Everyone should purchase a couch from Maiden Home! We recently purchased the Sullivan couch and everything from the ordering process to delivery has been a truly wonderful experience. What makes Maiden Home stand apart is the transparency and customer service, not to mention the quality product. After submitting our order, we were told the exact week the couch would be ready (lots of companies just give you an estimate, Maiden Home actually gives you more detailed timing and lived up to it). We were also updated on the status of the couch throughout the process and then contacted once the couch was ready for delivery. How great is that! The couch is honestly one of the most comfortable couches I have sat on, not to mention the quality -- the 8-way hand tied springs is something you usually get at higher price points. We even received a hand written thank you note from the owner after purchasing -- even though Maiden Home is an "online store" it feels very much like a mom and pop store that truly cares about its customers and wants to deliver a top quality product.

My new Sullivan sectional in Merino Heather Grey is lovely. The fabric is soft and the couch itself is comfortable yet the cushions are structured enough that it doesn't need to be fussed with all the time to look tidy. Excellent customer service too, with timely and helpful responses to all my questions. I liked getting the updates about production and was impressed with the delivery time. Ordering a large piece of furniture that is central to your home online can be daunting. But then I received the beautiful fabric samples. Then I spoke with a design consultant who helped iron out all the details. Ordering was a breeze and being updated along the production way was a nice service. The piece arrived in perfect condition and the quality exceeds my high expectations. Like I said, I’m a very happy customer!

I really wanted a comfy cozy couch that was also minimalist, and I love slope arms, and this couch did not disappoint. I got the Performance Weave Ecru material, which was lighter than I expected but I loveeee it. The material doesn't stain with drinks, but you still have to be careful about food like chocolate. Maybe this is obvious but I learned the hard way-- was able to get the stain out though. it does take a couple days for the cushions to relax/ get broken into as they tell you, but after it settles in it's PERFECT. I got the bench cushion with a left chase added on, 100' wide.

After much deliberation (and I mean MUCH) I finally went ahead and ordered the Sullivan sofa in Creme Performance Linen. I can't believe I waited so long! The sofa is beautiful and so comfortable. The quality of the furniture and the fabric are excellent. The communications from Dana at Maiden Home were excellent and the delivery was as easy as it gets. I don't think I will ever get a sofa from anywhere else!

This couch is super comfy, beautiful and all around a great product. You can really sink into it after a long day, but it also looks like a gorgeous stage Instagram photo, even in real life. I'll have this couch for a long time, so a worthy investment indeed.

Obsessed with my Sullivan sectional. Even my husband loves it. We can't stop talking about how much we love it every time we sit on it. We got the largest l-shaped sectional in Denim for our vacation home, and it's perfect. Plenty of room to splay out - hubs, dog and I are all happy. Doesn't look too big or bulky though - design is comfort meets chic. Was concerned down cushions would look messy but they have great support and sofa looks put together all the time - a million times better than my West Elm sofa. Will never go back. Also arrived several weeks early!!

We’ve had our Sullivan 75 inch sofa for about 6 months now and we love it! It’s very comfortable to sit, lounge, and even nap on! I love the look of the bench cushion, and we love how comfy and deep it is while being just right in terms of support. The sloping arms make it perfect to lean on the sides and stretch out our legs on this sofa. I think they also look v ~fancy~ We got the sofa in ecru performance weave, which is soft and a beautiful light beige. I’ve had zero issues cleaning up spills and stains, which is very convenient for those of us who like to sneak food and drinks to the living room. The cushions are also very nice and comfortable. So comfortable that they are often stolen off the sofa and used elsewhere around the house! We love that they are made in NC by local furniture makers. Delivery was on time and worth the lead time. We love our Sullivan and will keep Maiden Home in mind for other furniture needs- I’ve had my eye on that Dune chair for a while now ;) Thank you!

We bought a couch last year from Maiden Home. It is soft and comfortable, YET the cushions did have some issues with unraveling. This is where their service department, Ashley in particular, stepped up and was AMAZING. They sent us new cushions, had someone come out to sew up the other small issue on the frame, and continually followed up to make sure we were happy. What company does that anymore?? Well...Maiden Home does!

We needed to replace our "tired" sectional we bought years ago at Crate and Barrel. We stumbled upon MaidenHome on Facebook and wound up deciding for the quality / value it seemed like the right move and ordered our L-shaped Sullivan sectional with the sunbrella fabric. The sofa came slightly ahead of schedule and the "white glove" delivery service was professional and on-time. We're 1 month into our ownership of the Sullivan and we're 100% satisfied to date. Water beads and rolls off this fabric and the cushions are supportive yet comfortable. Glad we took the leap of faith that this sofa would be worth buying without sitting on first!

