We could not be happier with this sofa. After two disappointing sofas from West Elm and Article, both of which sagged and did not hold up over time, I was nervous to order a sofa online, sight unseen. I'm thrilled we took the risk--ordering not one, but TWO. The quality is superb, the look is stunning, and the cushions have just the right amount of cushiness and firmness, soft to sit but not sloppy to the eye. Bravo, Maiden Home!

After much deliberation, we decided to to purchase the sullivan chaise sofa in denim after moving into a new house. We LOVE it. The quality is wonderful and it is extremely comfortable. 100% recommend and love the transparency of pricing.

We got the Sullivan Sectional this summer. Everything about the process was great from start to finish. It even arrived a little earlier than I expected. I couldn't stop smiling when I actually sat on it and realized that it really is perfect :) I just ordered another Sullivan (sofa) for different house because we've enjoyed the sectional so much.

So happy to have found the Sullivan sectional. I wanted a sectional with specific dimensions, clean lines and beautiful fabric, but it also had to be family and pet friendly. I had a big list of “wants” and the Sullivan met every one plus some! The cushions are the perfect firmness and the oatmeal fabric is soft and beautiful! It’s everyone’s favorite place to curl up for family movie nights!

I searched for many weeks for the perfect sofa. A friend recommended Maiden Home and they had exactly what I had envisioned for my living room. I ordered the Sullivan sectional and everything from ordering to receiving it to now having it was like a dream come true! Maiden Home has such an easy website, quick shipping for samples, excellent communication from their designers, email updates as they’re creating your sofa, and the white glove delivery was wonderful. My 5 children and I love our Sullivan. It’s totally luxurious. It’s firm enough so you don’t sink but supportive and soft enough that you feel like you’re being cradled. It’s so beautiful and perfect for us! I’m just beside myself! I’ll always order from Maiden Home, in the future! Absolutely exceptional service and quality throughout the whole process!!!

First off, the customer support at Maiden Home is unbeatable. From the swatches to post purchase care. We have had our couch for 6 months now and it is beautiful. At first it’s firm but that’s good so it doesn’t sink. We live the deep seats and how roomy it is.

We love our Sullivan sectional with chaise. We have the mist performance fabric. It’s very soft and so far durable. We have not had to clean any major spills yet but we have seen water bead up on the surface so we can easily wipe it away. The couch is very comfortable for sitting and working or for relaxing and watching TV. Depending on my position, sometimes I wish the back pillows went a bit higher but I just put a throw pillow behind my head and it’s perfect. We refluff the pillows occasionally but even then I think they look comfy and inviting, not sloppy. 3 weeks in and no regrets; hopefully the quality continues for many years!

We’ve had our Sullivan 75 inch sofa for about 6 months now and we love it! It’s very comfortable to sit, lounge, and even nap on! I love the look of the bench cushion, and we love how comfy and deep it is while being just right in terms of support. The sloping arms make it perfect to lean on the sides and stretch out our legs on this sofa. I think they also look v ~fancy~ We got the sofa in ecru performance weave, which is soft and a beautiful light beige. I’ve had zero issues cleaning up spills and stains, which is very convenient for those of us who like to sneak food and drinks to the living room. The cushions are also very nice and comfortable. So comfortable that they are often stolen off the sofa and used elsewhere around the house! We love that they are made in NC by local furniture makers. Delivery was on time and worth the lead time. We love our Sullivan and will keep Maiden Home in mind for other furniture needs- I’ve had my eye on that Dune chair for a while now ;) Thank you!

We ordered the Sullivan sofa in Oyster Linen (95") online at the recommendation of our designer. I was extremely skeptical about buying such a large piece online sight unseen. We received emails every step of the process introducing us to the craftsman and outlining the process (that was very fun). Our sofa arrived and the beautiful lines and craftsmanship are stunning in our Loft Apartment. Very happy with our purchase.

