This was a delightful experience from start to finish! I researched sectional FOREVER and was nervous about not seeing this one first, but I am so happy that we went with the Warren. It is very comfortable and I’m so happy with the quality. I was set on a fabric I found elsewhere, so it was great that Maidenhome does the COM option. Could not be happier with the entire process. Looks great, quality craftmanship. It took a long time to be delivered, but that's the case for basically anything in 2020-2021. Customer service did an excellent job communicating delays, and I'm happy with the results!

We ordered our Warren L sectional late-October 2021, mentally preparing ourselves for a long lead time to delivery due to all of the supply chain delays during the pandemic. However, we were pleasantly surprised when Maiden Home actually beat their estimated delivery date: we were originally told late Dec - early Jan, but our sofa actually arrived mid-December 2021! The quality is much better than we expected. The cushions are perfectly soft while still structured, and the performance fabric is great (especially considering we ordered a white fabric). We're very pleased with the quality and would consider this a very high value product (especially since some big box retailers charge a similar price for this size of a sectional, but worse quality/comfort). Can't wait to continue loving this sofa for years to come!

We have the Warren sectional for our living room and like it so much we bought a second for our family room. We like that this style doesn't use down feathers and the deep seats are great for lounging. Plenty of pillows for more formal occasions. Very comfortable and great quality. Very quick turnarounds. It will not be our last purchase from Maiden Home!!

I’ve had The Warren for about a year now. Wow. This sectional is just about perfect. The thought and care that went into design and construction is clearly obvious. Putting Velcro on the cushions, BRILLIANT! The frame construction is solid work. Paying the price of a vehicle for a sofa was daunting, but I would not hesitate to do it again. Consider it an investment that will last a lifetime and beyond.

The Warren truly has everything my client wanted and more. It’s available in a cozy, loungeable sectional style with multiple size options to suit any size room, and while it’s deep enough to sink into, it’s not so deep that it takes up a ton of space. It has a low profile and slim arms, but it’s still really welcoming, like a warm hug! Finally, it’s upholstered in Crypton Home fabric, which means its truly pet and kid proof: Even though it’s white linen, all you have to do if it gets dirty is wipe it off with dish soap and a wet cloth!

We are very pleased with our Warren Sectional. It has a modern and polished look, and it's cozy to lounge on. We went with the Silver Performance Weave fabric and are so happy because the color is beautiful, the hand is soft, and our dog can get comfortable without us worrying he's going to stain or snag it. Really well done, Maiden Home :)

We ordered this sectional in sunbrella mist for our second home and I am in love. I want another one! Of course, my young children immediately got marks on it but it cleaned so well. I do wish that the cushions could be attached to the frame because there is quite a bit of adjustment but it's not really an issue. The delivery was fine, no real complaints other than they didn't know to attached the two sections together. I didn't know either and can't really do it myself unfortunately. Though to be honest I didn't really try. Back to the couch itself, I love the fabric, I love the look, it's firm but super comfortable. The entire family loves it!

My husband and I are very careful and intentional with the furniture we purchase. We were nervous to make an investment without being able to actually see and sit on the couch we were wanting to buy, but looking into Maiden Home anyway. We took our time, ordered swatches, exchanged a fair number of emails with their staff asking questions and getting design help and were incredibly impressed with that process. We finally decided on the Warren Sectional with Performance Chevron Cloud because we have a 1 year old and a dog and this is going to be our family couch. The wait during production definitely took awhile, but after delivery and having the couch in our home for a few weeks and using it often, we are so impressed and glad with our decision. The couch is comfortable, the craftsmanship is fantastic, the fabric is already doing amazing with a couple of spills, and you can't tell that it's become our 1 yr old's newest play gym. I have recommended the company to several friends and highly recommend taking the time on the front end to get your questions asked and use their design service to help figure out the best option for your home and life.

In the past we have only made large furniture purchases in-person; however, with COVID in the spring I decided to research internet options for our new sectional. I kept coming back to Maidenhome. I really appreciated their business model and they had exactly what we wanted, a custom, well-built piece of furniture that was affordable and met our family’s needs. The website was very well done and it was very easy to order and get swatches for the fabrics we were considering. Once we ordered the piece we received emails that kept us apprised of the progress so we knew what was happening at each stage. We have been enjoying it for about a month and we absolutely love it. We got the sectional in dusk - it is gorgeous and so comfortable. We have pets and kids - already I have easily wiped away some messes and the fabric seems very resilient. We look forward to many years with this sectional and will look to purchase other pieces in the future too.... Thank you!!!

