We just recently received our Warren sectional and it was so well worth the wait! The anticipation of ordering site unseen caused a bit of stress as well as reading what others are encountering during this supply chain disaster. We were surprised to learn our warren was completed and shipped well over a month earlier than originally quoted! Not only did the delivery team out do themselves with calls, they respected and cared for our piece and of our home. And wow is our sofa beautiful! We ordered the Performance Tweed in Salt and I knew that it had a longer lead time but the softness and the durability was exactly what I wanted. It fits perfectly in our space and the comfort is the best ever. I knew it was a low profile which I wanted, I am 5'3, but my husband is 6' tall and it doesn't bother him, it's lounge worthy and has the perfect lean back pillows. The seats are just right and generous and because there are no feathers, the foam core looks full and stays full. This far surpassed my expectations and I am super happy with my choice and Maiden Homes stated quality. Everything went so well, we will be a returning customer!

We are so enjoying our new Warren sofa. When choosing a sofa, being made in the US of quality materials was important to us, but so was maintaining a reasonable budget. We looked at several brands, one of which we currently owned, but choose Maiden Home based on customer reviews, lead time and quality. I will say I was hesitant about purchasing a sofa without sitting on it prior to ordering. However, the Warren and Maiden Home has exceeded all of our expectations!

The Warren sofa and ottoman we purchased are great, very comfortable. The overall look is cool, it is a low profile, and works well against our den wall. The customer service and delivery were all excellent as well. The sofa came earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise for Christmas!

After searching high and low we decided on the warren sectional with chaise in performance linen. So far, so good. Upon delivery I was surprised by the low profile of the entire sofa. I expected a low back but was not thinking about the seat height. The whole piece is very low, which is great for lounging and makes our room feel bigger--that was an unexpected plus. I was also surprised by the seat depth. Future purchasers, check on the different depths. While we are perfectly content with the shortest depth for our space, anyone wanting something super comfy for lounging with an entire family, I recommend springing for the deeper seats. Fabric and cushions have help up nicely. I was worried about the piece being too big for our smaller space but it fits perfectly! I highly recommend this sofa as someone who has been incredibly disappointed by prior sofas. This one was built to last!

After a lot of research, I decided to order the Warren Sectional due to the wonderful reviews about the comfort and quality. Well after months of anticipation, we finally moved into our new home and unwrapped our sofa, that was delivered weeks ahead of schedule! Hands down, the Warren sectional is the most comfortable and most beautiful sofa I have ever purchased. The depth is perfect, the height is perfect for myself (5’7) and my husband (6’0). I was on this site looking at dining chairs and I’m sitting on my Warren which we originally purchased 4 years ago but I never reviewed. This sofa has survived 2 toddlers and a cross country move and we still love it. This North Carolina craftsmen thing isn’t some marketing bs - this is a legit quality sofa you will want to take care of and keep. I must be bored because I never write reviews but remember the co was new when we bought and I wished there were more reviews at the time. Good luck all!

We bought the L shape olive velvet Warren sectional for our family room where we spend the most time. We have a large dog and two cats and two weeks in the dust and hair vacuum right off to make the cushions look pristine again. It’s also amazingly comfortable for hours of TV or naps and the olive color is incredibly rich and sophisticated.

Ordered the 90” Warren sofa in caramel leather and two Mercer chairs in COM. Very happy with our new furniture. The Mercer chairs are stunning.

Ordering a Maiden Home couch felt like one of the riskiest purchases ever since we couldn't sit in it in advance (I always said I'd NEVER order a couch online), but it was SO worth it. We ordered a Warren sectional/chaise in Indigo performance chevron. We really really love it and have received SO many compliments. It looks exactly like the pictures and is so incredibly comfy. It's deep enough to lay back and lounge in front of the TV, but also a great size and sit for guests. I really love everything about the couch! Definitely feels and looks like a good investment. This is the best sofa I have ever owned. It’s so soft and comfortable, looks incredible, and the overall quality is top notch. I was very impressed with my experience from start to finish. The website was easy to use when it came to customizations. I received updates every step of the way that including a short background of each person that had a hand in building the sofa. Very nice personal touch! Delivery was very hands off and easy for me. Everything was set and and all packaging hauled away. I was so nervous buying a sectional online and did a ton of research for weeks and came across Maiden Home on a Facebook ad. Soooo glad I did! We just received it today and it is so much better than I ever imagined it would be! The quality is top notch! It’s so soft and comfortable! I am extremely happy! The customer service was amazing. My husband and I purchased our first home and were looking for the perfect light gray, super comfy, large, great for napping couch. Most luxury couches are filled with feathers which I am allergic to. The Warren was exactly what we were looking for AND it’s hypoallergenic so I was thrilled. The couch is beautiful, soft, and so comfortable. We ordered a 123x123 Warren in Merino Heather Gray. We ended up adding an ottoman and have it set up like an L shaped couch with a chaise. It’s perfect. While it took almost 3 months from order to delivery which was longer than initially promised Pre-COVID, the delivery process was SO easy and smooth. They set up the couch really quick and had us inspect it before they left. Overall, the communication was great and I would highly recommend Maiden Home.