I wanted the 90" Sullivan Sectional for my small library/TV room for more than two years. Finally bit the bullet after ordering multiple fabric samples and emailing lots of questions. Due to unforseen issues with the delivery partner, our sofa was delayed by a few weeks (we had ordered for guaranteed delivery by Christmas) and Ashley at Maiden Home was so helpful and understanding. She went above and beyond to make the situation right, and I could not have asked for better customer service. When we received our beautiful Sullivan in the Buff Chenille, it fit perfectly in our space and has a smart, tailored look with exceptional comfort. Our family loves it! Not only is it pretty and comfortable, but the fabric has already held up to a couple spills and is easy to blot clean. This sofa was truly worth the wait.

Our (90") Sullivan arrived within the expected delivery window, and it's very nice. It's not a plop-down and sink in couch, but it's not advertised as such. My older mom loves it because she can easily stand up from the somewhat firm bench cushion. It's also not as deep as I expected based on some descriptions, but that's fine with me. I'm 5'6' and my knees fit perfectly over the edge, while my feet rest comfortably on the floor. The back cushions can be removed, and if someone were to spend the night, they could have a very roomy, wide bed. We went with the Granite Merino. It's soft and comfy- reminds me of the feel of flannel. The overall color of the sofa seems lighter than the swatch, but it is the same fabric. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because I need to see how it wears and holds up with time. So glad for this terrific company! It feels great to buy a beautiful, high quality American made product without all the middle-people!

We received our Sullivan sofa 2 months ago and love it! The denim fabric is perfect for our household with young kids. The sofa itself is so much more comfortable and the finish superior to another sofa that we just purchased from a well-known furniture store. What's really amazing about Maiden Home is the service. I noticed a small gap in the stitching of one of the sofa seams about 10 days after we got it. Maiden Home immediately initiated a repair without hesitancy. I look forward to filling our home with more beautiful Maiden Home pieces!

Everyone in our house gives this sectional 5 stars (including 4 kids and 3 dogs!). I purchased the Sullivan Chaise Sectional (left chaise) in Flax Performance Textured Linen in the largest size (130" width) with the bench cushion (so no one gets stuck in the crack!). We have a large great room and the sectional is perfect in the space. The fabric is so beautiful and the perfect neutral color and the sofa itself is SO comfortable and roomy enough for our entire family! Throughout the build process, Maiden Home sent e-mails with updates. Delivery was smooth and the sectional was well protected (blanket wrapped and then wrapped in plastic). I have been waiting to make a decision about chairs for our great room until after this sectional arrived and now that I see the quality firsthand I will not hesitate to order again from Maiden Home. In fact, I might order one of the beds as well. By far this is the best furniture purchase I've made!!! You will not regret ordering from this fantastic company!

We searched for new couches for months and months and were not satisfied with the quality at the name brand stores. After hearing about maiden home from my sister, we ordered swatches and obsessed over the Sullivan. Finally decided on the Sullivan L shaped sectional in Cloud Performance Chevron. Have to say, LOVE it so much!! Great quality, very comfortable and looks amazing in my space.

Love the Sullivan sectional I bought. It was worth the wait. Customer service kept me informed and team was great to work with and responsive. I read all the reviews inside out before purchasing. It was nerve wracking to buy a couch without sitting on it. But I love it. It’s comfortable. Well made. And looks beautiful. There were some comments from others about the couch cushion sagging, but I think that’s the trade off if you want a full length couch cushion instead of individual sections. I’m so pleased with this couch buying experience. while I don’t need a second couch I would recommend maiden home to friends and family.

Ordered end of September and was delivered by December (a week or two late but that was no problem!). Ordering process, swatches, customer service was wonderful. Delivery was perfect and seamless. The quality of the couches is top notch and is SO COMFORTABLE! Longevity is to be seen but so far it’s awesome. My 4 and 6 yo, 2 pugs and husband are thoroughly enjoying it. Now I need one for my own room! I will absolutely purchase thru this company again.