I was committed to a sustainable selection, so was confident in my choice. The design and comfort was an unexpected joy. It is a lovely, class, yet comfortable couch. It is deeper than my 5'4" frame sits on comfortably in an upright position, but 1) pillows fix that and 2) that's not how we use it. We lounge on it: sitting sideways to look at each other, or one of us lying comfortably to watch TV or read, with room for the cat. It is a classy piece that lets be relaxed. And best of all, the cat has never once considered it a scratching ost because of the lovely blue velvet covering. This is not the velvet you've always avoided. This is a comfortable, inviting fabric that holds up beautifully.

We spent a lot of time shopping for couches at PB, Arhaus, and C&B but ultimately went with Maiden Home. It was definitely a risk considering we couldn't sit on the couches but we did our research and really wanted couches that we 100% knew were built in the US. After ordering about 5 different sets of fabric swatches and emailing back and forth with Dana a handful of times, we finally settled on the Sullivan couch in Performance Linen Putty and The Crosby in Lincoln Leather. It took about 10-11 weeks for the couches to be delivered with no delays, which is VERY hard to come by these days. The couches were well wrapped when delivered and placed exactly where we wanted them w/ no damage at all. We were very surprised at the quality and comfort of both couches. You don't see strings hanging off the couches or inconsistent stitching. The comfort level is the perfect balance of firmness with a down feel that will hold up over time. Both fabrics feel top notch and honestly can't even be compared to the other 2 couches we have from the more furniture stores in the same price range. Without a doubt, we will recommend Maiden Home to friends and family based off our experience.

2nd sofa purchase from online retailers. The difference is significant. The Sullivan is a solid frame, the fabric Denim Perf Chenille is excellent. It does catch the golden retrievers hair, but everything does. I turn the back cushions often to keep the wear even, and it's worth it to me to take care of our things. this sofa has a solid feel, it sits a wee bit higher then some, the bench cushion is sleek....the best part...NO PAIN in this 53 year old back or knees getting up. Spring in my step and I completely give credit to the sofa dimensions. What would I change? hmmmmm....it's depth is good...and even GREAT when you remove the back cushions when I binge watch on a snowed in day. It's a great piece, elegant, and comfy and spacious. Well done.

We recently purchased two Sullivan sofas. We did a lot of research into what makes a quality sofa and many big box type of stores say they offer the things you want to hear (joint systems, spring systems, performance fabric, etc). When you really dig into it, those stores are usually missing key aspects that make a sofa great. We also ordered what seemed to be hundreds of performance fabric samples from all over. We would test water, soy sauce, wine, etc. on all of them and Maiden was by far the most resistant. With two kids, this was one of the most important choices we had to make when finalizing our decision. The Sullivan sofas are comfortable. In an ideal world they would be about two inches deeper but that is a personal thing. The one cushion is nice and seems to keep its shape thus far. The fabric has not pilled at all after using for about 3 months or so. The sofas are heavy and you can tell they are quality built. Overall we are very pleased with the ordering process, delivery time and final product. I wouldn’t hesitate to give this or other Maiden home products a shot if you are on the fence.

We have had our Sullivan for about a month and we just love it more and more each day. I literally think about it at work and how I want to snuggle up on it. It is GORGEOUS, the lines of it are modern yet classic. Those curved arms are so freaking pleasing to the eye and perfect for lounging or for snoozing. The depth of it is amazing, my husband and I can stretch out without annoying each other. It is so comfortable, it wraps you up and comforts those weary bones. I was unsure for the first few days because it felt pretty firm, maybe too firm. But after some use and settling, it is really nice and definitely exactly what I was looking for. Back pillows are super nice, takes 10 seconds to fluff them and the fluffing brings me joy. We went with the Frost performance basketweave and it is to die for. I obsessed over the fabric selection and probably ordered almost every swatch (sorry MH). I was worried the white options would just look too flat, I wanted some dimension and depth. The frost basketweave looks kind of brown on the website but it is definitely white and grey with a little bit of flax in person. When it is cloudy and grey, it looks white to silvery and when the sun is out, it has a much warmer appearance. I love that it is so versatile and think it will wear beautifully. We haven't had any major spills but have been able to easily wipe up some minor food related spills. Lastly, the customer service is above and beyond. Dana is perhaps the best customer relations person ever, she was so patient with all of my emails and was just so nice. There was a minor delay in delivery and they were communicative, I never felt like I was out of the loop. Delivery was seamless, maybe took all of 10 minutes, professional, courteous. If you are hesitant to purchase from Maiden Home, don't be. This was a big financial investment for us and I feel 12/10 about the finished product.