I love my Warren sofa and the Mercer chairs. We have enjoyed Pottery Barn and Crate and Barrel sofas in the past, but always had reservations about the make and durability. The Warren sofa has quality finishes with cushion keepers to prevent them from sliding, and nice diagonal stitching on the base corners. The Mercer chairs we did in a taupe velvet to coordinate with the parchment chevron Warren sofa. Six months so far and they look good and keep clean with our two dogs. We purchased the Warren sectional sofa and it is exactly what we were looking for- well made, comfortable, easy to clean and gorgeous! We have a cat and 2 young sons so clean ability was very important to us and the performance tweed in salt is super easy to clean. Also the customer service is excellent and very helpful

I bought a sofa and two chair and a halfs and I am LIVING for this furniture . I have to fight my family for the chair and a halfs . They are easily what we sit in the most . The sofa still needs to be broken in a bit. I wish their was a sofa bed to purchase , had to go with another company for that. I had a friend over who instantly needed the name of the chair and a half. They are truly wonderful. I mistakenly ordered a near white.... I have Georgia red clay for a yard and two spoiled dogs. A wet rag easily cleans the dirt and I’ve even spilled a bit of red wine and it cleans easily if rescued quickly!

I wanted a high quality, beautiful couch and this piece fit the bill. I am so happy that I chose to go with the Warren. Not only is my couch super handsome, it is so comfy. After months of deliberating over a new sofa for our retirement "forever" home, I found Maiden Home online. We've downsized in this new home, and needed new furnishings that would fit the smaller scale of the living room. I wanted a quality sofa that would withstand daily use by us, and weekend use by our extended family, including pets and an active 4 y.o. grandchild. Our aesthetic is contemporary/Scandinavian with a few "Southwest" touches (if you can imagine, but it works for us). From the very beginning, the Maiden Home customer service team was exemplary; sent detailed answers to all my questions about construction, size, and performance fabric qualities. I was kept updated regarding delays in shipping r/t Covid, While the wait was longer than expected, our sofa arrived earlier this week, with white-glove delivery. The Warren is everything we wanted and more; we ordered the 80" version and it fits perfectly in our new, smaller living room. We chose "Denim Tweed" a Sunbrella performance fabric......gorgeous and soft-to-the touch. It's casual and classy at the same time.......and a "grabber".......I find myself falling asleep during late-night movie marathons. It's that comfortable! I hope our Warren sofa lasts forever, we love it that much! I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Maiden Home again; our experience went above and beyond other online vendors we've used recently to furnish our home.

I, like so many, saw the maiden home couches being advertised on Instagram. I searched high and low for the perfect couch at places like West Elm, Crate & Barrel, and restoration hardware and wasn’t sold on anything so I decided to look more into Maiden Home. The first thing I loved was the company will send you as many swatches as you request and they show up very quickly. My husband and I did a “wine test” on each swatch and were absolutely shocked that the majority of the swatches from Maiden Home really did what they advertised, and the wine did not soak in at all and you could just wipe it off. However, even after doing this I was still EXTREMELY skeptical about purchasing a couch from an online company, and in addition - one that we couldn’t sit on and try out. We decided to take a chance and ordered the U shaped Warren couch in Performance Chenille Harbor and I must say, I am blown away by this couch. In all honesty, it far exceeds my expectations and is exactly what we were hoping for. It has already held up against spills and stains and is perfectly cushiony and comfortable without being TOO cushiony. The color is the perfect light & airy grey that goes beautifully in the living room. I have had so many people come over and say this is the nicest couch they have ever seen or sat on! If you are debating or are skeptical (like I was), trust me that you will not be disappointed with your purchase. This is the perfect family couch and I’m so glad we took the risk. I will never buy another couch from anywhere else.