I spent so much time looking for the perfect couch: one with a neutral color, classic but updated design, Krypton fabric, hardwood kiln dried frame, hand-tied springs, American made, very specific dimensions, and delivery within 3 months. It seemed like that was only possible by paying $10,000+ to an interior designer until I found MaidenHome. It’s now been six months since my Sullivan sofa arrived (in Harbor performance chenille) and I’m still so happy with it. There has been some very slight pilling from the fabric, but I think that’s to be expected since it gets used daily. What I love most is the durability from stains and spills. With 2 dogs and 2 small children, the couch has truly been lived in every day. It has endured spilled coffee, mud, food stains, black pet hair, scratchy dog nails, spilled baby bottles, and much more, and EVERYTHING has come out completely with a small solution of water and laundry detergent. The cushions have retained their shape well. The customer service has been amazing (they custom made arm covers for me to help protect the arms a bit more). Rarely would I ever think I’d rate a couch a 10/10 in quality but that is my honest review.

I’ve waited a full year to write this review since so much about what makes or breaks furniture is about how it lives in your home. After a full year of wear and tear, I can say I’m still in love with this sofa. I have the 90 inch in bourbon leather. This sofa is in the main gathering room in our house so it gets lots of use from the full family which includes 3 elementary age kids and a 15lbs dog. It’s held up beautifully with minimal maintenance. I was a bit concerned that the bench seat would show wear patterns or breakdown unevenly over time since one end of the couch gets more use than the other. The more used end is ever so slightly softer but I’ve rotated the interior cushion once and now they are evened out. Overall, the bench seat is just slightly softer than when it arrived and was quite firm. It’s very comfortable and after a year if use, I would still consider it a firm feel. While the bench seat is firm and supportive, the back cushions balance it out with more of a sink-in type feeling. It’s the perfect combination for me. Finally, the leather itself is AMAZING. We have a potter barn sofa and the difference in the quality of leather is very noticeable. Maiden home feels much more natural and has held up better. With three kids and a small dog, superficial scratches are to be expected, but they fade quickly and blend in to add character. If I can add photos to this review, I’ll include a few so you can decide for yourself if it’s a look that works for you. Overall, I highly recommend Maiden Home. The process was seamless from beginning through delivery and the quality can’t be beat.

I just received my second Sullivan sofa; after much measuring, I thought a 65” Sullivan was the right size for my living room. I was wrong, too small-it was more of a love seat than sofa. After emailing with Ashley at Maiden Home, she offered that I could exchange it for a 75” just paying the difference. I was able to keep the one I had, which was picked up when the new one was brought in. I love the new one-it’s perfect! I was also able to purchase fabric by the yard to reupholster two chairs and an ottoman in the same room! I highly recommend Maiden Home.

I rarely write reviews but the customer service experience with Maiden Home has been amazing. I originally ordered the Sullivan sectional. When it arrived it was well made and the fabric was beautiful but it was not the right look for our space. I contacted customer service and returned the sectional and replaced with 2 Sullivan sofas. They were incredibly easily to work with and prompt at arranging the return. The new sofas arrived this week and they are perfect. The are incredibly comfortable and beautiful. I highly recommend this company!

My purchases (a couch and 2 chairs) exceeded expectations in every way - not only did the furniture arrive in flawless condition (not at all a given with my purchases from other manufacturers) but it arrived early! This is my second round of purchases from Maiden Home - I also bought 3 chairs for a previous home and that too was a terrific experience.

We purchased the Sullivan sectional in Moss Mohair. It is one of the best purchases I have ever made. We were a little nervous about making such a big purchase online so we researched many options. We had worked with an interior designer for some other furniture purchases and were trying to see if we could buy a sectional that would not break the bank! The designer gave us some recommendations of what to look for in a sectional in terms of quality and durability. The quality of the mohair swatch, the kiln-dried hardwood (we really wanted to avoid manufactured wood), 8-way hand-tied springs and the quality of the cushions (as well as many positive online reviews) ultimately persuaded us to buy the Sullivan. I liked that we received several order confirmations that were not automated. An actual human being reached out to confirm the order, with a sketch for our approval specifying the size and orientation of the sectional. There was very clear messaging about delivery requirements (i.e. exact clearance needed to fit through doorways and rooms). We received updates during the production process (framing and spring creation). We placed the order on February 14th and the Sullivan was delivered on April 4th. All very smooth and easy. And the Sullivan turns out to be the most comfortable piece of furniture we own. The bench-like seat cushions are extremely comfortable and there has been plenty of napping on them. At first I wasn't sure about this style because I was only familiar with single-seat cushions. I am a convert to the bench seating. The cushion construction is great - the seating is firm enough to feel supportive but also very comfortable. The back cushions are wonderfully soft and luxurious feeling. They are down, so we do need to fluff them up occasionally. They return to original shape and firmness easily. We usually are three people sitting on the couch and that is perfectly comfortable. The three of us are very different sizes (5ft4, 5ft9, 6ft3) and we all find the Sullivan super comfortable. We could easily fit a fourth and fifth if my 13-year-old would not stretch out her whole body across the cushion. And the mohair! This was a splurge that was worth it. It looks beautiful and is so easy to clean up. We have two cats and they love to lie on the couch but have not been tempted to scratch it (I had been told cats don't really like the texture of the mohair). Our designer is impressed with the quality of this sectional and has advised other colleagues and clients to explore Maiden Home options. Overall this was a fantastic purchase and I expect we will be enjoying the Sullivan for many years to come.