I never write reviews but felt compelled to do so. After searching forever to find quality furniture that would also fit into our small and specific spaces, and velvet at that, I found Maiden Home. To be able to have size choices in something that you like is difficult to find. I ordered a Sullivan sectional, couch and ottoman in Performance Velvet and was so excited to get my furniture! I was not disappointed. The furniture is as described and just beautiful and well made. Even the delivery men commented on the quality of the furniture! Hello, I'm a real person. When I was shopping around for a sofa, I found it very challenging to find objective information because there are so many fake reviews, surreptitiously-compensated social media influencers, and terrible products marketed as "luxury". I took the chance on Maiden Home after reading some reviews on Reddit, and I am VERY HAPPY with the product. The order took a bit longer to arrive than initially estimated, but that is probably due to covid. (the delay was well-communicated by MH) I ordered the Stone Leather sectional, and it's a very strong high-quality leather. There are many design features that I love- the Velcro backed pillows, zippers for easy pillow replacement, and large contiguous seat cushions. Delivery in NYC was, _interesting_ because the delivery team did not know the legs were removable. After I removed the legs, the sofa was simple to fit through my doors and hallway. I will order from MH again.

My husband is 6’8”. We are also senior citizens. We could find sofas that were very deep seated that would accommodate him but we had a difficult time getting out of it. Fortunately I read about Maiden Home and they recommended the Sullivan. It was scary to order online but I had measurements of Restoration Hardware furniture (the sofa which was difficult to get up from) and they were very close in measurements but not as deep seated. I loved the luxury look of the Sullivan. I especially liked they were made in North Carolina too. I bought 2 couches as it better suited our layout. Everything went as planned. From the ordering process, the date of delivery, delivery, and a small hiccup in the process that was immediately corrected. The people were very easy to deal with and it was the best customer service I experienced in a long time. My husband tells me daily...how much better he loves our new sofas. Yep, I sold the Restoration Hardware sofas and replaced them with these.

I love my new Sullivan sofa! It is both stylish and comfortable, and the wide range of available sizes meant that I was able to find the perfect fit for my condo. One note of caution: definitely take Maiden Home up on the opportunity to get fabric swatches. I ordered my sofa in the Oyster fabric. While it is lovely and well-treated for stain resistance, it is much more of an off-white/cream color than it appeared online (where particularly in the "our favorite looks" pictures it looks like a truer/less warm-toned white). Because of COVID-related delays, I decided to skip the "swatch testing" step, so the fault rests with me and not Maiden Home, but just be aware that the fabric you are considering may be quite different in-person than online. That said, it is still a very beautiful fabric and a wonderful couch!

We bought a Sullivan. Like with any purchase this large, my wife and I were nervous about buying something sight unseen (excluding the fabric swatches). We could not be more pleased with our purchase. The sofa has firm but comfortable cushions and my wife loves lounging on the chaise. We could tell this was quality craftsmanship and we expect to have this sofa for several years.

This sectional was so much better than was expected. We’ve had mostly used couches and some subpar new couches, so we wanted to invest a bit more for an improved experience. Wow, were we surprised! The Sullivan sectional is beautifully made with sturdy wood and clean, bright lines. That’s not even the best part! It’s so amazingly comfortable and more on the firm side than anything else we’ve bought. It’s a dream to sit and rest on and even after my partner hurt his back, he was able to rest in luxury on the sectional to recover. 10/10 - we’ve already recommended Maiden Home to our friends!

I debated long and hard before hitting the purchase button. I wondered if the price was worth it. So far, I can definitely say that it has been worth the price. We've had our Sullivan (90" with granite merino fabric) for a little over a year and it's seen heavy use. We have four teenagers at home who use it every day. One has essentially taken it over as their bed. This is not a sofa to plop down and sink into. We have one of those, and love it, too. But rather, it's a firm, comfy sitting couch for reading, or for sleeping. If you like a sink-in kind of feel, this isn't it. It feels solid, yet soft, and I like that. The bottom and back cushions have held up great, and the soft fabric shows no signs of wear. Whether the structure will stand the test of time remains to be seen, but everything so far has held up great, with no signs of wear. I'm very happy with it.

tuscan leather u sectional. have had for over a year now - leather has broken in /worn very nicely. very comfortable for me (6ft tall) both for lying down and sitting up. would recommend and glad this worked out as was a big $ purchase.

We've had our s\Sulllivan for 8 months now and its been a pleasure. the bench cushion is comfortable, gives it a relaxed look and has kept a nice shape. it also makes for a very comfortable bed in a pinch! The construction/quality seem excellent to me and very happy with al l details on the arms/seams. I ordered thinking I'd get a luxury piece and feel like I got what I paid for. I saw someone write an essay about back cushions or wrinkles - i'm not a fussy person - but per my take the cushions have held in great and are very comfortable for us. We're a family of 4 -- avg to slightly tall and average weights. delivery team showed up a bit early which was annoying as I was coming back from work and hadnt arrived yet but they did wait for me.

