Designers are incredibly helpful and talented in helping make selections for our dining room. Completely got the constraints and uniqueness of our space - very happy with the table and experience. 5 stars!

Let’s face it, ordering custom furniture from a website is not for the faint of heart. But Maiden Home did an amazing job making the process seamless. Even better - my Dune couch surpassed my expectations. The quality is incredible. A+!

We ordered our sofa just before the coronavirus pandemic shut down. Our sofa was delivered with white glove service, delivery guys were masked up and were respectful of social distancing. We had a few questions after delivery, and Maiden Home customer service was top notch! They really want to make sure their customers are satisfied. We are! Our sectional is both beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommend! Thank you Maiden Home for everything!

The entire process of selecting swatches to delivery was seamless. Ordered the couch at end of July and delivered by mid November. We chose the cider color in performance velvet and it is GORGEOUS! Firm construction, attention to detail and VERY comfortable. My only issue is with the cushions. While they too are very comfortable, there IS maintenance required to maintain their shape. They are not a firm foam core and you do sink in a bit when you sit so be aware of that. The fabric on the cushions bunch a little when you sit so expect to periodically smooth out manually with your hands if you want them to look crisp. I do LOVE that the cushions are reversible and we do flip them once a month. The alligator clips that hold the cushions in place are wonderful!

I never fully trust reviews on any company’s own website so I left a review on houzz too. This sofa is a perfect fit for our ski cabin - the design team suggested for our space and we absolutely love it - perfect blend of comfort, not stuffy while still being chic. Quality of construction is top notch to my eye untrained eye and bum. Highly highly recommend. See years of curling up in front of the fire after a long ski day on this sofa!

I spent a great deal of time doing research and stocking the pages of this website as well as reading all of the reviews, and they are all true!!! I bought view Warren sofa, Ottoman and the Mercer chair. They are the epitome of class, quality, sophisticated design. The craftsmanship stands out, the little details like the folding of the fabric to tuck into the side of the Mercer chair or the way the seat cushions have snaps to keep them tethered to the Warren sofa. The fabric is durable, yet soft and comfortable. I bought the Warren in the oyster performance linen and sit on it all day, every day, especially with COVID and working from home. And, it still looks as good as the day it arrived. I have it them both for about 5 months now, wow. I mistakenly got thick, sweet wing sauce on my Warren sofa--- I was able to clean it right out, with a damp rag and a little scrubbing (it was BBQ sauce that sat for an hour), and I literally cannot even see where the stain was now! I am BEYOND pleased. It was exactly what I was looking for--- stylish, modern furniture that I could COMFORTABLY live in. Oh, forgot to mention how comfortable my pieces are! I did add 2 large throw pillows and a throw blanket to snuggle with, while I watch TV. People who come over are impressed and love it even more than I do. I am so glad I found this company when I did. I would have had to pay much more to get the quality or overpaid for cheap furniture because let's facet it, that really is what is out there now. Even some of the "luxury" furniture brands are selling subpar quality for the price they charge. You won't ever have to worry about that with Maiden Home.

This is the best sofa I have ever owned. It’s so soft and comfortable, looks incredible, and the overall quality is top notch. I was very impressed with my experience from start to finish. The website was easy to use when it came to customizations. I received updates every step of the way that including a short background of each person that had a hand in building the sofa. Very nice personal touch! Delivery was very hands off and easy for me. Everything was set and and all packaging hauled away. I received emails from customer service checking in and providing tips on how to best care for the sofa which I found to be very helpful. I would highly recommend Maiden Home to anyone who is furniture shopping!! Best experience I’ve ever had for this kind of thing. Exceptional company.

This couch is truly beautiful. I bought the 90-inch model in driftwood and performance linen in creme. As the other reviewer notes though, the cushion does not stay in place and it makes it very difficult to get comfortable on the sofa. It also requires constant reconstruction. I plan to purchase a slipmat and hope it minimizes the issue, but agree that for the cost that it is a frustrating flaw. Otherwise, it is the statement piece we wanted.

I can't begin to explain how beautiful this bed is in person! My husband and I are thrilled that we chose The Thompson for our new home, and admire almost daily how beautiful the hand-carved Natural Ash wood is. We wanted a neutral color but something that complimented the wood, so we decided on the Flax Performance Textured Linen. It was a breeze to assemble, looks like luxury, and is the right amount of classic and chic style. We'd been waiting to find the right piece, and this checked all of the boxes.

We are thrilled with the Sullivan sofa we ordered from Maiden Home. It is high quality, very comfortable and the denim color adds a nice contrast to our white walls.

Like many others, I read the amazing reviews and took the leap to purchase my Carmine without ever seeing it. I ordered swatches and poured coffee on them to see if they would stain. I thought I would go for a dark gray couch to hide any accidents but the fabric's resistance to liquid gave me confidence to purchase a lighter blue fabric. I originally wanted linen but the melange weave was softer and tighter. I also did a lot of measuring against my old Havertys couch so I had a better understanding of the Carmine's dimensions. The Carmine took 4 months to get to me but it was worth the wait. The piece is very hefty in terms of weight. The framing is definitely solid. I'm glad I purchased from Maiden Home and not Bassett. The Carmine has eight-way hand-tied springs whereas the Bassett tailored couch only has coiled. I especially enjoyed Maiden Home's updates and being able to check in at any time to see the status of my Carmine. I purchased an Ethan Allen bed at the same time and there was no update whatsoever. I just had to wait in the dark and hope they didn't delay my order. Maiden Home lives up to their reputation. They provide quality furniture and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend.

