We have recently ordered and received a Warren - Merino Heather Grey U Chaise Sectional. It is absolutely beautiful and so perfect for our family. We have had a few oops (dirt, etc.) and following the care instructions, things have come right out. I cannot say enough about the customer experience side of Maiden Home. I loved everything from the personal email to confirm the dimensions to the prompt follow up to any inquiry I had to the delivery guys who were wonderful and helpful. This is what buying furniture should be like. Absolutely thrilled!

I waited a few weeks since receiving our Warren Sectional before reviewing because I wanted to live with it for a bit first. I have to say, it was love at first sight and it has totally lived up to that first impression! The Performance Velvet is beautiful and the construction is really high quality. Most importantly, it's really comfortable! I have a feeling we're going to be happy with it for many years to come!

Based on the great reviews and size and fabric options, I decided to go with Maidenhome for my new sectional. Even though I never saw or sat in the sectional until I received it, I knew it would be just what I wanted as the size would fit my space perfectly and from the description and reviews, I knew that it would be the right depth and not too soft or too firm. I loved that I could pick the stain resistant fabric and color. I spoke with Maidenhome’s representatives on the phone and they assured me after measuring that there would be no problems delivering it to our 2nd floor study. Sure enough on delivery day there were no surprises and everything went smoothly, as expected. My bone white Warren sectional is casual yet elegant and very comfortable and I couldn’t be happier with my sofa and the entire experience. Thank you!!!

This is my second custom couch. I bought my previous one from interior define. I was hesitant to buy a couch I couldnt sit on first but we took the risk due to the short lead time for a maiden home couch. We are super impressed with its comfort and love the durability. We are currently using it in our rental home in Southampton and it has held up well. We would highly recommend!

It took a little longer than I was expecting. But with Covid, I knew there could be delays. It was delivered, and it is gorgeous!! The linen fabric has so much texture, and after you sit on it, it pops up to its original shape... couldn't be happier!!

I waited to write a review until I had my Warren sofa for a year. It is the best sofa I have ever had. The ordering process was great. The quality is excellent. The sofa is so comfortable - just the right amount of softness. The performance fabric works well. I recommend it to anyone who asks.

I bought two of the Warren couches in Pearl They are excellent quality very comfortable We had the Dream couch from restoration hardware for 8 years the Warren couch is close to the Dream but the Dream couch edges it out by a little bit. But the new couch is half the price!! I highly recommend this couch

I purchased the Warren Sofa, after much debating on ordering online without being able to sit on it etc . I was so anxious to receive it for the Holidays, and they came through. They were so nice and available to speak with. it is made well, and the fabric is beautiful. Classic in style which can go with any style modern or traditional. Everyone has asked me where I got it from. And I am pleased to say Maiden Home. And I recommend them , from ordering, follow up, to delivery and afterwards. Because I ordered it in a white color I was afraid it would get soiled during delivery , but it was wrapped sooo well. Thank you Maiden Home .

I was admittedly super nervous to make this kind of investment on a company we had no experience with, but I am soooo glad we did. We purchased the L-shaped Warren sectional in performance weave and it’s absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable. I wanted something comfy that didn’t look frumpy and so far so good. It’s extremely high quality, and we expect it to last a LONG time. Worth the $$$ and also feels great supporting local businesses here in NC. It even passed the muddy dog paw prints test within a few days of having it.... wiped right off without a trace (our dog is only occasionally allowed up to prevent unnecessary wear, and only on top of a blanket - this was a friends who was visiting). We did have a hiccup with delivery (were told it would be delivered, then that only 1/2 of the sectional was ready, so delivery was delayed, then it actually ended up coming on time. I’m not sure how they made it happen, but we were glad they met the original timeline, it just made our schedules a little wonky in the process. Overall would definitely recommend based on the product we ordered! Thanks Maiden Home.