I am the person who rarely writes reviews but this is my exception. I purchased the Sullivan sectional approximately 2 years ago and can only say that the sofa is exceptionally amazing. The quality of the fabric and construction has lived up to daily usage! It is our only comfortable seating area. After receiving many color and texture samples I decided on the performance fabric in a very light linen color and it has lived up to its name. It cleans up so easily. Wine, chocolate, daily living all cleans up with water and blotting. Truly unbelievable!! The sofa sectional still looks clean and new. It has endured dogs, adults.and children sleeping and snacking daily on it. I highly recommend Maiden Home the quality of its materials and workmanship cannot be beat! Customer service is exceptional as well and I would not hesitate to purchase additional furniture based on my experience with them. Also, it is made In the United States.

This is our main tv watching, relaxing, entertaining sofa. It’s withstood a lot and still looks very good. Importantly for me it’s so comfortable and perfect for putting feet up. We purchased it in the performance linen and cleaning has been easy. I recently purchased some extra throw pillows from maiden in the same fabric to add to it which they made easy (via email was not available in website). Definitely recommend.

We chose the Sullivan sectional because it provided the most amount of seating for our space. Living on the lake we do a lot of entertaining in the summer, so having enough seating for all of our friends and family is key. The deep seat and down filled cushions make it a comfortable spot to curl up with a book or watch the game on tv and the bench cushion gives it the clean modern feel we love. This sofa feels so special because of the extra details like the wood feet and curved arm, plus we finally have the white linen sofa I've always wanted but in a kid and pet-friendly fabric! I'm so glad I don't need to constantly worry about every spill. Really every detail is beautiful, and you can see (and feel) the difference in the quality. We also got two Leroy chairs in Denim Performance Tweed. They have a beautiful shape and the wood details add such warmth and character to the chair. These chairs are floating in the middle of our living space and they are the first thing you see when you walk in the front door. I love that they are unique and visually interesting from every angle they are viewed at. They really add so much to our space!

I moved into my first home and was looking for a sofa for the main room. I wanted something beautiful, simple, cozy and functional (I have young nieces and nephews). The Sullivan did not disappoint and really exceeded my expectations! I was nervous to purchase without seeing or sitting on the sofa but I have to say the feel is very accurately described and even better in person. The simple look of the Sullivan translates so well in person. The fabric quality is excellent. Dana was very helpful as I peppered her with questions and sent her pictures of my room to ask her opinion. The delivery was great as well. I hope to get the dune next! And am disappointed I bought a bed before they had launched their line.

I bought the sullivan couch in denim Performance Tweed (80") for our apartment in Brooklyn, NY and honestly, I'm obsessed. We've had it for about 5 months now, and even though the long seat cushion has down feathers in it - so squishy and comfy - it always looks super sharp and hasn't slumped the way my old sofa did (West Elm). This is so important since our living room is also where we host guests, have family over, etc. I'm petite, but my partner is about 6'2" and we both love it. I don't feel like I'm drowning in depth (my feet can touch the ground, etc) and he can properly curl up. The quality and craftsmanship is so obvious when you have it in your home. We have chairs from a lower-end big box store in our living room, and when you sit in them, you can totally tell the difference. Here's the thing though, I'm obsessed with this fabric. It is soft and cozy and repels stains like I've honestly never seen, but I just cannot get over the color. I was so scared getting what I think is a pretty true indigo blue, but it looks so beautiful in our space. The tweed material is also just dreamy. It has a cool variated texture and just begs you to curl up with a book or movie. Maiden Home is the real deal - it's so clear to me that they care about their customers, even got a handwritten note from the founder thanking me for my purchase. I'm in.

We purchased a Sullivan 75" loveseat / sofa in Wisteria and could not be happier. This sofa looks so well made and feels both casual and high-end at the same time. The couch is attractive and comfortable, is perfectly proportioned for our small-ish bungalow living room space. We took our time researching and thinking this over, and looked at so many Pottery Barn and Crate and Barrel sofas. But we kept coming back to the simple, relaxed, attractive design of the Sullivan. This couch is so perfect. I tried so many couches from the name brand stores and nothing fit my needs. I decided to take a chance on this sight unseen and so happy I did! It is such a quality couch. I love the performance tweed fabric. It’s very soft but will hold up to the kids, although I’ve yet to let them have any food on it yet. I will say the couch is very deep. Perfect for laying but you definitely need extra throw pillows to sit upright in it. A perfect family couch that doesn’t skimp on style!

One thing I absolutely loved is that they sent a confirmation e-mail for me to confirm the exact dimensions via a sketch of the couch. In receiving my confirmation e-mail, I realized that I had ordered it incorrectly and would have been out a lot of $$ had I/they not caught that. Their customer service was absolutely wonderful and they quickly updated the order to be the appropriate dimensions. I couldn't be happier with the quality and comfort of the couch and it has helped to turn my house into a home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