Like most reviewers, I was hesitant to purchase sofas without sitting in them. However, based on the other reviews and many conversations with Dana, I decided to try the Sullivan. I bought not one, but two so I was really taking a leap of faith. Maiden Home customized them to my specifications (I wanted a solid cushion on the bottom, no seams) and as they advertised sent many emails during the production process. Their estimated delivery time was spot-on! Now to the sofas, THEY ARE A DREAM!!! I really can't believe just how comfortable they are. We bought leather; it's beautiful and supple and I'm sure will only get better with age. I bought leather because my dogs live on our television sofas and I didn't want to vacuum dog hair anymore. Problem solved! I'm not concerned about their nail marks either-for me, that just ages the sofas faster. This is our life. Pets, kids, and lots of snuggling on our wonderful, new Sullivan sofas. Everyone in the family agrees they were a great purchase!

Like most mention, I was very hesitant to buy a sofa online. After receiving two rounds of swatches, I decided to take the leap of faith. We ended up with a beautiful Sullivan sectional for the sitting room off our kitchen. It is a high traffic area so we went with a performance fabric and are not disappointed. It has quickly become the most coveted spot in the house! The sofa quality is exceptional and we have already tested the durability after my daughter spilled a gatorade. I quickly soaked it up with a white towel, a little soap and it is like new! After our experiences, I plan on buying two more Maiden Home sofas for our family room!

We bought The Warren and The Sullivan U Sofa Chaise Sectional and absolutely love both. The Warren was perfect for our more formal living room - with a lower back it's less intrusive in the smaller space. We put The Sullivan sofa in our Entertainment room and are so glad we went with it. The deep seats and high back make it the perfect couch to cozy up on to watch movies. We did both in the Performance Washed Linen for ease of cleaning... and I can say that we've already put it to the test! Our dog jumped onto one of the new sofas and brought dirty little paws along with her. I was panicking but then found and followed the directions on Maiden Home's website for cleaning it and there is not a hint of a stain anymore! I could not praise these sofas enough - the price, the quality and the delivery were all exceptional experiences.

The entire process from start to finish was unbelievably easy and headache free! Super easy online ordering process, the site easily changes out the fabrics and finishes digitally so you can see the combination you are thinking of. Once I placed the order, I received regular updates on the production process...not too many emails, just enough to keep me in the loop and most importantly, the order was ON TIME. The delivery service called a day in advance to give me a heads up and they showed up at the exact time they said they would. The men were super nice, unpacked each piece and put it in place. The product itself is GORGEOUS, incredibly well made, solid, and fabrics/finishes are beautiful. Super happy, especially since this is my first custom furniture order!

We bought this couch after doing a bunch of research and have been super happy with our purchase. It is amazingly comfortable, and sits bigger than you would guess from the dimensions. Also the value is great for the craftsmanship.

Possibly too comfortable- we both fell asleep on it the first night! Roomy enough for the whole family, and the Sunbrella fabric is the perfect color and has already proven itself with a toddler/popsicle adventure. It was a leap of faith to order without ever seeing it in person, but we have no regrets!

We have had our new sofa for about 3 weeks. We are in love with it, the color, the construction, super comfortable. My kids spilled something on it the first day and it just wiped right off. AMAZING I was hesitant ordering but the entire process was very easy, and perfect. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone.