We ordered our sofa just before the coronavirus pandemic shut down. Our sofa was delivered with white glove service, delivery guys were masked up and were respectful of social distancing. We had a few questions after delivery, and Maiden Home customer service was top notch! They really want to make sure their customers are satisfied. We are! After over a year of searching online for a new sofa, we finally made decided the Warren Sectional was the one for us. After having the sofa for about a month, there is no doubt we made the right decision. The quality is incredible and exceeded our expectations. While the sofa is lower profile than we anticipated it fits great in the room and creates an inviting space. If you are looking for a high quality, well designed sofa, this one is for you.

Like others, I've never bought a sofa online before, but I was impressed with details like the 8-way hand-tied suspension and the quality fabrics on offer on the Warren, and decided to risk it. The sofa is lovely - it's as shown in the video (low back, deep but not too-deep seat, and the firmness of the cushions is just right for lounging around) and it's very well-constructed. I appreciate the constant communication from Maiden Home during the build, and it was overall a wonderful experience, except for the delivery. I also like The third party delivery company was pretty unprofessional, but that's Florida for you. Honestly, the delivery issues were not Maiden Home's fault, but they ended up dealing with it in a satisfactory manner after some back and forth. If you're on the fence about buying a sofa from Maiden Home, just do it! No regrets.

Beautiful sofa and the leather smells amazing! I was a bit surprised how low it sits, but that was my fault for not looking more closely at the dimensions. To me, in the picture it looked like a standard vs a lower profile, but still beautiful. Definitely order a swatch before you order, significant difference, at least in the Ash leather.

Got my Warren sofa in Tuscan leather (camel) and I absolutely love it. The sofa is so well made, the leather is gorgeous and the whole feel of it is just amazing. I was very reluctant in buying such an important piece of furniture online, but Maiden Home quality surpassed all my expectations. I'm sure this sofa will age beautifully in my home and will last a very long time!

This sofa is fabulous. Comfortable and meticulously sewn cushions. Beautiful workmanship. I had asked for several swatches and chose the performance tweed fabric in smoke, It's a great color ( not too light/ not too dark) and soft to the touch. I had to sleep on it for a few weeks while recovering from surgery that prevented me from going upstairs. I wish my bed was as comfortable! Customer service was top notch and the sofa arrived earlier than originally estimated. The only thing I might change is the height - it's perfect for me ( 5' 2") but my 6' 2" husband finds it sits too low. Would ( and have) recommend Maiden Home without hesitation.

Love the comfort level and how deep this sofa is, and love the fabric quality (performance linen). I got chocolate on it the first day and it came right off with water +shout wipe! Only thing I'm not too pleased with is after sitting on the sofa for a few hours there are dents in the cushions so it takes constant fluffing to make it look new. Also, its very low to the ground (and I'm short, 5'2), I had to order new end tables so they would be the correct height. I hope they publish a guide on how to get out certain food stains, I really hope it wasn't just luck that I got out the chocolate.

I would never buy anything from Maiden Home again. They do nothing for the customer. They rest on their laurels about their “quality”. I absolutely HATE my Warren sofa. I may as well be sitting on the floor. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

After spending so much time in my house during covid, I was minutes away from buying this couch. I went to all the usual stores and no one had anything I liked. My husband thought I was absolutely insane to buy a couch we hadn't sat on. So I waited, a year passed and when I couldn't take our couch another minute I said, we're buying it! I'm so glad I did, and I'm so mad that I hesitated because I could have been siting on this couch for the past year. Ordering was so easy, they even sent me extra pics of the couch and answered all my questions. Delivery was quick and they sent emails every step of the way telling me what stage my couch was in. We had one little delay but that was the outside delivery company's fault. The couch is amazing, so comfortable, so beautiful (we got the performance tweed in smoke). Everyone who comes over compliments the couch and says how comfortable it is. Only con, If you are a neat freak this may not be the couch for you, the back pillows are fluffy and big I'm often adjusting and putting things back in place, definitely thinks it's a couch for a more casual family space. The entire family is loving it, including our golden doodle who hated the old couch and now sits with us while we watch TV. It's like sitting on a cloud!

