivery inside your home. Even after proof of delivery - good luck trying to return, they will pigeon hole you into trying to keep your couch even if you don't like it.
Maiden Home's policies only protect them, not the customer. Be VERY cautious. I suggest you purchase your couch elsewhere.