After many failed attempts of finding a comfortable good looking couch we found Maiden Home! We got the Warren in the color Mineral and it not only looks amazing in our family room it is so comfortable! Also, the customer service was amazing. My husband and I did extensive research on the best sofas on the market and was super disappointed on how our crate and barrel sofa stood to the test of time. After months of research, I settled upon the 85" Warren sofa in powder white, a pair of Leroy chairs in indigo/coffee and the Bowery coffee table in stone/pecan. Couldn't be happier with the quality! Every piece is incredibly comfy and easy to maintain. I love how the furniture is both bold and understated without coming off as a bit on-the-nose. As a single dude, I don't have the best eye when it comes to home decor, but a free consultation with Maiden Home left me confident with the direction I was taking my living room - from layout to fabric choices. 10/10 - will make additional purchases over time.

My husband and I absolutely LOVE our new Warren sectional and Leroy chair. Our family room is on the small side so the 98X98 sectional fit our needs perfectly. Our sectional is the most beautiful blue/gray color (Harbor), and our Leroy chair is upholstered in Denim with light wood, it too is beautiful!!! We are so happy with our purchase!! I am delighted with my new Warren in Graphite Merino! It is the perfect sofa. Looks elegant and tailored but sits so comfortably and casually. Great for TV lounging or entertaining. The deep seat allows for plenty of accent pillows, added bonus! I had initially ordered the Carmine. It arrived with a number of upholstery flaws. The dedicated and professional staff at Maiden Home (Ashley, Hannah) could not have been more accommodating. They facilitated a new order and it is absolute perfection. Not a stitch out of place. I’m amazed at the price of this sofa and the end result of quality, quality, quality. I could not speak more highly of this company, their products or their staff. Warren sectional is my third purchase from Maiden Home. I also have the Mercer Chairs and the Hudson Daybed. I am thrilled with our latest purchase. Our Warren is in Performance Basketweave Frost. The fabric and the sofa style go really well together. I really love the streamlined style of Warren. it is comfortable yet sophisticated. Frost is a great color if you want something light. It is a combination of silver, white and speckle of gray and beige. Definitely get the sample, but the fabric looks better when you see it on the furniture. The sample doesn't do it justice in terms of showing how beautiful and sophisticated it looks. Overall, another great purchase. (Now I am eyeing Carmine sofa.)

High quality and exceptional customer service!!

After much research, comparing, and shopping around I decided to go with Maiden Home and ordered the Warren sectional in Performance Velvet Midnight back at the beginning of March 2021. I wanted furniture that looked dressy but lounge worthy at the same time. I was extremely nervous considering I had never seen it in person let alone tried it out but the reviews for the Warren Sectional were exceptional and it had the look I was going for so I just decided to go for it and I am so glad I did! The only hiccup we experienced during this process is the sectional was originally supposed to be delivered in July as I was given a 12-14 week time frame, unfortunately it was delayed quite a bit and I did not receive it until September. I did receive a phone call from the founder and CEO explaining the delay and apologizing for the experience which I really appreciated. The sectional is absolutely beautiful! It is great quality and extremely comfortable- we could not be happier! We hope to enjoy this sectional for years to come. I have never ordered furniture I personally could not test out- I am SO GLAD I DID WITH THIS PIECE!

I really wanted to wait to write a review because I wanted to live with the sectional for a while. Ordered in March,2021 received in mid-August and now it’s January 2022. We have two cats and they have shredded just about every piece of furniture we buy. Honestly, I have no business buying another couch while they are still alive so that’s why I didn’t want to spend a fortune and also went with a fabric that would be maybe less attractive to cats. I contacted Maiden Home and they suggested Merino so I went with Merino Heather Gray. I don’t know why I wasn’t more nervous plunking down $4k on a sectional I’ve never seen or sat on in person but I just went for it since I was so sick of our other couches and was ready for a fresh look in our family room. Upon delivery, I have to say, I wasn’t “wowed” at first. It has definitely a lower back profile than I was expecting. The size of the L shape was just perfect and I did like that it wasn’t as deep as our last Crate and Barrel Lounge sofas. The fabric was soft just like the sample they sent but it wasn’t a “sink in the couch” kind of sectional. Now, months later, we really are happy with our choice and it looks absolutely brand new like the day we got it. Only one cat has attempted to scratch her nails on it but I keep a spray water bottle next to it and have also covered that arm with clear packing tape to dissuade her. So far so good. Our golden retriever gets up on the couch occasionally but no stains to the fabric yet at all. I do wish they had a few more fabric options with more texture but we are happy with it for sure and highly recommend. My friend just got a sectional, ordered at the same time from West Elm. She’s still missing a piece of her sectional (they messed up the order) and I don’t like hers nearly as much as mine :)