We just received our Maiden Home Warren sectional couch in the Fog fabric and we LOVE it! The clean lines, the design, the performance fabric, the size for the price - all things that can’t be beat. I was nervous to pull the trigger on a couch I hadn’t sat in but honestly the final product is beyond my expectation. The Warren is definitely a lower profile couch, so it did take some getting used to because our other couch was higher but it didn’t take away from the comfort and you never feel like you’re missing anything in the back when you sit with your back against the pillows (usually I’m lounging horizontally). I have a 2 and 3 year old so we’ll see how it’ll hold up under their destructive ways but this fabric looks super durable and I did test out the swatches beforehand with some Gatorade and it definitely held up - wiped right off. Overall, super happy. You can’t go wrong - you won’t get this quality and size, for this price anywhere. For reference, we bought the Warren sectional, 127” left and 98” right in the fog performance fabric.

When moving into our new home, my husband and I searched for months for the perfect sectional that fit our unique space and fell within our budget. My friend is an interior designer and she kept raving about Maiden Home - quality, price, and comfort. She was 100% right! When our Warren arrived, we were beyond happy. It's beautiful and so comfortable. Also, the fabric is perfect for our wild toddler - easy to clean. I will be recommending that anyone I know in the market for a new sofa get one of these. Oh, and their customer service is amazing!

We ordered The Warren sofa and two Leroy lounge chairs for our living room. We spent a fair amount of time researching alternatives online and shopping in various retail stores over several weeks at the beginning of the year. Maiden Home offered style in The Warren and Leroy that we loved (and didn’t find elsewhere); customer reviews here were all very positive and the North Carolina construction (and those construction details) sold us on Maiden Home. We ordered swatches, made our fabric decisions and submitted (just as C19 was becoming an issue). Maiden Home kept us up to date on our order progress (and also worked with us on a change order for the sofa a few days after we sub the original order). Even with a short shipping delay due to C19 restrictions we received our furniture within the estimated timeframe. Love the pieces - very comfortable, quality fabric, cushions (which on the sofa have anchor straps to keep them in place) and construction. We still have work to do finalizing decorating but here are the pieces in our home. Very highly recommend Maiden Home!!

Overall I was very pleased with the process of ordering from Maiden Home. I had never ordered a couch online before so I was a little leary. They stayed in touch with me whole time about the order status and the delivery went very smooth as well. I got the Warren sectional & we are very happy with the quality and comfort.

My friend recommended Maiden Home and I had not heard of them before. I spent so much time researching and we're so happy with Maiden Home. We got our Warren 90" couch in smoke performance tweed last month and it is so perfect for our casual family room. I'm so glad we didn't go with another retailer to save money because the quality of maiden home is so much better. The smoke color is a perfect medium gray, the fabric is soft but durable, and I love not having to worry about my children staining the couch! I'm glad I went with the 90" instead of smaller because our family of 4 all fit together, it's great for tall nappers, and the proportions look great. We debated over getting a chaise but thought a couch was more versatile, fit our space better and was less expensive. The couch is just the right amount of deepness and it has a low profile that we were looking for. Good support and comfort for TV watching. I love that the bottom cushions tie down with hooks so the cushions always look perfect and don't tempt the kids to pull off. The back cushions are so comfortable and don't need fluffing! My only complaint is the performance tweed is not as soft as I'd like (a tiny bit itchy for super sensitive skin) but it was the best choice for us for durability and stain protection. I recommend getting swatches since the color that looked best in my space surprised me and I'm so glad I waited for them to arrive before buying. Customer service was amazing (answered all my emails right away), with white glove delivery included! I'm looking forward to replacing my living room couch with a more formal maiden home couch someday!