Sofa arrived dirty, with broken legs, and a large nail sticking out of one foot. The nail caused my brand new floors to be scratched. Maiden home blamed the damage on the delivery partner but in reality it left their facility that way and anyone placing it on a floor and pushing it into place would have caused the damage because the nail was fully exposed in the foot. They sent new feet and these had the soft round plastic buttons that protect floors--the initial ones had nothing but the nail. After much back and forth the delivery partner paid $1000.00 of the $1200.00 in damage and I had maiden home make up the $200.00 difference. The flooring was back ordered by 2 or 3 months. Finally the day came for the flooring and we had to move all the furniture out of our living room alone and listen to loud noise all day. When the flooring was done I had a major cleaning project to do (dust and etc from the repairs). I was so upset that i went back and forth with Maiden home to pay my wages for the day and cleaning. They were supposed to have someone come clean the sofa and apply the new legs. The day came and I received a call that the worker quit without notice. Over the course of a few months the back cushions lost their shape and dipped like a U in the back. Our mid backs rested against the frame of the sofa. They sent new cushions and the same happened in a few weeks. A month later a creak started and progressed to the point that even a tiny shift on the sofa made a loud creaking noise. No one in the home is over 150 pounds--just 2 of us. I. had to get my e-mails, photos, videos together to prepare for small claims court...fortunately, they realized I meant business and are coming to take this sofa away next week and refund me in full. The product I received looked used and in poor condition. It was not the product I viewed on-line or as described. I had cheap sofas hold up better than this after years. I do not recommend this company or the furniture at all. I will be so happy the day my refund comes and this sofa is out of my home.

We bought the carmine and ottoman and are extremely pleased. The process was great - it took awhile d/t Covid, but delivery was great and the sofa is just beautiful. The design is nice, and we love the tight back. The couch always looks nice, it's firm and supportive and seems like it will last a long time. I took a big chance early last year ordering this couch sight unseen but I am so glad I did. The Warren sectional is so comfy...not too soft and not too hard so it is the Goldilocks of comfort. The cushions are nicely made and the support is perfect. I should have gone a bit darker on color because now I am so afraid my new "white" couches will get dirty and I put a throw over where we sit. I know the fabric is supposed to be easily cleaned but why take that chance? The only real downside is it's too short. I asked if they could send taller legs but it does not go with the "design aesthetic" and they do not offer the option. I ordered some on amazon, but the screws and holes don't line up and I don't want to drill new holes. So it is another step to making it perfect. The issue with it being short (tall people's knees so high aside) is that when people sit, their heels are touching the lower part of the couch and it tends to get dirty. Also, my Roomba runs along the bottom and leaves smudges (wipeable but a pain). If it had two-three inches more in leg height, it would be perfect.

We bought two Leroy chairs in Shale to put in our living room and they are absolutely beautiful. The chairs offer a sleek mid-century look while also being very comfortable for long sits. I am so impressed by the combination of style, comfort and Maiden Home's superb customer service. We are very happy. Thank you!

I've been burned by the furnishings industry time and again over the past year as we've tried to furnish our new home. We originally ordered a very expensive sofa from Roche Bobois which not only was extremely delayed but was very disappointing on arrival. After a big fight and a lot of money lost, we were able to return the piece and our neighbor put us on to Maiden Home. I was so skeptical buying online but the process from design to delivery has been a pleasure. The Leonard itself and the stonewashed performance linen is exquisite and has a level of craftsmanship and fabric quality that our 10k french sofa truly lacked. You guys are really onto something and having spent a year searching through the furniture market -- high quality and high taste is impossible to find under 10k. Keep up the great work!

I purchased the Warren & have had it since September. The couch sits at 16 in off the ground & not 18 which makes it a little hard for people with long legs or my mother to get out of. The fabric is not as stain resistant as it claimed to be. My daughter spilled yogurt & it did not come out. Same with coffee. Construction is good but, the cushions are far "squishier" than I hoped.

I’ve had my eye on the Ludlow in Performance Linen Oyster for a long time and when we decided to refurnish our living room, I had to give it a try. I love that Maiden Home sends you free (BIG) swatches which made choosing a fabric much much easier. I also couldn’t have done without the comfort guide because I’m usually easily swayed by style BUT for this couch I needed it to be comfortable. I was initially hesitant with the tufted back (I even inquired about changing my order after I placed it), not because of its look, but because I thought not having back pillows would make the couch less comfy, but boy was I wrong. The back of the tufted couch is so soft and plush, way beyond my expectations. The couch is so beautifully designed and stylish and the custom size options are wonderful. The quality for the price really cannot be beaten. Dana was amazing throughout the whole process with personal attention and quick response times. Setting up delivery was a breeze. I’m already eying up a chair to compliment my new sofa and everyone that sees the Ludlow asks where I bought it. You really will not regret this purchase!

We found Maiden Home on a whim and were skeptical about buying a couch we had never sat on. That said, our experience has been amazing! We purchased our couch and Maiden Home kept in touch once a week, letting us know what stage our couch was in. The delivery was flawless. And on top of that it is sooo COMFY!