Our couch came a little sooner than expected, and it was worth the wait! Even though I had measured my space and had fabric samples I was still nervous about the quality. It exceeded my expectations. Its very roomy for our family of 4 and comfortable. The seating area is deep, so perfect for taking naps. Love the performance fabric I chose. The pillows require a little fluffing after sitting for a while, but that doesn't bother me. It pops right back in place. I've purchased high end couches from big name stores, and they were stiff. Once pillows were smashed in they didn't come back. The down used on the Sullivan pillows make it easy to fluff back in shape. Also the sectional is locked in, so you don't have to worry about it pushing out if someone bumps it. Those little details make this couch worth the price. My family is so happy with the purchase. I would definitely recommend this brand. From start to finish, Maiden home sent me updates on the process.

As much as I was not very impressed with communication from Maiden Home, especially about delivery, I absolutely love our new Sullivan in performance linen sofa. It is solid and appears to be made with high quality materials. It is perfect for lounging, supportive yet cozy which was exactly what I was looking for. The perfect addition to our home!

I ordered the Sullivan sectional in Merino Heather for my new home. One thing I absolutely loved is that they sent a confirmation e-mail for me to confirm the exact dimensions via a sketch of the couch. In receiving my confirmation e-mail, I realized that I had ordered it incorrectly and would have been out a lot of $$ had I/they not caught that. Their customer service was absolutely wonderful and they quickly updated the order to be the appropriate dimensions. I couldn't be happier with the quality and comfort of the couch and it has helped to turn my house into a home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I first saw this couch on LilyPad Cottage blog. My husband and I kept coming back to it.We first ordered a fabric swatch. We thought about it for a few months and finally ordered the Sullivan L Sectional 135 Left / Right 105. Then we got scared. Did we order the right size? How would it look? Why did we order white with two little grand babies. But it not a white couch now, then when? We are so thrilled with it. We got the oyster white performance fabric. (I think that's what it was. It was the same as what LilyPad Cottage got.) We were supposed to have shiplap put on our ceilings and walls painted white, so the room is not finished.The contractor comes tomorrow to start that. Even in a room with yellowy walls and green making tape, the room looks so elegant. I can't wait until it's all finished. The fabric is soft. The grand babies love it. I don't let anyone take food or coffee or wine in that room, at least for now. I posted a photo on my Instagram page (Lucille Zimmerman). It's comfortable to sit on, and I make it my goal to lay there every afternoon in the sunshine, to read book for at least 20 minutes. I don't regret this purchase at all. Maiden Home checked with us several times to show us the diagram and confirm were really did want it this way. One thing you should note, and this played with my head for awhile, the long side (135 on the left) comes as a shorter piece (95) because it only becomes long when it is butted up against the righthand piece, which was 106. Hope that makes sense. The short side is actually the longer couch. it feels like a very high quality purchase.

I purchased two Sullivans for our living room and I get compliments from everyone who sees our house how stunning they are, and then compliments again when they sit down and realize how comfortable they are. I am beyond happy with my MaidenHome experience and can’t wait to decorate more rooms of our house with this incredible furniture!

Completely satisfied with my Sullivan sectional. Warning though, this was a nightmare getting. The original sofa agreed to was not what I received! While Maiden Home made it right - I had to wait an additional 6 months for the CORRECT sofa. So, when it is ready to ship, make sure you have the correct sofa coming! Something got screwed up in the administration of this thing. I will say, the sofa is extremely well made, with quality workmanship and detailing. I do love this sofa every day I walk into the living room.

We received our Sullivan sectional in sky blue today. It is so beautifully made, extremely comfy and soft, and beautiful.