I bought the Warren U Chaise Sectional in Natural Performance Washed Linen and let me tell you: it literally could not be a more perfect sofa! I looked FOREVER at all the big retailers and through a decorator, and was about to spend a lot more on a sectional through my designer and then I came across Maiden Home. I will say that making a purchase this large without seeing the piece or sitting on it is nerve wracking, but I swear this sofa is perfect and I am PICKY. I love the back height (low enough to look modern but not too low to be uncomfortable). The depth is perfect (deep enough to lay down comfortably, but not so deep that you can't sit up). I prefer a more firm sofa (it holds it's shape better and doesn't end up looking so 'worn') and the firmness is perfect. The fabric is great: it's a performance fabric, but it doesn't feel like plastic outdoor fabric. All of the details are right on this sofa and I could not love it more!

My wife and I recently ordered a Warren L sectional in Oatmeal Performance Tweed and can't possibly love it more. The fabric is amazing, it is very soft to the touch and looks amazing in our home. We were nervous looking at the little swatch, but are so happy that we selected this color - it's warm and inviting and goes with everything in our home beautifully. It also stands up to everything that we throw at it (which is a lot!). Even our 100lb dog can't do any damage. I am also on the taller side and my wife is much shorter, the Warren works perfectly for both of us. You can feel the quality in both the construction and fabric, I truly can't say enough good things about the Warren, the fabric and Maiden Home as a whole. Thank you for everything!

I, as others have said, was a bit concerned about making a purchase of this sort online. However, I needed two large sofas, wanted only 2 cushions on each and was having trouble finding this combination. In my searches I found Maiden Home. I did a great deal of research on how a really good sofa was made, I read all of the reviews, I ordered fabric samples and after doing so placed the order. I bought 2 100" Warren sofas in leather. It was a great deal of money for me to spend online, sight unseen. The sofas came about 10 days before I expected them, YAY! And, they are so beautiful. The are comfortable, they are elegant with simple, clean lines. The leather in the corners are mitered! I love them , everyone who sees them thinks they are gorgeous and wants to know where I purchased them. . I cannot say enough positives. The customer service while the sofas were being built was wonderful also. Very, very happy with this purchase and would encourage anyone that is leery about an online purchase to feel safe with this company..

I rarely write reviews and rarely give a perfect score (never find the time/you can always do better) but they have truly earned it. My wife had previously bought stuff from interior define and I had a couch from crate and barrel .... maiden home is simply on a whole different level. The experience was seamless but I’m truly impressed with the quality. This sofa looks like a million bucks and makes our other pieces look like they’re from Ikea. The fabric, the sit... pictures don’t do it justice, the quality is obvious and just way above anything we’ve ever bought and we didn’t even really pay more. Congrats maiden home - keep up the strong work! you guys are going to crush.

I waited a few months to write my review, since I knew the real test would come with the daily wear and tear my husband, dog and I put on a couch. The sofa itself is beautiful. It’s a lower profile than we expected but we are extremely happy with the way it looks in our home. While it’s a few inches shorter than our last couch, it feels bigger since it’s got two seat cushions and slimmer arms. The performance weave fabric was a little rough when we first got the couch, what do you expect considering it’s indestructible nature? But it has definitely softened over time and in no way would deter me from getting this fabric again and again, and this is why: a few nights ago I cut my finger while cooking, and I didn’t realize until several days later that I got a spot of blood on the sofa. It had dried by the time I noticed it and I was panicking about a stain on our new, and pricey, investment. lol and behold, the spot came up almost immediately when I wiped it with a wet rag! Will recommend Maiden Home to everyone who wears their furniture “hard” like us, but still wants a beautiful home!

I ordered the chaise sectional Warren and I could not be happier with my purchase. Dana was a tremendous help guiding me through the ordering process and helping me decide on the best material & color to choose from. I ended up getting the Performance Chevron in Cloud and it came out better than I could have expected. I was nervous that the couch would look like it had defined striped because of the material, but once upholstered it was great and I love the chevron detail up close. Plus, the material is super soft! My Warren sectional (101") is the perfect size for my apartment and has plenty of room to fit 3-4 people on it comfortably. I'd recommend Maiden Home to anyone looking for a high-quality, durable product. It's definitely a piece of furniture I will keep for a long time!