OK, So I waited about 9 months before ordering this sectional because I was nervous about buying at this price point from on an online retailer. Here is what my experience was like. When I finally made up in my mind that I'd order from Maiden Home, I called them first. My concern was that the sectional I wanted (I think the 123') wouldn't fit through my doorway. I even read the PDF on how to size for the sofa and was still confused, so I called. The woman on the phone was sweet and patient with my questions. To be honest I called them and asked the same questions just worded differently. Lmbo!! She told me that if the sofa didn't fit that it would be a "No fit" (or something of that sort) and that I wouldn't be able to send it back. After hearing that I did all this research about how to size furniture. I watched every YouTube video you can think of. I worked myself up. So, I went smaller. I ordered the 101' chaise lounge. Although, this was not the original size I wanted, I was grateful for her transparency. So that I could make an educated decision. When the sofa arrived I was disappointed in myself for ordering smaller. Although the couch was beautiful. A very modern and simplistic style. I was in my feelings about the size I chose. I was so wrapped up in bigger. I immediately thought, I want to send this back. But, I kept staring at the sectional. It was so beautiful. Perfect, actually. After really looking, I realized... I hadn't sat on it. So I sat on it and the comfort was undeniable. It was soft, yet firm. You know what I mean? You don't sink instead you melt into the cushions. My husband is so sweet, but never shows he's impressed and even he sat down and said "This is my spot, I'm sitting here from now on" I kept looking for a reason to send it back because of my mistake. But the more I examined the piece. I literally could not let it go. The cushions are perfectly snug. Like my phone won't easily fall between the cushions. The pillows for the back of the couch are firm yet soft. They don't push you to forward and you can easily adjust them for how you want to sit on the couch. My 3 and 4 year old have already touched the fabric with greasy hands and the performance fabric took that grease like a beast. Just a little soapy water and you couldn't even tell there was grease there. Oh and did I mention it didn't disturb the fabric one bit. It didn't have the "rubbed" look. The sofa makes my home look like Pinterest. My husband keeps napping on the couch where before he'd only nap in the bed. Our family of 4 have been able to fit on the sectional! So the idea that it was too small was all in my head the 101' with the left chase allows both of us to fully lay down on it. Listen, I tried every way I could not to buy this sofa. I tried to even send it back when I felt I ordered the wrong size. The sofa is so captivating and comfortable. I am now saving to buy the chairs and I don't even need chairs. I LOVE this sectional and so glad that I read the reviews and decided to take a chance. Only to find out that, I wasn't taking a chance at all. Maiden Home killed it! They delivered on every level. This review doesn't even scratch the surface. If you're reading this... stop what you're doing. Just buy it. Save yourself the time from trying to talk yourself out of getting it. I wish I would have clicked the Purchase button a lot sooner!

We were hesitant to order a sofa online especially because both me and my husband have very different priorities when it comes to couches. He wanted something supremely comfortable (hard to assess online) and I wanted something that looked great and could withstand living with a dog and a toddler. I loved the look of the Warren and after reading through pretty much all the reviews, I convinced myself and my husband that it would be comfortable, look great and likely be a good fit for our lifestyle. We chose a performance fabric because said toddler-pet combo. Fast-forward 10 weeks of waiting and a flawless delivery, we all love this couch. It is so comfortable and give you the feeling to sit of feather. The team at Maiden was super helpful throughout the process especially Connor!

I ordered 2 Warren 108” sofas for my new living room. They were absolutely exactly what I envisioned!! I was nervous to buy something I hadn’t sat on, but I took a risk and so glad I did!! Its perfect proportions, tailored details and timeless design make it super versatile - not to mention it’s incredibly durable. It’s such a relief to have a stain-resistant couch with two little kids. It’s the kind of couch you can hang out on all day (and we do, trust me) and the cushions still look full and fluffed. It’s comfortable, it’s elegant, and it’s everything I’ve ever wanted in a sofa.

I own and interior design firm and have now used the Warren in 3 customer project and my own home as well. Maiden home is a great company and provides a thoughtful product. From start to finish, the process has been great. They send samples out right away, they update you every step of the way and the end result is always perfection. The quality of their products is superb and their prices are very reasonable. My clients have young children and ended up purchasing a white sofa after testing out the sample with wine, juice and coffee spills. It cleaned up nicely. They have had their sofa now for over a year and it is wearing well. They are very happy to finally have a white sofa after thinking it was out of the question. I have another Warren on order and Im certain to have more in the future as this is our go to sofa company. Best purchase we have ever made personally as well! One thing to keep in mind about the Warren is it has a somewhat low back and the loose back cushions sit higher than the back. So if you are using a console table behind the sofa, make sure to keep that in mind and select a table that sits low or has a finished back side. We have also used Maiden Home chairs on our projects. Also such a hit with our clients. In fact, our clients recently reached out to us saying their friends are asking about information on where to purchase their awesome chairs!