I bought this sofa 3 years ago right before the pandemic. My family and I are moving out of the city to the suburbs after repeated construction delays and I would say 90% of the furniture we've owned in our apartment is getting tossed despite much higher prices - its just not lasting or holding up . Our few year old items from RH and Design withinReach look so shabby now - I shudder to think what we paid for them. This Sullivan Sofa is still aces and will be making the trip the new home. We can't keep our massive dog off it and so we do get it cleaned professionally once a year but this thing is so comfortable, well made and looks great. I'm only writing this review now because I'm so upset with the amount of stuff we are having Junkluggers take away and wanted to share a good review for a product/company that deserves it. I must confess I"m a person who only writes reviews that are negative - mainly when I feel wronged and want to get the companys attention (lets be honest we all do this) but hey its almost 2023 we can all be nicer and tip the cap when we see a job well done -- in this case I tip my cap to you maiden home - great quality product thats holding up. We will be shopping with you again as we furnish our new place - gulp.

We were a little bit skeptical ordering a couch online without actually sitting on it first. We are super happy with the comfort, the material is beautiful and matches our decor perfectly. We appreciated being able to see swatches before we ordered. The ONLY thing we are sorry for is that we didn't do a better job of measuring our space before we ordered. We ordered an 80" couch and now wish we'd ordered bigger. That's ALL on us!! The quality seems exceptional and the communication along the way and the delivery service was perfect. I've had my Sullivan sofa for a year. I looked forever for the right sofa- this is it. Solid construction, beautiful materials (I did leather), top-knotch comfort, and great customer service. I've had it for a year. Hope this helps someone!

Sofa is skyblue and chair is blush; both are beautiful and colors look exactly like shown. The wood on the chair is also great looking. I was slightly disappointed with the density of the back sofa cushions as I had read one review that said it took a while to break in their cushions. I took that to mean they were fuller. Mine were not and flattened as you leaned back. I found out they do make a denser cushion so I had them sent ($150). I love them, just wish I had known originally that there was an option. I am still very happy just letting you know that there are options before you order. Delivery was excellent and on time. I would definitely purchase more items from Maiden Home when I need them.

I searched high and low for the perfect couch when I was moving. I was so happy when one day I stumbled upon Maiden Home and the Sullivan couch- I knew I had found the perfect one. After getting swatches, I settled on the 90" Merino version. I was really concerned that it would look massive in my 900 sq. ft. apartment, but it is a gorgeous and perfect fit. The couch is really comfortable and not too soft or too hard. The fabric is so cozy. I get compliments on the couch all of the time. The heather grey goes well with everything I own and the shape of the couch is timeless yet modern. I absolutely love it and am so glad I went with Maiden Home.

I moved into my first home and was looking for a sofa for the main room. I wanted something beautiful, simple, cozy and functional (I have young nieces and nephews). The Sullivan did not disappoint and really exceeded my expectations! I was nervous to purchase without seeing or sitting on the sofa but I have to say the feel is very accurately described and even better in person. The simple look of the Sullivan translates so well in person. The fabric quality is excellent. Dana was very helpful as I peppered her with questions and sent her pictures of my room to ask her opinion. The delivery was great as well. I hope to get the dune next! And am disappointed I bought a bed before they had launched their line.

IMHO the Sullivan is a classic style that will never look dated, and can work with any decor. The loose back cushions stay in place, I never need to fix and fluff them. We are shorties, so I knew the generous seat depth might leave our feet hanging when sitting upright. Well, a comfortable throw pillow in back solves that beautifully, but here's the thing: this is a family room, we come here to relax and sprawl, and the Sullivan accommodates us perfectly! The bench seat was important to me, it's a cleaner look, and I love that it has clips to hold it in place. BTW, the gently sloping arms really are perfectly proportioned to be used as arm rests, or head rests. I was originally going to go for a sectional and then purchase a coffee table somewhere. I'm glad I re-thought that when Dana let me know MH offered ottomans in different sizes. The ottoman has turned out to be a very versatile piece for us - it is our coffee table (I added a beautiful tray, just large enough to truly hold things, like drinks and snacks), it also provides comfortable extra seating, and best of all, when I push it up to the sofa, and I tuck into the sofa corner and put my feet up, I realize this is a perfect alternative to the sectional, plus I didn't have to buy a coffee table! Clearly Maiden Home places a high value on customer service. My entire experience, from shopping through delivery, was wonderful. I will be back.

Sofas are great and super comfy! The custom lengths were key for our space. We have 3 children under 4 testing the Crypton fabric and so far so good! :)