We purchased a Warren sofa and two Dune Chair and a Halfs in March 2019. All three pieces arrived in beautiful condition, exactly as ordered. Ten months, holiday entertaining, friends and family, dogs and general living later they are in the exact same condition. The performance linen and performance tweed look as good as new. Ok - where to start...2 years ago I purchased a couch online for my family that looked beautiful and met my basic spec requirements. We weren't able to sit on it before purchasing and we immediately hated it. We swore that we wouldn't ever make the mistake again of not plopping on a purchase so large. As I started looking for a replacement, I stumbled on Maiden Home. We also looked at Bloomingdales s and large big box furniture stores including crate & barrel, west elm, burrow, interior define, and mitchell gold. We wanted something that fit our space, would be low maintenance and stay tidy with small kids, be extra comfy for the grownups, and provide enough seating for our whole family - this would be our main piece of furniture in our small NYC apartment. We were determined not to make another mistake, but every couch we sat on was either too expensive, or sloppy, or just not quite right. After continuing to come back to the Maiden Home website, we decided to trust my gut and just go with it, though I knew my family would kill me if I made another mistake. I ordered our swatches and we chose wisteria, a beautiful sunbrella fabric with a beige-y plushy look. Our warren sectional just arrived and it is PERFECT. Comfy and gorgeous, well-made, delivery was easy, and it fits our space like a real custom piece. I really couldn't be happier. If you are like me, go ahead and pull the trigger - you won't be sorry. We were so nervous to order furniture online...especially a sofa that you need to sit on to feel! I'm writing this in the hope that it helps other who were in my position before I ordered the Warren. I was in a total agony of indecision. I did crazy amounts of research and visited every store I could think of that sold sofas. I'd seen the Warren and read about it but I just couldn't bring myself to pull the trigger on something that I'd never seen in real life or sat on. I am very, very picky but I absolutely love this sofa. It is super comfortable, looks really "clean" and stylish and the fabric is very high quality. The service from Maiden Home is like the four seasons of the furniture world. All in all I have found the sofa itself and the service to be impeccable. Plus the price is pretty amazing.I would furnish my entire house in Maiden Home things if I could. Do yourself a favor - save the time and anxiety of searching and just order!

I saw an ad for Maiden Home on Instagram... I loved the design and the camel leather color option. I loved their model of NYC designers with NC craftsmen. I was nervous to buy a couch online without sitting in it but so glad I did. I love our leather Warren sectional, everyone who has sat in it says how comfortable it is (we agree). They have been nothing but responsive/communicative throughout the whole process. Our couch took a little longer due to covid but it was worth the wait. I'm hoping to get another leather sectional from Maiden Home for our basement in the spring. :)

We have been very very happy with our new Warren sofa. This sofa is extremely comfortable and just what we wanted for our TV room. I want to add that the customer service we received during the entire process was outstanding. Maiden Home kept us very well informed during every step. Thank you!

We received our Warren sofa a month ago, and I wanted to wait just this long to see how it did in that time. And WOW. It is comfortable and supportive and just feels luxurious. In part, this is the fabric--we went with the merino in dusk and it is crazy soft, has not worn at all in this brief time, is a gorgeous soft taupe and does not even show our (black) dog's shedding hair. The cushions do not need to be fluffed, the seat does not show sit marks. We have 2 boys under 10 and believe me, they are hard on things. But it looks as good today as it did the day we got it. One thing I particularly like is that the back cushions are not totally a square shape (not sure I'm explaining this correctly) but they look rounded, which makes the entire couch look a little more informal than I'd feared it would. After owning it a month, I can't yet speak to the longevity of the couch and the fact is, we've forbidden the kids to eat anywhere near it, so we have not (yet) had to clean up any messes. But so far, it really is pretty amazing.

As many will say, buying a sofa online is a giant leap of faith and I, for one, don't regret it! The Warren sectional is so very beautiful and incredibly comfortable - perfect for our space. And, I loved how we were able to customize the size and fabric. The customer service team kept us updated throughout the process, notifying us by e-mail when the sofa moved to the its next stage and describing in great detail what was being done. They even went so far as to introduce us to craftsman who may have been the one doing the work right here in the United States. Did I mention that the white glove delivery was included? I, like so many, saw the maiden home couches being advertised on Instagram. I searched high and low for the perfect couch at places like West Elm, Crate & Barrel, and restoration hardware and wasn’t sold on anything so I decided to look more into Maiden Home. The first thing I loved was the company will send you as many swatches as you request and they show up very quickly. My husband and I did a “wine test” on each swatch and were absolutely shocked that the majority of the swatches from Maiden Home really did what they advertised, and the wine did not soak in at all and you could just wipe it off. However, even after doing this I was still EXTREMELY skeptical about purchasing a couch from an online company, and in addition - one that we couldn’t sit on and try out. We decided to take a chance and ordered the U shaped Warren couch in Performance Chenille Harbor and I must say, I am blown away by this couch. In all honesty, it far exceeds my expectations and is exactly what we were hoping for. It has already held up against spills and stains and is perfectly cushiony and comfortable without being TOO cushiony. The color is the perfect light & airy grey that goes beautifully in the living room. I have had so many people come over and say this is the nicest couch they have ever seen or sat on! If you are debating or are skeptical (like I was), trust me that you will not be disappointed with your purchase. This is the perfect family couch and I’m so glad we took the risk. I will never buy another couch from anywhere else.