Excellent fantastic awesome and great customer service

Ordering process was relatively easy and service/responsiveness was great. I was kept aware of the various stages of my sofa build which took a while, but I suppose everything custom would. Delivery process was also seamless with no issues and delivered the sofa with no issues. Setup & clean-up were also great and the sectional was exceptional in terms of look - modern & very functional. After using it for almost a month, you can tell the build quality was superb and that it will last a long time with proper care. Very very comfortable and easy to fall asleep on especially on the Chaise lounger. Only minor complaint is that to sit comfortably for an extended period, I require lumbar support pillows for my back so perhaps I should have gone with the standard depth as opposed to the slightly deeper one, but that was my own doing. Small dent in an otherwise very comfortable, small profile and beautiful sectional.

I am 100% in love with our warren sectional. Choosing a color was more difficult than naming my children but, maiden home was very helpful with all the samples and I am in the end super happy with the color we chose (harbor). The sofa actually arrived a whole month sooner than they said so, that was a nice surprise. It is incredibly comfortable, durable and stylish. Will order from them again for sure, but I think this piece will last decades.

Ok that title wrote itself - couldn’t resist - if you know, you know. Got a Warren sectional in performance linen. It’s our main highest use sectional in our tv room that we eat on more than we care to admit. Performance fabric has been a life saver for spot cleaning the inevitable spills. Quality, comfort, delivery all great. Very hard to find 8 way hand tied springs nowadays and this level of construction. Glad we took the leap!

I was so terrified to make a purchase this big without testing a couch in person - but the preponderance of other positive reviews persuaded me. I'm so glad I did. This couch is precisely what it claims to be - it looks classic/modern, trim, clean-cut -- and it feels like movie night! It's insanely comfy without being hard to "get out of" like other comfy couches we considered. The fabric is beautiful - and we received truly extraordinary customer service along the way. Maiden Home is now my #1 go to choice for any kind of furniture. Great experience, really excellent quality.

I bought my Warren section in the fall of 2021. It took about 3 months and was well worth the wait! It is perfect for a family room as it’s comfortable for everyone both petite and tall. We got the performance tweed in smoke and it withstands our sweet little kitty’s claws when he occasionally stretches after a cozy nap. The color is beautiful and it looks great with the neutral / natural vibes of the room! We bought our second maiden home couch for our formal living room and can’t wait to add some chairs to our master bedroom!

great sectional very funny. cushions held up well and as the sales person told us, they recommend we regulate them every now and then. she was young and im old but still cracks me up every time i 'regulate my warren'. if you dont get this - you are too young. jokes aside beautiful sectional and great service start to finish. we missed our delivery appointment which was just truly our forgetting and on us but they worked to reschedule it as soon as possible and were very fair and kind on the whole thing (we did pay for redelivery but again thats fair was totally my mistake and the truck did show up to our building)

We determined we wanted a perfect L sectional and began our search nearly 6 months ago. One thing we noticed is that very few companies offered a perfectly symmetrical L sectional outside of MH - most would have a 2 piece sectional where one piece was long then the other to form an L - as a result there was no symmetry if you're designing into a corner and the cushion sizes end up being varied to make the L work. Our designer showed us a number of very expensive trade brands but was shocked when she saw MH had a proper L sectional that consisted of a 3 pieces one being a proper corner. she said this type design is more expensive to execute and not found in mass brands. We ended up going with MH in the Tuscan Leather - the sample quality was thick and excellent and the sectional in person has lived upto the billing. Delivery was easy and courteous - maiden home said no tips were required but I gave the two gentlemen $20 each. I know my designer has gone and purchased from Maiden again for other clients after we introduced her to the brand. She literally wanted us to spend 3x what we ended up spending but even she has remarked at how great the quality is.

We were concerned that all of the 5 star reviews were fake initially because we didn't think that many 5 star reviews was possible. The only reason we are giving 4 stars is so that others won't be as hesitant as we were! Researching: This was our first time investing in a piece of furniture that was top of the line, so we spent a lot of time researching. Quality, design, and functionality were our top priorities. We also learned in our research that MH adds sample fabrics to the bottom of their cushions in the event that you need to reorder materials. That way the dye lots will match. They have truly thought of everything! Ordering: Stellar. Communication with MH was easy. Ordering was simple, as it should be. Delivery: A breeze! Result: Quite possibly perfection! I did not realize how much a tangible object such as a couch could actually improve our quality of life. Not only is it incredibly comfortable, but it is a huge catalyst for facilitating priceless communal experience. We have only had our couch for a little less than a month now, and it has already helped to create incredible memories with our family and friends. I recently had to clean some marks off the couch and they came out so easily. Having a high quality piece of furniture in our home that we do not have to worry about ruining with stains or usage is a dream! This is how furniture should be! Thank you MH!