I did a lot of research on American made furniture before deciding on Maiden Home. We had to wait about 18 weeks for our Warren, but it was worth the wait. It sits lower than I was expecting, but it is a very comfortable couch and the depth of the cushions is great. The material seems like it is going to hold up very well, I plan on ordering the matching ottoman too!

Upate on my 3 y/o Warren sofa. Would only recommend it if you don't have kids or pets or if you plan to use in a low-traffic area where you don't plan to sit on the daily. This sofa was gorgeous and comfortable for the first year — then things went downhill. We flip cushions, I vacuum it regularly, and I spot clean. Eventually, I gave up the spot cleaning because if found that the fabric was so textured (we have linen creme performance fabric), blotting or scrubbing anything just made it worse or left water rings. Flipping cushions looks good for 5 mins — until someone sits on it. Then the whole thing looks wrinkly, saggy, and flat. Older relatives can't get out of it now because it's so sunken. It honestly look like a hand-me-down frat house sofa, which is not the look I'm going for — and not what I paid for. After trying to contact support several times via email and social channels to get tips on refilling or cleaning it (with no response), I'm kind of at a loss. Super bummed about the purchase overall and have recommended against it to friends. Hoping this helps someone with their purchase decision because I have another friend who had the same issue and I suspect a lot of 5-star reviews are within the Sofa Honeymoon period.

When I host my family and friends, they always comment on how comfortable it is to sit in, and how sleek it looks in our space. The cushions are soft but supportive, and I think it's got just the right seat depth and recline. I love that since it's a Performance fabric, I don't need to worry about the occasional spill, and Char is such a great color for hiding everyday wear. We watch a lot of movies with big bowls of popcorn - and crumbs brush right off :) Couldn't be happier with my choice or the whole Maiden Home experience!

What a difference this made for our beige room! The deep blue color was in the rug but not noticed until we were looking at fabric samples. Now we have a pale gray and white room with lovely new sofas in blue. We are very satisfied with the online experience and would recommend it to all discriminating furniture shoppers. We bought The Warren and The Sullivan U Sofa Chaise Sectional and absolutely love both. The Warren was perfect for our more formal living room - with a lower back it's less intrusive in the smaller space. We put The Sullivan sofa in our Entertainment room and are so glad we went with it. The deep seats and high back make it the perfect couch to cozy up on to watch movies. We did both in the Performance Washed Linen for ease of cleaning... and I can say that we've already put it to the test! Our dog jumped onto one of the new sofas and brought dirty little paws along with her. I was panicking but then found and followed the directions on Maiden Home's website for cleaning it and there is not a hint of a stain anymore! I could not praise these sofas enough - the price, the quality and the delivery were all exceptional experiences.

I would have preferred to buy a couch that I could try first, but after visiting numerous showrooms I gave up trying to find something simple that I liked and the right size (most were too high and deep). So I decided to try MaidenHome to invest in a sofa of high quality that would last. I think it was the construction of the cushions that sold me, and also that they are reversal. The hardest choice for me was the fabric but I made a good choice so all is well! The couch is sooooo comfortable yet firm and supportive. Very very happy with the purchase. This is my first big furniture purchase and my last!

I ordered this couch as we were moving during the lockdown for covid. I didn't really love the thought of going out and trying out some new couches at a big box store because I mean it's a pandemic. I also needed to make sure this fabric would hold up to my dogs crusty little nails and not pill a month after we got it. So I googled pet proof couches and this one came up! I was sooooo skeptical of ordering a couch online because it's a big commitment and really I worried until the day I got it. I ordered the Warren in the sage color in performance weave (I wanted a lighter color really but see my previous comment about the dog) and I could not be happier. I was worried the fabric would be itchy but it's not and the couch is beyond comfortable but also doesn't look messy. I really didn't believe all these 5 stars but if you have any doubts (or 500 like I did) don't. I would 1000% order again from them !!