I love my Warren! From the beginning Maiden Home was easy to work with answering my questions, allowing me to make changes even after purchase and also allowing some slight modifications to the design. It really feels like what you'd get working with a designer on a custom couch without needing to go through a designer. The couch takes time but if you know that going in then you're expecting that. The couch came and the delivery was smooth, the couch is beautiful and looks great. There was a tiny mark and little bit of a bend on one corner and a couch specialist was sent out to fix both within a couple weeks. I really appreciated the follow through and we are very happy with our couch. We will definitely make a purchase again.

Ok. First of all- This couch literally smells good. I noticed my interior designer friend purchased this couch on IG and I trust her style so I went for it. Beat decision. My husband was hesitant about the price but he loves it too. Again- it smells like fresh cut wood. I went with the putty linen and it’s holding up well with a two year old, dog and cat. I assume it will get destroyed by my crew over time- but it still looks perfect now. It doesn’t hold cat fur or dog fur at all like our old microfiber couch used too. I’ve had to do spot cleaning because of my toddlers grubby little hands but so far everything has come out. I’ve heard people have issues with it staining, but it’s no different than any upholstery in my head. We are saving up for more pieces from maiden home. Great quality. Organized. Made in USA. Love the low profile as well for our tiny low ceiling bungalow.

We love our Warren sofa and ottoman! I will say it’s a bit tricky to visualize the color and size for ordering online but if you take your time and think thoughtfully, you can make the right choice. This sofa is incredibly comfortable with some added down throw pillows. The performance velvet fabric cleans up easily. overall, well worth the money for the designs an quality you get!

My wife and I are tall people so finding a couch that fit us with a large dog was one of the most difficult shopping experiences. I took a leap of faith when ordering from Maiden Home and am so glad I did. I had no personal recommendations to go on, just instagram posts/ads. I was impressed with the variety and quality of the fabric swatches, as well as the personalized and communicative customer service. It took me a long time to finally place my order and I only wish I'd done it sooner. The lead time was super reasonable compared to others which was a huge factor. My Maiden Home sofa arrived within 12 weeks of ordering whereas big name home decor sites were quoting me 24 weeks + in some cases. The warren is comfortable and polished at the same time. It looks and feels expensive. The low profile works perfectly in my family room/kitchen combo as the back of the sofa is in the middle of the room. The performance fabric is already paying dividends with my 80 pound lab and 2 year old son running all over it. It's only been about 5 weeks since delivery but so far it has held up perfectly to heavy daily use. My last sofa was from a better known, more affordable, online-only, china-made sofa company and there is NO COMPARISON. The extra money is more than worth it for a long term investment. My next sofa purchase will be from Maiden Home, I am certain of that.

We love our Warren sectional. Comfy, supportive, attractive. It would have been helpful to have a schematic on how to assemble upon delivery because the delivery people don’t know how. Otherwise Maiden Home has great customer service and I recommend the company and products.

We are so happy we purchased this couch. I have had it for almost a month now and it sits extremely well and is SO comfortable. I previously had a design within reach couch I loved, but wanted a larger sectional and didn’t want to spend $12k+. This couch was literally a third of the price and is comparable if not better quality. I’m so impressed with it! After ordering swatches and placing the order I had a bit of buyers remorse that perhaps I ordered the wrong color but as soon as it arrived I knew it was perfect and exactly what we had been wanting. Only feedback is that the fabric could have been a little softer, we find it a bit scratchy. (We got performance linen in Creme). Not sure how it will hold up but love how you can flip the cushions so they wear evenly - wish the chaise could be flipped as well but that is the one part that only goes one way. Thank you Maiden Home for making such an excellent product! And even better that we’ve bought American made.