Our sofa looks great and very comfortable if we keep a blanket on it. Otherwise the material is a bit itchy to the skin and not too pleasant. We ordered the L shaped Warren in Putty.

The sofa looks terrific and the size/scale are perfect. We're somewhat disappointed in the stuffing used for the cushions. After only a month the cushions on the couch where we sit most often are looking a little flattened so we are already rotating them around. Customer service has been great. We initially ordered a different sofa and had to return for the one we have now. They made it very easy

Okay, we're just over a year into having our Warren so it's time for a review! We got the 119" chaise sectional in Pearl Performance Linen for our living room and it is undoubtedly the most comfortable couch we've ever sat or laid on. We upgraded to a bench cushion on the non-chaise part and love that as well. The cushions are holding up great despite daily TV night and WFH use over the last year. The fabric is really soft and also stays cool. I liked the ethos and transparency of the brand and that it was ethically made in the US. And MH's customer service was amongst the best I've experienced throughout. My one big hang-up with it was my one reason for almost sending this couch back when we first received it (how comfortable it was made us keep it), and that's that it doesn't have washable slip covers and we were nervous. Our thinking was that in maybe 5 years we'd splurge to have slipcovers custom made for the couch, but a year in, we're already kind of needing them despite frequently vacuuming the couch and wiping up any stains quickly. We really regret getting this couch in a near-white fabric because it just isn't possible to keep it clean without the ability to wash the covers -- though at the same time, had we gotten a darker color, the couch would still be just as dirty since it doesn't have washable covers, we'd just never know it, so I'm not sure which is better. The main reason we got the Pearl color was that we were kind of disappointed in MH's selection of natural / beige colors in their linen fabrics (they do now offer some with their Stonewashed Linen, though the Warren isn't made in them). So my main two pieces of feedback are that we wish the Warren had been offered in more color options for Linen or Performance Linen, and that we really, really wish there was an option to purchase it with slipcovers. If MH ever started to offer a custom, washable slipcover for the Warren, we'd buy it in a heartbeat. All in all we love our couch and wouldn't trade it for any of the other brands we were looking at -- it really is as comfortable as everyone says! Just beware that when you're buying the Warren, it will be harder to keep clean than a couch with slipcovers.

This is a very comfy sofa. I bought the Warren sectional. I like the profile, depth and comfort. It is great for lounging, but not too deep that guests can’t easily sit and relax. I am not a fan of the velvet we chose. It is cozy, but because it doesn’t pick up light and change directions like traditional velvet, it doesn’t work on such a large piece of furniture. I should have chosen a fabric with more texture. Maybe as it breaks in it will soften. (I did the taupe velvet.) I would recommend keeping the velvet to chairs and a tweed or linen on the sofa.

We were determined to buy a couch that would last more than a year. We could not find anything in the stores that met our criteria (hand-sewn springs, quality fabric, no leather or mechanics) so ended up shopping online which made us a little nervous. The company was great to deal with. The couch had the springs that are so hard to find and the fabric seems to be of good quality (performance linen). If I were to do it again, I would have picked a slightly different color but it did look like the swatch so that's on me. Used to it now. At first the couch was way too short for us since we are both tall. My husband used some macadamia nut wood to make extensions to the legs to raise the couch two inches which was much better. Otherwise it was hurting our backs to get up off of it. I would have also liked it to be a bit deeper (long legs, 5'10") although the dimensions were clearly given on the website so that is also on me. I use an ottoman so it feels extended. The cushions felt very hard but the longer we sit on it, the better it feels so we are giving that time. We could end up changing the stuffing in future which would be very doable and not imperative. I think it just takes time for a couch to settle in. The couch looks great and exactly like the photos. I love the way they are connected to each other and to the couch to avoid slipping. We live in a very small space so got a fairly short couch (around 71") and it looked as good as the larger ones in the photo. It feels like a couch that will last forever which was our main priority. Delivery went very well. We had already made space for the new couch so it went very quickly. I would recommend the company to a friend.

We really like our new Warren couch. We got the L-shape and overall appreciate that it's good quality. One thing is concerning however, which is that the frame of the couch creaks. Whenever my husband or I sit down and lean against the arm of the couch the underlying wooden frame almost makes a groaning sound. There is of course no way to fix an issue like this as it is internal/structural. Hopefully it doesn't indicate a long-term quality issue.

We really love our new Warren sofa. It's comfortable, durable, non-toxic and sleek, while also being cozy. It's also great for napping! We got great customer service from Maidenhome, and even a hand-written thank you note from the Founder, which we were really impressed by. Our only issues are that the back cushions are really thick, so we have to kind of break them in in order to not be pushed forward too much on the couch. The tweed fabric also picks up a lot of dust and fuzz, but is super easy to clean. Overall, we are very happy!

We are very happy with our Warren sectional. The comfort level is well beyond expectations. Two gripes - I wish there was an option for the chaise to have been longer. You can’t lay on it without your feet hanging over the edge. Second there are exposed nails underneath the sofa so when you lift it, you need to be careful not to puncture yourself. I suspect this was an oversight but nevertheless it was enough for me to drop a star. That aside, no reservations in recommending this product.

We really love our new Warren sofa. It's comfortable, durable, non-toxic and sleek, while also being cozy. It's also great for napping! We got great customer service from Maidenhome, and even a hand-written thank you note from the Founder, which we were really impressed by. Sofa is beautiful and very comfortable sit with a little on the firmer side as stated. The measurement however, was off by an inch, not a big deal but I did measure the frame. Customer service was outstanding throughout the whole process. Great communication throughout each phase of production. However, I give the delivery a one star, it was a let down and I was very surprised at the low quality of care with the handling of my WHITE sofa. They gave me a 2 hour time frame a day earlier, the day of delivery, I received a call from the driver over an hour before the time frame and said he is almost here! I then told him I was not available since we slotted a time frame which was not near the time he called. So he said ok, we will wait. Time came and my sofa was unpacked outside from his truck and was carried to my house from god knows where they parked. I then expressed my concern that it will get dirty. He said, no, it won’t. Well, it did get dirty. I had to call and get cleaning instructions and spent time cleaning it at a few areas where it got dirty. No gloves, no booties. No where near a white glove service at all. Hands were dirty while handling my sofa, when I asked them to put on booties, they looked surprised and just took off their shoes. When I showed him all the dirt marks, he claimed that my sofa was unpacked many times before they delivered it!!???? Why that would be the case is beyond me.

I have owned the Warren sectional in the color Oyster for the past two years. I have 3 kids and 1 dog. The sectional is gorgeous, well made, and beyond cozy. Everyone in my home as well as every house guest has fallen asleep on it at some point—that’s how comfortable it is. The Oyster linen performance fabric has miraculously stayed white after two years of owning the sectional. Blood, food, mud, and even wine has all come off fairly easily. The key is to remove the stain as soon as it happens—don’t let it sit! I won’t lie, having a light colored couch IS very high maintenance, especially with kids and a dog, but as long as you’re diligent about removing stains right after they happen, it should stay nice and white. I also have the couch professionally cleaned bi-annually to make sure the white doesn’t get dingy. The seat cushions have held its shape very well so far, and my kids jump on it on the regular. My only criticism is that after two years, the back cushions need frequent (as in daily) fluffing and shaping. I wish I didn’t need to do it as often as that, but I guess that is what happens when the cushions are really soft. I also wish the sectional had the option to have a bench cushion. But overall, I (and my family) love our sectional and highly recommend it!

I have mixed feelings about my Warren sectional. The size, 105" x 105" is perfect for my room. I also love the color, Harbor. I don't like the way the back cushions get wrinkled and I do fluff them frequently. Also, I don't find the sofa particularly comfortable. This may be because I am short, 5'3". I am more comfortable lying down than sitting.
